I do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!! My friend and I came in today - we called and made an appointment. They forgot to write our name down so we had to wait. I got acrylics and a pedicure. The acrylics were terrible. I asked for an orange tip color and the nail tech couldn't do it. I had been there for THREE hours. The nail tech kept trying different oranges but they wouldn't stick to the nail. I got tired of her sitting there trying and told her that I would just do the white. My nails aren't even - after I asked her three times to fix them. They charged me $65 for my nails and I have never paid this much for acrylics before. The nail tech didn't even clean up the areas nor gave me what I wanted and I didn't even get a massage. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place. read more

went in for a manicure and pedicure and they took one full hour just to finish my toes Then i was told i would have to wait for my hands. i left with my feet still rough after paying for a 60$ massage and scrub and extra for a callus remover. ended up leaving after the hour to get my hands done somewhere else. polish ended up chipping the next day. I have been going here for the past year, and great service always satisfied with my nails. Although I noticed recently the reviews have dropped (new mom so once a week has turned to once a month lol). Trust the reviews!! All of the techs that built into that business are gone to school or left the location. The lasting ones are very rude and can't even correctly clean/cut cuticles for basic manicure, the lady doing my feet was so rude and continued to give my son dirty looks and kept speaking in a different language to all of the other ladies making faces at me and my son. When I addressed the issue she and the other lady rolled their eyes and left!! Leaving the man at the counter to deal with it and even he was mute. I refused to pay full price because not to mention my toe polish was so thick and she purposely cut them down short and shaped some of them differently than how I came in. I was not happy and I will not be back. Hopefully I can find Chelsea when she finishes "school". Been here a few times now since they opened and every experience has been great! I can only speak for their pedicures but all their services seem to be very good. For their pedicures they offer a bunch of different "flavors" and have an excellent selection of polishes. So I was a walk in on my lunch break (I had two broken nails from last nail set and I found this shop on Yelp) and was able to sit down immediately so my old set could soak off (I prefer soaking rather than popping my nails off). The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. As I gazed around I noticed that they took their time (but not too much time lol) to ensure quality service. I, initially, chose one design and before Anna started placing tips on my nails I did a quick change up and she was very polite and told me I could do that. The entire staff is very accommodating (a lady next to me switched up some of her top coat because she thought it would look a certain way and her tech was happy to help her choose one that was close to what she envisioned). After all was said and Anna was done with my set (I kept it simple this go around to test this new place), my hands we placed in a paraffin wax. Oh emmm geee I LOVE paraffin wax on my hands! My gel manicures from here last from 2-3 weeks, (if you don't mind the growth), and no lifting occurs. I don't even get chips. I hate to have to give a bad review since I never really do , but my nails didn't lasted at all I got them done Saturday, when I was getting my nails done Anna was rushing she would leave me waiting and come back but never got a full service because she kept leaving me and going to attend other people, I also got a pedicure and that is the only service I liked. I am literally still sitting here in this shop after 2.5. Hours. I brought 2 friends with me to all get pedicures and I wanted a fill in. The water was so hot we couldn't put our feet in the water and didn't receive any cooking water so we pretty much pushed through it. We sat here for 2 hours and no one started my nails. When I asked when my nails would be started I was told someone was coming. 1.5 hours into my general pedicure no one came. When my pedicurist noticed I was getting anxious she called someone over to do my nails. The lady said she would wait until I finished my pedi then start my nails. When I complained she spoke to the other nail tech and they looked over before switching to have the other lady do my nails. I'm extremely disappointed because Ive brought 8 ppl to this nail shop who now frequent it for pedicures and manicures. I had a great first experience at this salon! I went in for pedicure and was very impressed with the cleanliness, the aesthetics, and the quality of the pedicure chairs. It's kinda like every other pop up nail place. Gives you drinks, has a good massage chair. The actual massage for my pedicure wasn't great. S/O really loved his pedicure (because he gets one once a year, haha). Nothing that really stood out other than I like the fact that they take their time putting on the different layers on your feet (hot towels, exfoliant, etc) I was also in there to get my dip mani off and get another color put on. Very basic mani, nothing wrong with the color or shape. The lady took off a little too much skin on two fingers when cutting cuticles which left me bleeding a bit. They seems to be low on staff-- I had to wait for about 15 min until someone could see me (I was a walk in). But everyone was friendly and listened to what I wanted. They have their 20% deal still running. There aren't a lot of nail places in Irving, so for Irving? Good. I'd come back if I desperately needed my nails done. For Dallas standards? Eh. read more

As someone who lives in Las Colinas I haven't been able to stick with one place in this area that i'm pleased with, so the fact that I've visited this place a consecutive number of times must says something. I stopped by today for a mani + pedi and I can't say enough about my (deluxe) pedicure from Tami. Hands down I got the best pedi massage! I'm not sure anyone has really taken their time before like she did but I didn't mind! As for the mani, Mae (?) was the sweetest. The pedi was done really well, and was very relaxing! This is why I went a second time, hoping the mani would be just as good. My second visit was about 3 weeks back, but the gel mani started peeling off around the second week. Usually a gel mani lasts about a month for me, if not more. When I went back to the salon last weekend to ask if the gel was supposed to peel off so soon, the receptionist told me that gel nail polish lasts only for two weeks. Very disappointed by this mani and the salon's response. I would think twice before getting a gel mani done here, and still be unsure. read more
