Randal's is truly a superb place to purchase top-quality meat, and I will highly recommend your shop to others. Best regards, Rachel Michael

It was simple but tasty and served with a nice side of (I believe) house-made potato chips and a pickle. I'll definitely look to come back when I'm in town again. As someone who finds it difficult to finish a whole sandwich and side I appreciated the option to order a half sandwich. I had the cheesesteak and it was very good - with a heaping pile of meat and a soft hoagie roll. The housemade chips are tasty as well and they give you plenty of those to snack on. The restaurant has an open, industrial feel and it's a cool fit for downtown. I saw at least three other sandwiches I'd like to try on a return visit if I make it back to Flagstaff.

Last year I got a bunch of sausage, jerky and steaks. This year I got lots of summer sausage and roasts. When you drop off, they talk with you and it's not like the frumpy butcher that you wonder if your going to get your meat back. These people are amazing, organized and professional. It has taken me 2 years to do this review, but it bothers me enough I felt the need to. I brought…read more2 cows to them 2 years ago and had them butchered. When we picked up the meat we got 585 lbs from one and 256 lbs from the other. They were both the same size and age and when I told the local large animal vet, who saw them 2 months prior to butchering, he could not believe it and joked did we drop off a calf. I asked them if they ever mix someone else's up with another's and he said no. When we got the organs there was only a heart and when we asked about the liver he just went into the freezer and came out with someone else's. They sell dog food, and we wondered where the meat comes from for it, now we know. The problem is how do you prove something went wrong. After spending the time and money raising them it is very discerning when you get ripped off. I was hesitant in using them to begin with due to word of mouth negative reviews but tried out of convenance, not again.

The nice guy on the other end explained that the meat was in freezers, in the back of the saddle shop, which was next door to the print shop. My first suggestion for Lazy 5S: create a big sign saying something like, "LAZY 5S MEATS INSIDE!" - otherwise I would never have found it with GPS alone. I bought a huge tenderloin, and I have to say it was the juiciest, tastiest filet mignon I had ever experienced in my life. Amazing! Unfortunately for me, I live in Brooklyn NY - but the moment Lazy 5S becomes available the way Omaha Steaks are [they're just "OK"] - I will be first in line to order!

I am so grateful to have found the highest quality meat I've ever eaten. I'm battling a…read moredebilitating auto immune condition and am using beef, tallow, and bone broth therapeutically. This is the highest quality grass fed beef I could find in the area. Apparently quality matters because with no change in my diet protocol other than the source of meat, I had significant improvement after just one week of eating it daily. It's the first time since I got hit with this condition that I've had any improvement at all so this is huge. I bought a quarter of a cow and picked it up at the ranch. After seeing the lush green pastures that the cows graze on and the cleanliness of the operation, including supplementation and even how the cows are treated, it all made sense. This is not just dinner, it's therapy. Since then, I have continued to improve and honestly believe that this highly nutritious beef is the foundation for my healing. It's not only the highest quality, but it's also the best tasting beef I've ever had. I have so much gratitude for the integrity and the heart that goes in to this beef...worth every penny.
