Jake’s Tree Service officially started in 2024 with a simple goal: build a tree company people could actually trust. After years of working hard, serving in the Army, and learning the value of discipline, safety, and follow-through, I wanted to create a business that reflected those same standards.
Tree work is not something you fake your way through. It takes skill, planning, courage, and respect for the danger involved. I started this company because I saw a need for a local tree service that shows up professionally, communicates clearly, protects the customer’s property, and takes pride in doing clean, safe work.
From the beginning, Jake’s Tree Service has been built around old-school work ethic, modern equipment, and a satisfaction-guaranteed mindset. We’re based in Everett, Washington, and we’re proud to serve our local communities with honest, professional, veteran-owned tree work.
Meet the Business Owner: Jake L.
I started Jake’s Tree Service because I wanted to build something real — a company based on hard work, skill, trust, and taking pride in every job. After serving in the Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan, I wanted a career that kept challenging me physically and mentally while still allowing me to serve people in a different way.
Tree work gave me that. It takes discipline, problem-solving, courage, and respect for the risk involved. Every job is different, and every property deserves a plan, not a rushed approach.
What inspired me most was the chance to create a local company that does things the right way: show up, communicate clearly, work safely, protect the property, and leave customers satisfied. I didn’t start this business to be average. I started it to build a reputation for honest, professional, badass tree work people can trust.
