He found a few different issues, including the throttle body, a leaking valve cover, bad spark plugs, and a dead battery. He took care of everything, replaced the air filter, did the throttle relearn, and even power washed the engine to clean off all the oil at no extra charge. He also replaced the battery in my key fob for free, which was a nice touch. The total came out to around $1,600, which I thought was very reasonable considering how much work was done. He was straightforward, explained everything clearly, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The car is running great now. Definitely happy I brought it here.

However, I took my car "that I've always taken to the dealer for an oil change" here. And the next day it was leaking oil everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

My parents have also used West Coast a bunch of times. My car was having some pretty severe issues. I didn't need an appointment to come in, the car was fixed by the next day (we could have got it back the same day if we wanted, but we let them keep it overnight for some extra testing) They didn't try to upsell us at all. They mentioned a few things that they noticed needed done and when we said not now..they didn't push. And these were things that would be obvious with the work they were doing..they didn't go out of their way to pull out air filters or check unrelated things we didn't ask them to, like Subaru did. Everyone was super polite, professional, friendly, and very quick to answer whenever we called. We were in and out quickly for both drop off and pick up. It was extremely pricey, but what isn't these days. But also, I did have a lot of broken stuff. I am no longer allowed to drive it like it's stolen.

I ended up having to call out and had a hard time figuring out how to get this fixed since it was the first time this has happened to me and my 2010 Honda Accord. I found this spot through Yelp search. It was nearby and had good reviews so I brought my car here. The owner serviced me and told me to leave my car and he would call me around 1pm to let me know my car was ready for pickup. I came around 9am on a Monday. Sure enough, he finished around 1pm. I came back and he explained that this was because of the heat which distorted the plate and caused it to get loose. He then told me that this was a free service which was super nice of him. I tried to pay regardless, but he refused my payment. I was super grateful for the kindness especially given everything I was going through. It was really touching. I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

I only take my car here…read more I highly recommend Nikita! He always gives a fair price, doesn't do work that is not needed, and is extremely fast! I don't trust anyone with my car but him. I needed new brake pads but he told me I have 2000 miles left in it and to not waste my money by getting it replaced while I was getting my oil changed. I know car mechanics have a bad rep for doing work that is not needed to make a quick buck. WeHo Auto is not like that at all. I will be back again!
