The nice person at the counter yelled back for help but no reply then after about ten minutes of waiting he said sorry for the wait. (I said no problem). I remained waiting then he left to go in the back with the other person. After another 10 minutes my wife saw a different person in the back and politely asked if we could check out. Instead of saying sorry I'm busy, be there in a minute, or other polite reply, he yelled "you can just wait in line like at every other place" I understand if he was having a bad day but after waiting for 20 minutes just to pay with only one other customer in the store and two people working the store it seemed like a reasonable request. We waited a while longer and when no one came out I put the items back and left. Will not be returning.

I called the store and employe Amos Moore answered the phone. I informed Mr. Moore of the two items I was seeking. I also explained that I was handicap and parked at the front door of the store. Within minutes, he came out, assessed my needs by looking under the hood of my car and at my rear lights. He went back in the store, looked up the items came out with them and told me how much it would be. I gave him the cash and I was short $.11. I started to scrounge around in my console to look for the $.11. When I turned around, I was going to tell him I'll just give him an extra dollar, but he was not standing at my car door. He had gone to his car to retrieve the $.11. for me. Amos Moore went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He treated me like a friend or a family member and this means the world to me. He was professional, kind, and caring. Please know that he is a valuable employee and should be treated as such. I followed up with a call to district manager, Vanessa Mason. Ms. Mason took the time to hear about my experience at the Solon Store and expressed how happy she was to hear of the service that Mr. Moore provided. Vanessa Mason's expertise and knowledge as a district manager will ensure continued success to your corporation. I will inform all my friends and family members to drive past an Auto Zone store and find the nearest Advanced Auto Parts store because the service is outstanding. Please give recognition to both Amos Moore & Vanessa Mason.

This is my first time in Napa and what a great store - as far as auto parts stores go. The people who work there ( there were two and they were good with masks and distancing ) are super friendly and helpful and made the experience so easy. Online shows them open I travel all the way there and they're closed. Today and employee was still in the store and when I knocked on the window he said they were closed I said well I'm sorry the Internet still says that you're open and he didn't care what the Internet said he said they closed at 5:30. I stated that I had traveled there twice and they were closed both times and he said he didn't care. I could not believe my ears, he could have simply been sympathetic and apologized but to tell a potential customer that you don't care about their situation or how many times your business has disappointed them was absolutely mind blowing. In response to his incredibly rude and completely inappropriate comment, that since he was closed every time I've been there he's not getting any of my money and then I would not be back again he said he didn't care and walked away. Very, very rude and unprofessional I will certainly never go back to this place or any of their locations again. Customers need to stand up for themselves this day and age and not be treated like a piece of garbage by businesses and presumably business owners. I'm sure if this man was at another retailer or a restaurant and advise the manager or owner that he had been disappointed two times in a row I highly doubt that the manager would say, I don't care and walk away. I am still sitting here in utter disbelief. I recommend spending your money at one of the bigger hardware's and auto parts stores. It's no wonder the smaller businesses are going out of business.

Fortunately for me, they had about eight vans that were comparable to the van I was working on. The process was easy. I had checked online so I knew they had four vans on site that were matches. Knowing what you are looking for is a big help. The rows are pretty well indicated on the outside of the sections. Each vehicle has its own label to identify model & year. The counter staff was helpful. The check out was great. I paid about forty times less for my part than to get an OEM replacement. The vehicles are spaced well enough apart to easily work on them. You need to bring your own tools, but I feel that's common sense. If you're coming to find a part to harvest, you best bring your gear, otherwise got to an auto parts store.
