Russell and Sarah are amazing! I was about to sell my 2015 XF that I really adore because of false maintenance information. Thanks to Jag Mac, my car is now running better and I still have my baby!! Thank you Russell for your honesty & awesome customer service. Your business is my go-to and I will recommend you every chance I get. Thank you so much!! read more

I took my Jag to a local repair shop. After 5 weeks, they weren't able to solve the problem. Jagmac solved the problem in two days with a detailed step-by-step analysis of the wiring, modules, and computer. They went so far as to take parts out of Russell's Jag, which were working, to see if that would solve the problem in my car. Jagmac is thorough, professional, and talented. read more

Jag Mac - such excellence - I hardly know where to start...I've reviewed them before, but recently was again floored by the level of service they consistently deliver - even long distance! I've moved out of state and my car has been in storage. Before starting/driving it again after several months, I wanted to have it checked out by a mechanic. I called Russell (and since I couldn't convince him to fly up!) I asked him for a referral. I trust him implicitly and any new mechanic has to have his blessing! Not only did he find someone trustworthy, he also walked me through a battery change as well as several other things to check out. It wasn't a 30 second phone call that most shops would have done. It was a series of calls throughout the afternoon as he helped me get my beloved car roadworthy again. These guys never cease to amaze me - so rare in this day and age! read more

This is by far the best and most trustworthy and honorable shop in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I started with them working on my Jags in 2007 with three different Jags and now they work on my Mercedes Benz exclusively. I won't take my car to anybody else other than Russell Jag Mac. these guys are the best and they know their way around your car. You don't have to worry about them overcharging you. they are number one and I am a Jag Mac customer for life. read more

I love this place. The service was amazing the pricing was amazing the people are amazing. I have a Jaguar that I was going to take to the dealership and was referred here by Jaguar. It's a 2013 so Jaguar stated they only want to work on new cars which I though was kinda ugly and if I wanted to get a new car it would be no problem but I love my car. Anyway referring me here was the best referral ever. Either way I'm a customer for life. I love cars and have 3 and I told my boyfriend from now on this is the only place I will take any of my vehicles. In a time like today were there is no more customer service or quality service I can say this place gave me hope that it's truly good people and good companies. read more

Katherine B. said it best "At their shop you are not paying for lattes or someone to kiss your you-know-what." So true. I have been coming here since I first purchased my XJR in 2005. I need to save all the cash I can due to speeding tickets and high insurance because I just can't seem to keep the peddle off the metal. Darn the super-charged engine JacMac is Family owned and operated. If you bring your car here for service you will find an honest auto mechanic who exemplifies integrity. I am seriously thinking about getting another jag just so I can bring it here. Finally you can own a luxury car and not pay the luxury prices for service! Hats off to Jagmac! read more

Jagmac - Auto Repair Near Me - Dallas, Texas

We love Jagmac! Jagmac has been our family's go to for repairs for at least a decade! My dad started taking my mom's early 2000s model jag there many moons ago. When she got rid of it, we told my aunt about jagmac and she takes her jag there. My brother got sound advice on repairs and maintenance of his older model used jag. I drive a land rover and was having some issues. They not only fixed the issues, but also walked me through the problem and potential damage it could cause and how to avoid having similar issues in the future. They are never out to just get your $ for repairs. They've consulted me on cheaper/diy ways to get minor issues repaired versus just letting me bring my car in and charging for it. They take exceptional care of their customers and our cars! read more

You won't find a better, more honest, nore dependable mechanic anywhere. Everything will be done the right way.

I've been taking my Jaguars to Russell for 13 years and they are "simply the best" if you're looking for honest diagnostics, quality work, and fair prices. JagMac is THE ONLY Jaguar repair shop in the Metroplex who I trust to do all of this, all the time: 1) Accurately diagnose any issues 2) Provide best "technical" solution AND any other alternatives that may meet your needs (because they understand it may not be in your best interest to spend $3k on a car worth $5k) 3) Their prices are fair and without fluff 4) They make things right if things need tweaked 5) They DON'T sell you unnecessary BS 6) They give me back a car I love to drive again!!! There's nothing more frustrating than driving away from a repair shop after picking up your vehicle from a $1500 "132 point service" only to have a battery sensor light come on or have ZERO wiper fluid... especially when you dropped it off for the specific purpose of replacing the battery. That doesn't happen at JagMac. If they identify an area of concern other than what you have brought it in for, they will bring it to your attention, but their objective is to quickly address the problem that you have reported. That said, the better you communicate the problem you're encountering, how soon you need your vehicle back, and any other areas you want them to look at, the better experience you will have because Russell and his team truly love Jags of all ages, shapes, and sizes, they take pride in the work they do, and they care about what their customers think. They're the best! read more

Just picked up our 2018 F-Type after a full brake repair. On time, under budget, and the work was done perfectly! Couldn't be happier with the service from the team at JacMac, from the initial phone call to get a quote all the way through to pick up. Definitely our go-to mechanic shop for any future Jaguar repairs. read more

