I've brought both my work truck and personal truck here multiple times and overall it's always been a pretty straightforward experience. Yeah, prices have definitely gone up over the years, but honestly that's everywhere nowadays. They usually have coupons going around too, and that little discount always helps. The staff has always treated me good and they get you in and out pretty quick. One thing I respected was there was a time after an oil change my truck had a small oil leak. I brought it back, and instead of giving me the runaround they took responsibility, fixed the issue, topped off the oil, and got me handled. That alone earned my respect because mistakes can happen anywhere, it's how people handle them that matters. Also, if you're not into all the upselling stuff, you can straight up tell them and they respect it. That's something I appreciate. Overall just a solid, reliable spot if you need a quick oil change and good service.

DONT BRING UR CAR HERE We brought our car in on August 7 …read more When we first called the shop, we explained that our car was shaking and struggling to take off, but we weren't sure what was causing the problem. The shop told us they could scan the car and diagnose what was wrong. We dropped the car off, and the mechanic later called us and recommended doing the spark plugs and a tune-up. He also told us that the valve cover was leaking and that oil was getting down into the area where the spark plugs were, causing them to get dirty. He explained that if we didn't replace the valve cover, we could continue having problems. Based on what he told us, we agreed to have the valve cover replaced along with the spark plugs/tune-up. We were charged approximately $530 for the work. The mechanic also told us that if we had any issues, we could bring the car back. The problem is that we're still experiencing the exact same issue we originally brought the car in for -- the car is shaking and struggling to take off. We called the shop today and explained that the problem is still happening. We were then told that it could possibly be the transmission. However, our transmission was already replaced about a year ago, which makes us question that diagnosis. We're now out $530, and the original problem hasn't been fixed. We're trying to figure out what our options are. especially since we were told to bring the car back if we had any issues. We attempted to reach out and they avoided giving us any names & avoided helping us .. they are actively avoiding our messages via IG ****To the response WHO WOULD WANNA TAKE THEIR CAR BACK TO A SHOP THAT REFUSES TO GIVE A NAME TO US ????? , that is unprofessional!
