Dale Kramer from the dealer eventually told me that the next available appointment is July 21st, at which point I said let's schedule but I may have to cancel if my motorcycle sells. The dealer then refused to schedule with me because I indicated I may have to cancel if the bike sells. Apparently they only schedule "confirmed" service appointments. Since 2006, I've owned over 20 different BMW's including currently owning a m750LI, M8 Competition, X5 45e, and my S1000R. My intent was to sell the S1000R before summer and order a M1000XR. I can tell you now, I have ZERO intent in purchasing another Beemer if this is the level of service to be expected. I've never experienced this level of terrible service from ANY car or motorcycle brand and will not support any brand that believes this is an acceptable level of service. I've attached the messages regarding my service inquiry. I don't believe my request was unreasonable.