Words can't begin to express how happy I am that I found Russell and Jag Mac!! I took my jaguar to a jaguar dealership and they told me their was a problem with the car that was going to be $1,700 to fix. I then googled and found Jag Mac and read the great reviews so I decided to go to Jag Mac. So happy I did, Russell looked at my vehicle and even called me back to show me in the shop that there wasn't an issue that the dealership said there was. He took the time to run through things I needed to have done and explained everything. He saved me over $1,700! I am now a loyal customer for life for all my jag's needs!!! Thank you, Russell!! read more

I've used these folks before and found them competent and less expensive than other shops. And although I knew they'd be less than anyone else, I compared pricing for my rear brakes to be done and they were 30% cheaper than the other shops. So, tomorrow I'll be taking my 2007 XK to Jag-Mac for my rear brakes. read more

First of all... Excellent job done! Wow! Very impressed! Now the whole story: Where to begin... My car was not working properly and we decided to take it to another place that was recommended to us by acquaintances. They took over 3 weeks of "repairs" that didn't repair anything at all. (Never mind the $$$) In fact we got it back worse than we left it. Tired of the nonsense, my husband found JagMac online and loved it. We took it on a Wednesday morning and the car was ready same day... COMPLETELY FIXED! Working perfectly. What a great job they did. I'm still amazed of the quality of this guys! I mean the knew what the problem was right away and fixed it immediately , above all the price we payed for it was completely reasonable. We will obviously bring our car here for the rest of his working life. Thanks guys! You did a great job. read more

They replaced my tire rod for more than a fraction of the price that I was quoted else where. It took no time for my required part to come in and schedule my repair. Great and reliable service from a trustworthy team. read more

I acquired a 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible last year and drove it to Dallas. I thought I had front end issues and was quoted over $2000 to have it fixed by a reputable car shop that I used for my other cars. Somehow I found Jag Mac and brought it to them. The front end issue was just a very bad alignment and they fixed it saving me over $2000. Since then I brought it back to them with an oil leak expecting a large bill and again it was just something simple they fixed along with an AC issue and oil change. $550 for everything! Jag Mac is a family business that does honest work at a reasonable price and if you have a Jag I would not bring it to anyone else! Russell and his dad are a pleasure to talk to and they will never rush you out the door if you have questions. There is nothing about the Jag they don't know. read more

Very nice, down-to-earth, honest guys who will do an honest job for you in a very friendly, casual environment. Russell et al replaced my air filter, gave me some good advice about the compressor, and then ordered some Jag-specific wiper blades when I showed them the pathetic replacements I found at Walmart. Very reasonable prices for everything (believe me, I have a good bullsh*t radar for these sorts of things) and they even went as far to replace the windshield wiper arm--at no cost!--when it became clear that the one on my just-purchased used 2005 S-Type was bent out of place a bit. Super nice guys to chat with about this and that and I will certainly be back here again whenever I need anything for my Jaguar. Thanks guys! read more

I thought these guys were out of business...just saw that they were still hitting unsuspecting Jag owners. Several years ago these two delivered the WORST jaguar repair experience I have ever had. I'm on my fourth Jaguar...XJR, XJR, XKRS, F-Type, and I wouldn't think of ever bringing my car back to this place. They may know about Jaguars, but they have no customer service sense. They kept my car for almost two weeks, working on it in between jobs and always promising to "get to it." When I finally demanded that they get my new drive chain tensioners installed since I was paying for a rental while they held my car hostage, they took two days and got the job done. Three weeks to replace the drive chains and tensioners. And when I finally came to pay and pick up my car, "Dad" was out of town and the son was too worried to release it...so I had to wait over the weekend to get my car. All I'm saying is beware: "you pays your money and you takes your chances." read more

Excellent service minus the 'fluff!' Once a fatihful follower of going to the dealer, JagMac came recommended actually by another Jaguar repair shop! Upon my arrival, I was a bit pressed for time and based on what the Jaguar dealer stated - JagMac responded with half the proposed time. I like this place because they listened to me and knew off the cuff what I needed done versus the dealer trying to run unnecessary testing/ code pulling, etc. My near perfect, low mileage 2001 S-Type Jaguar will always be serviced at JagMac going forward! read more

These guys are the "cat's meow" for taking care of your Jag ! They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and prompt in handling any of your mechanical issues - and at a reasonable price, and are forthcoming with a wealth of information of how to avoid repairs in the future. read more

I would not own a Jaguar if it wasn't for JagMac. Not only are they THE most knowledgeable Jaguar experts out there, they are honest. I've been going to them for years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Russell has even become a good friend of mine over the years and is like family to me. Cheers to owning many more Jaguars in the future!! Bonnie Bleu read more

Without a doubt the best repair shop. This Father and Son team know their way around a Jaguar like it's nobody's business. If you need for Jaguar repaired old or new this is the place to come like no kidding been coming here for 17 years read more

When we purchased our 2001 Jaguar XJR back in 2004 we sought out an independent trustworthy and knowledgeable shop. We found Jagmac and I stake my personal reputation (yeah I know I am a stranger to you) but these people KNOW British cars. We have become BETTER owners because of them. Rates are reasonable and Ian and Russell are extremely knowlegeable and will put you at ease. At their shop you are not paying for lattes or someone to kiss your you-know-what. You are paying for someone that will do the job the way it should be done, and be up front with you. This is a family owned and run shop. read more
