These enchiladas, although to go, arrived hot, beautiful and beautiful. The cheese was not average but full flavored an with strands that pulled like taffy when you brought a piece to your mouth. The beef gravy was thick and rich, pooled around the enchiladas just so. I believe the corn tortillas forming them tasted close to home made. I didn't taste the salsa myself but was told it too, was different and unique and tasted as if it too was house prepared.
