Quite possibly the best nail salon in DFW. So fast but attentive! Pedicure is always 10/10 & they always make my acrylic dreams come true!

I just got my nails done today and they look like I got them done a week ago with how grown out it already looks. Not sure why she started so far down? I think her name was Anna. I paid $50 to have to get my nails done again even sooner because of how grown out they look. Won't be back! read more

$30 pedicure with no massage all they did was cut my cuticles, rub a lotion on my legs and wipe it off with a towel 15 min tops. Not to mention zero detail to my nails I'll leave the pictures here for y'all to see. Worst customer service never going back. read more

I do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!! My friend and I came in today - we called and made an appointment. They forgot to write our name down so we had to wait. I got acrylics and a pedicure. The acrylics were terrible. I asked for an orange tip color and the nail tech couldn't do it. I had been there for THREE hours. The nail tech kept trying different oranges but they wouldn't stick to the nail. I got tired of her sitting there trying and told her that I would just do the white. My nails aren't even - after I asked her three times to fix them. They charged me $65 for my nails and I have never paid this much for acrylics before. The nail tech didn't even clean up the areas nor gave me what I wanted and I didn't even get a massage. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place. read more

Didn't know this was here. Literally my new favorite place. I got the most thorough, longest pedicure/leg massage. They have awesome color selections and do bomb gel nails Update: 5 months later, still my favorite place. I go here at least once a month! read more

Best nail salon! Everyone was so friendly, and I asked for a design, and they did a perfect job!

Loved my gel manicure, they have Happy Hour every weekday from 10 am to 3 pm, 20% off! The lady who did my nails was very good and patient, she kept multitasking because the place was busy but she still did a great job with my nails. read more

Been here a few times now since they opened and every experience has been great! I can only speak for their pedicures but all their services seem to be very good. For their pedicures they offer a bunch of different "flavors" and have an excellent selection of polishes. They massage for a long period of time (which is so nice-- a lot of places skimp out on the massage) and do the wax wrap, rocks, etc. Overall great value for what you get and the drinks are an extra plus read more

So I was a walk in on my lunch break (I had two broken nails from last nail set and I found this shop on Yelp) and was able to sit down immediately so my old set could soak off (I prefer soaking rather than popping my nails off). The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. As I gazed around I noticed that they took their time (but not too much time lol) to ensure quality service. I, initially, chose one design and before Anna started placing tips on my nails I did a quick change up and she was very polite and told me I could do that. The entire staff is very accommodating (a lady next to me switched up some of her top coat because she thought it would look a certain way and her tech was happy to help her choose one that was close to what she envisioned). After all was said and Anna was done with my set (I kept it simple this go around to test this new place), my hands we placed in a paraffin wax. Oh emmm geee I LOVE paraffin wax on my hands! I was a happy camper when I left! I will be back to this location because it's located close to my company's location and I can get to them in good time. read more

Love love it here! My mom and I have been getting our nails done recently this summer and we have been loving this place! The technicians are very friendly and there are complimentary drinks. There is happy hour, 20% off all services, M-F, if you come before 3pm!!!! Prices are reasonable in comparison to competitors around here. The salon itself is clean and nice. My gel manicures from here last from 2-3 weeks, (if you don't mind the growth), and no lifting occurs. I don't even get chips. I got regular nail polish on my toes, and they looked just like I got them done after 2/3 weeks! I was so surprised! The service can't be beat here! read more

I hate to do this but they have roaches... i saw 2 HUGE ROACHES and screamed and they did nothing..like it was normal. At a business anyone would've reacted surprisingly and tried to kill it if they saw that a paying customer was bothered by it but they did nothing. Then started speaking in foreign language.... I can't go back there after seeing that read more

I love the cat eye magnetic gel polish!!! And the attention to detail from the nail techs is excellent!

I hate to have to give a bad review since I never really do , but my nails didn't lasted at all I got them done Saturday, when I was getting my nails done Anna was rushing she would leave me waiting and come back but never got a full service because she kept leaving me and going to attend other people, I also got a pedicure and that is the only service I liked. Here is a picture of my nails within a week. Very disappointed I wish I could ask for a refund because this was a waste of money! If I could give a 0 star I would. Not sure why people rate this place highly it was my first time coming and never coming back read more

I am literally still sitting here in this shop after 2.5. Hours. I brought 2 friends with me to all get pedicures and I wanted a fill in. The water was so hot we couldn't put our feet in the water and didn't receive any cooking water so we pretty much pushed through it. We sat here for 2 hours and no one started my nails. When I asked when my nails would be started I was told someone was coming. 1.5 hours into my general pedicure no one came. When my pedicurist noticed I was getting anxious she called someone over to do my nails. The lady said she would wait until I finished my pedi then start my nails. When I complained she spoke to the other nail tech and they looked over before switching to have the other lady do my nails. I'm extremely disappointed because Ive brought 8 ppl to this nail shop who now frequent it for pedicures and manicures. We all love this place but i honestly don't know if we will be back after this visit. I asked for the manager but was told "she left" but I've been here for 2 hrs Bad customer service read more

I have been going here for the past year, and great service always satisfied with my nails. Although I noticed recently the reviews have dropped (new mom so once a week has turned to once a month lol). Trust the reviews!! All of the techs that built into that business are gone to school or left the location. The lasting ones are very rude and can't even correctly clean/cut cuticles for basic manicure, the lady doing my feet was so rude and continued to give my son dirty looks and kept speaking in a different language to all of the other ladies making faces at me and my son. When I addressed the issue she and the other lady rolled their eyes and left!! Leaving the man at the counter to deal with it and even he was mute. I refused to pay full price because not to mention my toe polish was so thick and she purposely cut them down short and shaped some of them differently than how I came in. I was not happy and I will not be back. Hopefully I can find Chelsea when she finishes "school". Not sure if it's because I had my son which I've always brought or the fact I didn't have the same purse they love to gawk at so decided not to do a good job. Point is I won't be back. read more

Always very nice and helpful. Kim is my favorite. She gives an excellent leg massage if you get the deluxe pedicure. All staff very nice.

