I, of course, told her that I don't hear anything (wishful thinking on my part). So I take it in to Torrance Motors without an appointment and ask if they could take a quick look at it to verify it is still safe to drive, as we had a long upcoming trip in a few days. They right away put it up on the lift and verified that it was safe to drive. However, the control arm, tie rods and bushings (leaking grease) were shot. Showed me the pictures and it was a mess. This level of repair was not cheap...but it was reasonable. No more complaints from my wife...at least about the car.

The alignment was slightly off at first, but they told me to bring it back and got it dialed in perfectly the following day. They stand behind their work and even told me to come back if anything needed to be re-torqued after the suspension settled. The results came out great. The stance looks much better with the factory rake reduced, and the ride quality still feels smooth and OEM-like. No noises, vibrations, or issues afterward. The vehicle drives straight and handles great. Professional service, quality work, and solid communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean leveling spacer install done right.

They offered to help with no hesitation. I got there and it may not look like much, but there's a handful of guys working here and they all do solid work. Lots of experience in this industry, as the guy who helped me has been in the game for 23+ years. They even offered bottled water on this 100F degree day! The pricing is very fair and they really try to provide their best advice to make sure their customers get things done right the first time. The welds looked like they had good penetration. A nice thick consistent mig bead. Pipe is crush bent, as most exhaust shops do, but they were able to fix all of the routing on my poorly fitting exhaust piping and tucked everything to provide the most clearance. They ask for their customer's input to make sure they will like the end result and are overall great service and work.

When I spoke to eddie on the phone he reassured me of a lot of concerns and stresses I was thinking of and dealing with. I'm not going to lie once reaching his shop I didn't know what to expect plus I was dealing with anxiety from the whole situation. Little did I know meeting not only made my day better but he also fixed my car by exposing me to alternative solutions. He truly turned a day that appeared like a nightmare to me more of a blessing (learning lesson) and made me feel kind of dumb for how overworked I was about this particular situation. I mean wouldn't you be if someone stole something from underneath your car !!!!! I'm sorry for making this post so long but I felt compelled too considering Eddie being a blessing to me and resolving my unsaid emotions indirectly plus he had some heartfelt memories that i resonated with. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who may be dealing with a disaster trust me you'll thank me later! Thank you so much Eddie, from Jahmal

Not only do people attempt to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but also because I drive a Mercedes. I needed brakes and there was no way I was going to the dealership to have the replaced . So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . Hopefully I won't have to go back anytime soon but I'll definitely be recommending the to everyone I know .

We did not feel comfortable driving with an oil leak to the dealership that was 30 mins away. So we called Jose and he was very polite & professional on the phone, explaining this may not be covered under warranty, but the choice was ours to repair it at home, or take it to the dealership. Honestly, I have not had a good experience at the dealership, as it takes so long and we were going on a road trip the next day, so we opted to have him repair it. He drove to the dealership to buy the part & then did the repair in our driveway in about an hour! All good! Please consider hiring this young man. He sounded very knowledgeable.
