    Deceptive advertising!  Real price to purchase is not shown.

    They advertise a low price on CarGurus including shipping to my address . Then when I contact them, I find out the price is only for leasing. Nowhere on CarGurus does the price explain this is a lease price only. When I told the salesman that this was "Bait and Switch", he hung up on me. Good Luck, if this is where you want to shop for a car.

    Purchased my Kia Sorento at this location and Brian Pruitt was amazing! We chatted through email before our visit and just the process was extremely smooth and straight to the point. Recommend working with him 100%.

    Was notified about a used car deal at this dealership. We contacted them about the car and they said it was available for purchase. When we finally arrived to purchase the car at the advertised price. They told us that price was incorrect. I showed them the information I had from the online carfax ad (which was conveniently missing at the time at the dealership). We started to negotiate the price, but they wouldn't even come close to a decent price for the vehicle. I will never recommend coming to this dealership and will tell anyone who will listen why they conduct bad business practices.

    Put a $1000 deposit on a Kia Soul. When it came in, tried to do the paperwork over the phone. They added a $1,599 "accessories" to the invoice proposal. Only when I asked did they tell me it was some kind of EPAP warranty. They him-haw'd around why they were trying to charge me for it and said they could reduce it to $399 (after I pushed back). I immediately lost trust in them and felt like everything was shady. When I went in to pick up the car when it came in, they had lots of errors on the paperwork because they had my profile for the deposit and my husband's driver's license and info to co-sign for my daughter (they had my birthdate with his ss and driver's license number). The car was missing a cap on the rear bumber for the hitch attachment and if I hadn't said anything they didn't bring it up (brand new car!!). They are an example of why people hate the car buying experience. What's funny is that I need to buy 4 more cars in the next year (three cars with over 130K miles and a new driver), and they could have had that business. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere for my next vehicles! UPDATE: Just read a review from another customer who caught the $1,599 EPAP warranty they tried to slide in without consent!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

    I purchased a Kia Niro here in June. I couldn't be happier with the sales experience, which was mostly virtual, and now my first service experience. Everyone here has been kind and helpful. My Niro has performed beyond even what I expected. If you are thinking of buying one, or another model from Jake Sweeney, go for it.

    When you tell someone a price multiple times stick with it. Salesman was rude and said I should just put more money down.

She does not push on selling you a car, but encouraged you to check and see if it's what you want since it's such a big commitment. I highly recommend this place, it's locally owned and operated. This dealership also takes care of all the paperwork even getting the license plates which saves me time. The place has a lot of options, and if you are looking or dreaming of a specific car you can talk to the owner and he can find it for you.     Well first, my 2015 Ford F150 was vandalized on their property while awaiting engine repairs. My…read moretransmission pan was dropped and the lead frame stolen. I had to file an insurance claim because they made it very clear to me, they weren't liable! After a couple months of getting everything serviced, my gear shifter started acting up. I took it in, since they were the last ones to work on it. They quoted over $900 to replace the shifter cable they said was bad. I declined their service and took it to a local shop instead. The local shop texted me after they lifted the truck and sent pictures of the real issue. The cable goes into a locking mechanism with a latch to secure it. Unfortunately, that cable wasn't secured and the latch was left open, most likely due to Airport Ford when they performed the work fixing the transmission and engine issues. I was able to get it fixed for $60 bucks by the local shop. Airport Ford is horrible and their service department is the worst! Go somewhere else, they are not honest and will charge you an arm and a leg!
