I needed new brake pads but he told me I have 2000 miles left in it and to not waste my money by getting it replaced while I was getting my oil changed. I took my car here to get the breaks fixed and you know what these pricks did. They had me leave my car over the weekend so they can fix my breaks. Which was fine. The owner told me I can come Monday to pick my car up. Keep in mind I have a newer car with zero damage to it. Why I come on Monday to find my car complete totalled from the back. This man tried to pin it on someone who doesn't even work there and I have evidence of this man telling the gentleman to lie about what happened to my car. I was just giving up on my Mustang convertible because I have been put through a bunch of nonsense with 3 mechanics for a little over 1 week and spent a bunch of money on repairs that I didn't even need. Frustrating beyond anything I can handle, besides the inconvinience of being without a vehicle in Los Angeles. I called them up and was able to drop of the car right away and was promised to get a call back as soon as they can take a look at it. I was called back within 2 hours with a diagnosis of the problem and eventhough I didnt have the orinal engine in the car, which was news to me, I was able to pick up my repaired car within 48 hours. I've been meaning to write this survey/feedback . I have just finished over the last 24 months or so having my engine completely overhauled, transmission completely overhauled and very recently just had a complete new factory air conditioner system installed in my 1973 Grandville Pontiac. My car is literally brand new. I invested over $11,000 over 24 -28 months or so. This car has special meaning to me and it's also a great automobile. I'm an ex factory employee of General Motors corporation and have worked in the auto industry for 35 years. Patrick is a first rate auto technician. Before he ever started working on my car I interviewed him and found out his background and experience. Then he did some regular maintenance work on my car for a few years and then we did this big job that I just described. One of the many things about Patrick is willingness to hear the customer out. Totally a People person and not just a excellent technician. I've observed that with many other customers at his shop. Another thing is he stands 100% behind his work. He has the auto tech education and experience to research and find out how to correctly repair things- Diagnose. He's not just a parts changer I can assure you. As an ex factory person I really appreciated the fact that he was meticulous with his work. He wasn't just working on an old car. he knew how to research and find the information. I could go on and on but the bottom line here is this is an extremely knowledgeable technician and has the people skills to go along with it. Don't go here. Plain and simple, just DON'T. 1. They *forgot* to finish the job, and I had to come back. (This is even with having reminded the worker of each step that had been discussed before starting the work.) 2. They messed up in applying coupons and accidentally applied two at once and didn't have me go through the app to purchase one that needed to be purchased through yelp first, because not even the head guy there, Patrick, knows basic math or company policies, so when I came back so they could finish the piece of work they forgot, they tried to charge me almost $100 more even though I had already been given a total and paid that total. 3. They have no semblance of professionalism. Instead of admitting they made a mistake and honoring that mistake, and simply doing better with their coupon policies in the future, they tried to demand I pay them the ~$100 more and blamed me as the customer, as if I was trying to swindle them. They argued with me for about 20 minutes until I left, the whole time saying that I had "led them to believe" this and that about their own coupon practices. A business is responsible for enforcing their own policies and prices, I paid the total I was given, I will not pay a new total because weho auto repair screwed up on their side. (Furthermore he is lying again in his comment on my post, he did NOT make me aware of this and prompt me to go through yelp, nor did he make me this "offer"- AFTER the company realized they screwed up, they DEMANDED I pay the $95. The coupon was $95 for $125 and he demanded I pay the $95 bc that's what the coupon he forgot to enforce costs. He is in no way doing me any favors. The fact he has come back here to argue me publicly is egregiously repulsive. No wonder one of his workers is laying at the help desk half alive each time I have visited, stoned out of her mind 24/7, her boss is incompetent at business etiquette.) read more

My 1976 CADI could not start when I parked on a parking lot of Autozone. I came over there to buy a more powerful battery. However, it turned out that problem was with a starter, it was broken. Guys from Autozone recommended me to go to a repair shop next door and talk to Patrick​. Patrick was very professional​​ and helped me to tow the car from a parking​ lot to his shop; he quickly diagnosed​ the car and said that the problem was with a starter, he called his guy to bring a new started and I had my car back in less than two hours. Patrick​ also gave me some advice on​​ how to make my 1976 CADI run properly and what needs​​ to be fixed in the future. I was going to a photo shoot​​ when my car broke down, and Patrick allowed us to use his shop to take some photos. It was so nice of him.
