We took his advice and John and his team achieved what we wanted and also beautifully shaped our trees. We were impressed that he priorities what we want and with what's best for the trees instead of what will fatten his wallet. The permitting process with the city was long (about six months), complicated, and occasionally frustration. That said, Brandon, who is obviously well respected and connected in the industry, kept us informed every step of the way and worked so hard to (eventually) get the permit approved.
