Now the when using the mirror, the headlights seen in the mirror are nothing but starburst and balls of light. I can barely make out what's being me. Took it on for service but was told there was nothing wrong with the mirror and they are refusing to fix it. I provided pictures to them to show exactly the issue. We showed up to the dealership and Kabir greeted us with zero friendliness and informed us that "you can look at the car, but someone is inside right now signing a deal for it" we questioned him a little more to understand the significance of the deal, and it sounded like the car had already been sold. We understand this can happen, however we told him a phone call would have been appreciated since he knew we were driving 1 plus hours to see the car. I also would like to mention as a female buying a car, the associate only shook my fathers hand and did not acknowledge me until I gestured to shake his hand to let him know I would be purchasing the car. We when we were discussing the car, I mentioned that many other people had this same experience at this dealership and he turned his body away from me and only knowledge my father. She does not push on selling you a car, but encouraged you to check and see if it's what you want since it's such a big commitment. I highly recommend this place, it's locally owned and operated. This dealership also takes care of all the paperwork even getting the license plates which saves me time. The place has a lot of options, and if you are looking or dreaming of a specific car you can talk to the owner and he can find it for you. They did an OUTSTANDING job. I got a video from the technician showing me exactly what they had found, and allowing me to make up my own mind. My service advisor Manny Chavarria was excellent. I have owned 9 Hondas and he went through everything with me to ensure I understood what was needed and what was not. NO other dealerships I have dealt with in Virginia, Colorado, St Louis and Hebron have done that. I trust Wyler Honda service and I will be doing all my business and maintenance with them in the future. My Accord is running like new and I was given a few options to address my problem, talk to Manny, this man and Wyler can be trusted in my humble opinion.

Well first, my 2015 Ford F150 was vandalized on their property while awaiting engine repairs. My…read moretransmission pan was dropped and the lead frame stolen. I had to file an insurance claim because they made it very clear to me, they weren't liable! After a couple months of getting everything serviced, my gear shifter started acting up. I took it in, since they were the last ones to work on it. They quoted over $900 to replace the shifter cable they said was bad. I declined their service and took it to a local shop instead. The local shop texted me after they lifted the truck and sent pictures of the real issue. The cable goes into a locking mechanism with a latch to secure it. Unfortunately, that cable wasn't secured and the latch was left open, most likely due to Airport Ford when they performed the work fixing the transmission and engine issues. I was able to get it fixed for $60 bucks by the local shop. Airport Ford is horrible and their service department is the worst! Go somewhere else, they are not honest and will charge you an arm and a leg!
