At the time of my visit there was only one other person browsing around. Then after my sister and I arrived, a few more people came it. It was quiet with low music playing in the background. We climbed several of the Jerome stairs to get to the upper town level where the shop is located. They have a wide variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars with many unique flavors. We told Bob which ones we'd like to try and he gave us mini tastings of those. Then he put together some combinations for us to try. Everything was so good, it was hard to choose what we wanted to purchase. We ended up with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Neapolitan Herb Vinegar.
