yeah. Don't come here i bought a car from one of those used car dealerships that is linked to this mechanic and they said to take it to Luciano to get a mirror and a window fixed and later on another issue with my fuel pump. I took it in ( I had to tow the car there ) for them to drive it around the block and tell me it's fine. I'm assuming they just took off the code . never got the window or mirror fixed. On top of that I was waiting for my car to be " done " turns out they left it parked and left to have lunch without letting me know that it was ready. read more

My mom has always brought her cars here and once I got my first car this was the place I brought it too. I have been coming to Luciano for 8+ years! Luciano is very professional, he always assesses the damage and calls you prior to working on anything. I have a 2014 Toyota Corolla that was making a weird noise and I took it into my dealership and they were trying to charge me over $3500 for everything. Brought it with Luciano he did everything for just over $1200. Anytime something doesn't work correctly after he has fixed it her replaces it no questions asked. My van had its muffler system stolen and they were able to fix it in good time for a good price when most places could not

So I just had a JDM muffler installed today, it was my first time here at this shop and let me tell you, they did a great job. I've been to other shops where they do a half ass job but these guys right here did a A1 job, quickly too, less than a hour. The way they custom made support Rods for the muffler was very professional and it looks clean. Muffler sounds great and loud. I couldn't be more pleased. WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE! They will scam you, I went because I needed spark plugs but didn't tell them that I knew that. They replaced the spark plugs and overcharged me, I paid $300 for spark plugs!!! Then they told me they had to keep my truck 1 more day to check something else. The next day they told me I had a cracked valve and it would be $1,800 to fix it!!! My truck had a bad idle and I thought maybe they were right, luckily i didn't have the money, about 2 months later a friend of mine took a look at my truck and noticed that a hose that delivers oxygen to the engine was unplugged, he found it hidden underneath the engine, plugged it in and my truck was good, check engine light went away and bad idle as well. These people unplugged the hose on purpose, and wanted me to pay $1,800 so they can connect a hose and make me believe they fixed my cracked valve. Do not come here!!!! Scammers!! read more

I purchased a catalytic converter and I was told that it was California approved, however 5 months later I was told that it wasn't. When I purchased this item I was charged $50 more because I was told that it was a California approved for emissions. And now I was told that I had to purchase a new one. I was not satisfied by any means matter fact when I got the car back it sounded worse that when I took it in. They still wanted $250 and made it sound like he gave me a deal,,,yeah right Then I took it back and they told me it was because my whole car needed work ,,,hell it was a 1992 Lexus that rarely needed work,,,but it sure is funny it use to get me to Palm Springs and San Diego with using hardly any gas whereby after going there it drank like it hadn't had anything in yrs,,,I tried driving somewhere from home and the car damn near caught on fire. When I ordered the parts for the problem they wouldn't do it because he swore I needed to get the tuneup 1st as if I didn't know the laws of combustion,,,the give and take of air and fuel... but the reason it was messed up was the catalytic converter which needed changing....they even left something inside what I had them repair making it sound like a washing machine or a drier having this loud tumbling inside and then pretty much wanted me to pay,,,seemed like one of those u take your car and they mess it up so u gotta go back also broke a cover under the hood and tried to tell me it was broken before and the owner and I had just been under the hood the day before and talked about the partial crack in it next day it was fully broken but I wasn't supposed to know the difference.... I'll never go ever again nor would I refer anyone unless it's somebody I can't stand read more
