I had to get my DPF filter serviced for my Mercedes Benz sprinter van. It's used to deliver coffee so it needed to be a quick turn around. The dealer wanted 1,900 to do the job and said it would take a week. I had the DPF. Diesel particulate filter removed and in 24hours it was cleaned tested and ready. The best part it was only 300.00 a great deal. Installed back in the van now around 1,500 miles and no issues. The van has noticeably more power than it did before. read more

Bought an engine, when it arrived to the shop for install, there were missing parts. it has been 2 weeks and still no resolution to the problem. Promised I would get a call back from Dennis and yet still nothing. oh and his mailbox is full on the number I was provided. The costumer service I received was great, until they received my money! They said my engine was sitting on the dock and ready to go for more days than I can remember. I finally was tired of waiting and hired a hotshot for 2000.00 dollars to go get the engine that was suppose to be ready and on the dock for over a week. When the hotshot arrived to pick up the engine " that I had paid to be complete and put together" there were 2 pallets one with parts and the long block. although they did refund my money for not putting it together and having it timed, ready for installation. Which again was costing me loss of revenue!!! one issue after another!! A couple of weeks ago the head gasket blew. I called internet diesel and they wanted to find blame with somebody else, wether it was the mechanic that installed the engine, or the driver. The fact is they used the wrong head bolt and gasket combination. To many issues to mention. It cost me less time, less loss of revenue, less stress and BULL to just pay for repairs and move on. I will NEVER use their service again for ANYTHING!!!! read more

I told him to send me the core back he said ok send me a prepaid shipping label !!!! We had to have our 5.9 Cummins rebuilt in our motorhome. They did have it shipped to them from Redding Ca to their shop in LA Ca in record time but promised it in a week and took over 3 weeks . I bought brand new cummins engine for 20k. After year engine failed. Due to bad build. Bolt properly not torque, missing locks. Possible debris in motor. This was 2nd engine these guy shipped. In 1st one dealer in UT found lots debris. I paid $4500 for cams . They forgot to ship. This shop terrible customer service. Once they take your money. They don't take your calls and email. I submitted parts for warranty. They found poor excuse to decline the warranty. My mechanic did measurements. Thier claim is totally bogus. I was promise 2 years parts and labor warranty . Motor cost me 35k total. Now i m looking at another 15k. I had to replace turbo and 3 DPF filter. Which was 18K. I had 2 team drivers sitting home 2 week here there and waited over 2 months for warranty response . I paid $100 storage to shop daily. $3500 month truck insurance and payment. Lost wages approx 45k.These guy have damage small family business. If some one want to get together and file action law suite . I will pay my share attorney fees. I was told when I placed the order for a cat 3406b short block would be 3 to 4 weeks before I get it well 8 weeks later I finally got it and was told my core was junk no core refund we started putting engine together and found on cylinder head they used helicoil on some exaust manifold bolt but left the old bolt tips in there. On the top of cylinder head the valve bridge dowel pins were pounded into the head and they penned over couldn't get my bridges on and they sent me the wrong oil cooler ensisting it was the right one they were wrong went to local cat dealer and had to get the correct one. Well over $12,000.00 later going on 10 weeks down for anyone trying to make a living using there truck think twice about using them. read more