I had a great first experience at this salon! I went in for pedicure and was very impressed with the cleanliness, the aesthetics, and the quality of the pedicure chairs. They were very kind and welcoming, and it was easy to relax. They offered me a beverage, gave me a great foot massage, and I left with a perfect pedicure! Seriously, my toes look flawless. Also, the rollers on the chairs are awesome and give a great deep massage if you put them on high. I'll definitely be coming back to this place! read more

Ehhhh, it was ok! When I came in, I originally planned to get a manicure, but my S/O was with me and the lady up front kept trying to sell us both into doing pedicures too. She succeeded. Hmm... It's kinda like every other pop up nail place. Gives you drinks, has a good massage chair. The actual massage for my pedicure wasn't great. S/O really loved his pedicure (because he gets one once a year, haha). Nothing that really stood out other than I like the fact that they take their time putting on the different layers on your feet (hot towels, exfoliant, etc) I was also in there to get my dip mani off and get another color put on. Very basic mani, nothing wrong with the color or shape. The lady took off a little too much skin on two fingers when cutting cuticles which left me bleeding a bit. They seems to be low on staff-- I had to wait for about 15 min until someone could see me (I was a walk in). But everyone was friendly and listened to what I wanted. They have their 20% deal still running. There aren't a lot of nail places in Irving, so for Irving? Good. I'd come back if I desperately needed my nails done. For Dallas standards? Eh. read more

Nice, clean, professional family-run business. Got a regular pedicure and powder-dip manicure. My pedicure technician was kind and did very good work. He made me feel comfortable and engaged in polite conversation. My manicure technician also did a really good job. She was very focused on making sure my nails looked just right. Love how smooth and shiny all my nails turned out. Wide variety of nail polish colors, complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, massage chairs, typical nail salon prices. read more

As someone who lives in Las Colinas I haven't been able to stick with one place in this area that i'm pleased with, so the fact that I've visited this place a consecutive number of times must says something. I stopped by today for a mani + pedi and I can't say enough about my (deluxe) pedicure from Tami. Hands down I got the best pedi massage! I'm not sure anyone has really taken their time before like she did but I didn't mind! As for the mani, Mae (?) was the sweetest. She gave me a great manicure and was very attentive throughout my visit. The salon was clean, bright lights, the chairs work and they have a selection of colors and drinks. It was a friendly atmosphere and I hope they keep up the great work. read more

One of the best manicures I've ever had! They were fast and understood everything I asked for. I was able to get my fingernails and toes done at the same time. went in for a manicure and pedicure and they took one full hour just to finish my toes Then i was told i would have to wait for my hands. i left with my feet still rough after paying for a 60$ massage and scrub and extra for a callus remover. ended up leaving after the hour to get my hands done somewhere else. polish ended up chipping the next day. I literally ALWAYS go here to get my nails done. I always get the same thing. So today I go in and a lady that has done French on my nails before says she doesn't do French anymore?!? When I just went there 2 weeks ago and got a fill. If you didn't wanna do my nails, just say that!!!!! I will be taking my business else where, they overcharge anyways but I've always been willing to pay and always tip very well. Had Ana been there I would've got the service I requested. read more

Been going to this salon for a couple of months now and absolutely love them! The staff is polite and make sure you feel welcome. Also really appreciate the complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Only issue is the amount of staff available there. Hoping they'll hire more people to work there to shorten the amount of time it takes to do nails! Brought my mother to the salon for Mother's Day and she really enjoyed the experience! Also the 20% off all services doesn't hurt! I ask for Mai every time I come and she doesn't disappoint! Will definitely be back! read more

Seems as though they lost a couple of their best nail techs recently...a classic or in my case a bit more modern French tip is the best way to gage a nail techs skills...what I got was a inconsistent. Not to mention a polish change on my toes, had to go from gel to regular polish so these shops would stop using a drill...my big toe nail has cracked at the tip twice due to the thinning of the nail. This ran me $20...a basic pedi was apparently $30, wish they would've mentioned the $10 difference I would've just gotten a pedi...so unfortunate, I drove 30 mins for this, but the girls I was looking for weren't there... read more

This was my third time trying this nail bar. It has definitely grown on me. I had Anna do my nails and she did a great job. This nail bar restored my faith in Texas nail salons. First I got the warmest welcome from all the staff and they really listened when I expressed what I did and did not want. Anna was the nail technician who did my pedicure and I was beyond satisfied, she even gave suggestions to ensure that I was pleased with her services and I absolutely am. The time that was spent on my feet let me know that my technician takes pride in her work which made me feel pampered. And the price, let me just say, the service I received was worth every penny, Very affordable. read more

UPDATE: my manicure lasted 1.5 weeks. I had a large chip in my thumb after a week and a day and went back in and May did a patch job for me free of charge. Unfortunately I already had a lot of lifting at that point and within 24 hours of the repair I had another chip and decided to take the gel off at home at that point. Honestly I might be the problem because I have oily skin. I'm going to try dip next time. I did have a great experience and would go back, but I wanted to give an honest review of how long the gel manicure lasted for me. read more
