Good dealership for service. I trust the service team and mechanics here vs weir canyon. At weir…read morethey only had 1 mechanic working and is smaller. They are pretty slow at things but that just means they take their time and work with you on things. All the service advisers are nice and they are quick to get things paid and processed. They answer emails and calls right away and anyone can help you I'll take my car here for service from now on. They also have some service specials if you look at the photos on the website as well

This last time, I arrived for my 11:15 appointment and sat in my car waiting for someone to help me until after 11:30. And there were only two cars ahead of me, but even when I was next, it was still another 5 minutes. I finally got out of my car and stood by for someone to at least tell them they'll be right with me. When they did help me, they didn't even ask if I had an appointment. In fact, this has been consistent. Once they start doing my paperwork, they are friendly and efficient. I've never felt like they're ripping me of or suggesting extra work. Fast forward to when I'm picking up the car. I walk in the other room, which has their little store (and I'm sorry to say, Honda swag is sorely lacking), tell the guy behind the counter I'm here to pick up my car and said curtly says "Over there" and point to other end of the counter, 3 feet a away, turned around and left. Again, another short wait that shouldn't have taken any time at all before a gentleman finally checked on me and got my car. I was there for some 3 different warranty repairs: one was to replace the tire repair kit, another was software-related, and the third had something to do with the front grille. The only reason I point this out is that I only received 1 recall notice for the tire repair kits. While this is on Honda corporate, I was still surprised to be told there were 3 when I arrived for what I hoped would be a quick turnaround to switch out the tire repair kit. There was also a wait to get a ride home because their driver was at lunch. Well, so was I, so I ended up calling someone else so I could return to work, as my car was now going to be there all afternoon. On the positive side, they have free popcorn and Wifi.

They were extremely professional, very understanding and helped me get my dream car. I've had many bad experinces with other dealerships but they stood out. They are truly caring for their customers. He made sure I was clear of how much my payments were, advise on insurance, made sure I knew all the warranty info. He kept me informed of what was needed on my car and there was no surprises . As of now its been almost 6 months and there are still no surprises my car is 100 running no "Mickey Mouse" of anything. I've only had the car for about a month and a half, and two of the tires were already completely bald -- one even blew out on me. There's no reason a dealership should be selling a car in that condition. Before the tire issue, my alternator went out, and while they replaced it, they still made me pay out of pocket, which didn't feel right considering how soon the problem happened after buying the car. I really wanted to trust this place, but after multiple major issues in such a short time, I can't recommend them. Buyers beware -- inspect everything carefully and don't expect much accountability once you drive off the lot.

I loathe the car buying experience and rate it just above root canal surgery in terms of desirable activities. :) I saw my first 4 series BMW when I was living in Vegas and knew I wanted one eventually. Living in the bike/walk friendly area near the Queen Mary meant a car wasn't really necessary- but I'm a car guy, I missed the exhilarating German car experience. I picked the wrong time to scratch that itch (pandemics, semiconductor chip shortage, dwindling new/used car inventories and the inflated prices they engendered). I spent many long hours searching online applying my very picky/perfectionist ideals to what was available. I declined several deals because my Carfax related questions were met with evasiveness and/or scorchingly bad reviews, poor Yelp ratings, bad Better Business Bureau scores. Imagine my relief when I saw that CCC had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating (very rare in the auto biz) and several Car Gurus awards. I was met by their resident superstar Jeremy in their very laid back, relaxed gourmet coffee and cookie- filled Fullerton location. The best sales people don't actually have to "sell" anything. They simply promote their passion for what they represent, candidly answer questions and concerns, and make sure the client is always appreciated and valued. Jeremy is the epitome of the ethical/knowledgeable car guy- he knew I wanted the fully loaded 435i MSport and went the extra mile to make it happen. I can't imagine going anywhere else for another purchase-fortunately I won't have to-California Car Company is here to stay!

OverAll, first impression was still better than most smaller owned dealerships .... However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

I expressed my concern to Jesus, and he explained that the sensor would most likely need to be replaced, with an estimated cost of no more than $150. I agreed and told him that was fine. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m. and received absolutely no updates throughout the day. Around 3:00 p.m., I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that Jesus was busy but would return my call. Unfortunately, that call never came. By 4:45 p.m., I had my husband drop me off at the dealership. When I arrived, Jesus seemed surprised to see me. I explained that I had never received a callback or any updates regarding my vehicle. He then went to check on my car and returned to tell me it was ready. He confirmed that both recalls had been taken care of. However, when I asked about the tire sensor, his response left me completely stunned. He actually said, **"Oh, you wanted that taken care of too?"** I was beyond shocked! Why on earth would I bring up a faulty tire sensor, discuss the cost of replacing it, and agree to the repair if I didn't want it fixed? Rather than acknowledging the oversight or taking accountability, Jesus claimed that the part needed to be ordered. What made this even more frustrating was that he made this statement without even checking the computer to verify whether the part was available. I was without my car for the entire day, only to discover that one of the main reasons I brought it in hadn't even been addressed. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the incomplete service, but **the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability.** Mistakes happen, but how someone handles those mistakes speaks volumes about their customer service. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better service, especially when I had clearly communicated my concerns from the very beginning. **A huge disservice and an even bigger disappointment!**
