We started with coffee and mimosas. Just a note they do have bottomless mimosas for $19. For my meal I had the chicken and biscuits. The biscuits were made from scratch. The chicken was juicy and delectable. It was glazed with a pepper jelly sauce. The waitress says it was made in house and the peppers were grown on property. The breakfast potatoes were so crisp and delicious. Our meal also came with a side of fruit, which was a nice finish to the meal. The staff was so friendly, and the owner even came over to say hello. We were allowed to walk around the property after breakfast to view the historic grounds. The plantation was built in 1790. The new owners have done an amazing job restoring it to its original beauty.
