Also, when they drove/inspected my vehicle for trade, they apparently didn't care for my radio station as they changed it and left it on. AND, they left me a nice empty can as a souvenir. She does not push on selling you a car, but encouraged you to check and see if it's what you want since it's such a big commitment. I highly recommend this place, it's locally owned and operated. This dealership also takes care of all the paperwork even getting the license plates which saves me time. The place has a lot of options, and if you are looking or dreaming of a specific car you can talk to the owner and he can find it for you. I will definitely go back since I have a soon to be 16 year old who will be driving soon.

And while I had been flirting with the idea of buying a BMW M car, I wasn't going to do it unless numbers made sense. In fact, I had been dead set on doing everything my way, but Will and the crew at Jeff Wyler Honda ended up taking care of everything I needed to do, including lining up best available financing, giving me a generous offer on my trade-in, and handling a rock chip in my front windshield I'd gotten from a road trip two weeks prior. Basically, they took all of the worry out of the car buying process. So when it came to decision time, I was already set. That made it very easy for me to pull the trigger, even when I was convinced I wouldn't. Will definitely earned the sale :) I had zero snags with paperwork. The car was clean when I took possession of it. I believe I just got the garage door opener I'd forgotten delivered to my front doorstep. What is particularly disappointing is the apparent lack of concern about how customers are treated. Being the only Honda dealership in the immediate area should create an even greater responsibility to provide professional, respectful service--not a sense that customers have nowhere else to go, so their experience simply doesn't matter. Customer service and culture start with leadership, and based on our experience, both require significant attention here. A dealership representing a brand like Honda should be held to a much higher standard. Truly disappointing and unfortunate. Our experience was poor enough that I would strongly hesitate to return or recommend this dealership to others.
