We also had them seal our concrete decking and put mastic in all the joints. He was very patient with all our MANY questions before and during the process. There were two things that impressed us most. 1) Mark was present. There was a step that we were particularly nervous about and he stayed through that step and personally ensured that it all went well. He is very busy and couldn't be there for the entire time, but showed up every day to make sure his guys knew what to do and did it correctly. 2) He made sure that everything was cleaned up once it was done. We are very particular and we are happy with the clean up. We did not have to clean up after his workers. Because he stays very busy, you may need to wait awhile for him to get to you, but it is worth the wait. We would recommend him for any project that he has the resources to do.
