OMG...a must try! This cheese stimulated our senses!

O TJ's, TJ's, wherefore art thou TJ's? Deny Flagstaff a TJ's and refuse thy fine products to us! Well that's a whole other story but in the meantime, Prescott TJ's is one of my faves! All of their employees at this location, are always so friendly and helpful! Love, love, love so many of the TJ's products! Our dogs love their regular chicken and smoked chicken jerky treats! They have a great wine selection and flower/plant selection and all kinds of other awesome goodies! My only dilemma is that sometimes they discontinue an item that we really love, but then we usually find another great item! I was surprised to find out that they charge tax on all food items here, but apparently that is a City of Prescott thing! I have never seen a city charge tax on regular food items, so please complain to the City of Prescott about this! As for TJ's, you have been in my heart and soul since my parents brought me as a kid! Would love to see one in Flagstaff but until then, if I am anywhere near Prescott, TJs, here I come!

Whenever I move someplace having a Trader Joe's in the vicinity of an hour or less is mandatory. Well to my pleasant surprise my local Trader Joe's is only 10 minutes away. Trader Joe's is part of my self care and being able to go there on weekly basis has been wonderful. I'm usually in here weekly either buying groceries or just walking down the isles looking for new things to try. I frequent here so much It's to the point that they remember me and still shocked at how young I look after carding me for my wine purchase. The store is always stocked, clean, and staff is super friendly and accommodating. The only con is the parking lot as it's on the smaller size and shared with other businesses. I'll always be back.

I am going against my own personal code here and giving TJ's a great review. While I still think TJ's sells mostly useless snack food items, this particular location is top notch! First off - it's walking distance from my parents' home. Every time I visit, we take a walk and end up stopping in here to pick something up. If I can combine a retail experience with a walk, it's automatically worth a couple of stars! This particular TJ's has an excellent selection of wine and beer. EXCELLENT! My dad picked up a bottle of Ernest Rapeneau brut rose champagne (yes, real FRENCH champagne) for about $25. It was the most delightful champagne / sparkling wine I've had in a long time. The store is never crowded and the staff is appropriately friendly!

5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Customer Service at Sprouts Farmers Market on Sheldon Street!…read more I had the most outstanding shopping experience at the Sprouts Farmers Market located at 174 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott, Arizona. This store truly stands out for its commitment to customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Katie in the Bulk department was fantastic. When I asked her where I could find paper plates, she didn't just point or give directions -- she personally walked me right over to the aisle, showed me the exact section, and kindly asked if these were what I was looking for. Her helpful, proactive attitude made a simple request feel genuinely cared for. Diane at the checkout was equally wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, warm, and engaging the entire time. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and she was very, very helpful with any questions I had. But what really blew me away was Jacob's service. I asked him where the bulk spring water was, and he immediately said "Follow me," took my cart with my permission, and wheeled it straight into the back warehouse area. He returned with exactly three cases of Sprouts spring water already loaded in my cart -- precisely what I needed. I've shopped at many supermarkets over the years and received good service, but never have I experienced someone going to that level of initiative and care. It left me completely blown away and overwhelmingly appreciative. I was so impressed with the entire team that I made a point to track down the manager, Jay, just to tell him how exceptional his staff is. It's obvious that Jay runs this store with a strong focus on excellence in customer service, and every employee reflects that commitment. Hats off to Katie, Diane, Jacob, and the whole team at Sprouts on Sheldon Street -- you've truly set a new standard for what grocery shopping can be. If you're in Prescott, this is the place to shop. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

It's well stocked, clean, has nice employees and is a good store to go to when needing to go shopping or if there are good deals in the weekly ad. It's especially good for getting cheap prices on items that have reduced pricing because they're near the expiration date or damaged. However, it still has its problems too, but it's not the markets fault for any of the complaints I am about to mention. Getting to the market during the day can be a pain due to busy traffic. Also the parking lot is a pain too because of the angled parking and then there are plenty of one way streets or areas. Also need to watch out for random areas to stop at and the gas station itself can be a pain to drive through due to the amount of traffic that goes in and out constantly. As for inside the store, there is a bit of a weird feeling with the floor feeling a bit dirty and sticky. Also there are produce items that are going bad too that either have not been removed or dealt with. To summarize, the Frys is good but still has its problems.

Missing items on the shelves, unhappy employees who never smile at you, and a non-hands on manager. Deli continues to have staffing issues as well as the bakery department. This results in them not opening that section of the store or opening very late in the morning. Totally unacceptable. Most of the mornings when I shop there is only 1 check stand open and nobody to bag groceries. Understaffed. I have seen pets in the store that are not service animals and one time the pet was actually on the food conveyor belt. Yet management refuses to address this issue with the customer. Wow could this store be improved. They can take a lesson from the Prescott Valley store which is top notch and I would go to in a heartbeat if it was closer to my home.
