Ambiance

The ambiance here is perfect for fancy date night or girls night! You definitely need reservations in advance. I tried to stop by without a reservation and was told they couldn't not accommodate and that they didn't have open bar seating either. Also, they don't allow reservations for one. I was told to make a reservation for two and put in the comments it was just one person. As a truffle enthusiast I really enjoyed the pizza! Loved the greenery in the bar!

A truly wonderful experience! The environment and ambiance is unlike any other! It gives off Italian speak easy vibes. If you're visiting the UK or just up for an upscale date night, I'd highly recommend jacuzzi! The waiting staff is so sweet and do not rush you. The drinks and food were excellent!

This spot came highly recommended via Instagram and tik tok. It's social media popularity is evident as many people dress up and take their photos on the entry stairs. It actually causes a bit of a struggle for the staff trying to navigate around them. The service was meh, it felt very much like our server would rather have been anywhere but there. Aside from that the food was excellent. We got a small salad, foccacia and the truffle pasta. I've still been dreaming about that pasta a month later. It was great.

Loved the ambiance and the food was delicious! My favorite was the SPAGHETTI AL TARTUFO it was so creamy and good. The service was great and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Be sure to give the bathroom a visit for a cool experience Note - they don't have a lift so if you have a stroller you'll have to sit downstairs.

Stunning restaurant, sure to brighten up your social media accounts. And service so lovely, I almost bumped them up a star for the hostess with the mostess who flagged us down across the street to notify us that our table was ready after a 45-minute wait. Talk about going above & beyond, however, food weighs heaviest in my rating, & even with all the pluses, I still cannot in good conscience give Jacuzzi higher than three stars. We ordered: -- prosciutto with melon (£21): unripe cantaloupe was sliced as thin as the uncured meat. -- margherita pizza (£15.5): barely topped with cheese or sauce which makes the soggy crust a bit of a mystery 'cuz what was making it soggy? -- ravioli filled with ricotta & aubergine cream (£18): the basil pesto seemed overwhelming & out of place in this dish. -- limonemisù (£8.5): great flavor & texture in the mascarpone cream, lemon marmalade, limoncello. The only item that was well made & worth ordering. -- two unforgettable dishes that I don't know the names, details, prices of; a salad & a dessert of sabayon & red fruits. Everything, except for the limonemisù, was carelessly thrown together; for Italian food made with love, look elsewhere. I looked up the restaurants that make up Big Momma Group, to which Jacuzzi belongs, & they seem to follow the same model of gorgeous digs, & I'm willing to bet the same mediocre food. Not willing to waste my money (again) to find out.

This four-floored trattoria serves classic italian cuisine is bedecked with Roman statues and of course it wouldn't be italy without the lemon 'trees'. It definitely gave an outdoor feel although we were inside as it had an 'open' roof made possible by glass ceilings. We were a group of 7 and we had: For Mains and Appetisers *Tbone Steak(£90) to share for 2 *3 Foccacia Bread (£5 each) * Crispy Potatoes (£5) *Spaghetti Al Tartulo (Truffle Pasta) (£46) to share for 2 *2 Burrata Al Turfo (£19 each) *Lobster Risotto Ai Fruitti Di Mare (£36) *Burrata El Pistachio (£16) *Margherita Con Bocconcini (£15.50) Desserts: *Il Limonemisu (£8.50) *3 Il Tigramisu (£8 each) The mains were an absolute blast for the senses as everything was seasoned well and tasted fresh especially the spaghetti al tartulo that was prepared table side. It was a quirky little show and really pushed the limits to what was already an amazing service throughout. Taste and service wise, it was definitely a hit but I felt like they could improve on the portion sizes. *Location: Kensington *Nearest Tube Station: High Street Kensington *Price - £££ *Requirements - Gluten (No Gluten free pasta/pizza though), Vegan, Pet-friendly, Child-friendly. Catch you on the next bite #catchyouonthenextbite #davidtriesitall

Burrata with pistacchio

Everything we got was delicious and beautifully plated. The burrata was fresh and decadent, and the puttanesca with the tuna crust was super unique. And the sauce! Just so rich and tasty. Location is beautiful too, which helps. It's a bit loud but nothing the friendly service and delicious food can't make up for.

I just saw a Instagram post on Jacuzzi and had to book a reservation here! I'm so glad I did. The decor inside is amazing, reminds me of an Italian mansion, upscale but very classy. For the drinks, I had the Coco Mario. It comes in a signature glass and tasted delicious. It is a virgen drink but I was able to add We started with the crocchette de Vitello tonnato. And mmmmm mmmm mmmm so good. For my main meal, I had the Speghetti Al Tartufo. It was mouth watering. The meal is a minimum order for two and do it in the cheese wheel. It was so creamy and the presentation is so cool as they mix it in front of you. Our server was nice and very informative on the menu. Even gave great recommendations! We had a great experience and it would definitely be a spot to come to once we're back in London.

Food is absolutely tasty, the spaghetti al tartufo was very truffly (yum!), the service is attentive and quick and the vibes inside give garden with lots of green.

Our churros with chocolate! I wish the churros came without the sugar coating, otherwise it was a tasty dessert.

I came here a few days ago with my boyfriend for a special date night. I loved the decor and music--it felt very spring/summery. We came at a good time--around 5:15PM when it wasn't too busy. Service was good and prompt. Our food came pretty quickly and was delicious! We ordered the spaghetti al Tartufo (for 2) followed by the Cioccolato Fondue (for 2). The pasta was just enough for both of us--anymore and we might not have been able to finish everything. Our waiter was very sweet and gave us the churros with chocolate for free. While I loved our meal, I felt our dessert wasn't the best--the churros were coated in sugar which made the texture a bit unpleasant. In the end we only paid for our water and pasta (£56.81) with a service charge of 12.5%. It's definitely a more expensive meal for a once in a while treat, but well worth a visit!

Came for my birthday in December with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful! We ordered two mocktails - Coco Loco and Tickled Pink. They were so yummy! The food portions can be individually or shareable. We got the Spaghetti al Tartufo (for two) and a Margherita con Bocconcini. We ended the night with a Caramel Apple Torta. Our server was nice and very informative. He also told us a fun story about Naples! He gave us great recommendations that we have to come back! Definitely recommend!

Lamb ragu

Service was super slow, but friendly. They charge £1 for tap water and are very slow to refilling it. Order was wrong but they ended up comping the wrong dish after taking it away and bringing it back for us to keep. Strange. Food was tasteless and mediocre especially for the price. the gimmick is for the instagram atmosphere and not for the food. Two of us have had stomach issues develop at the restaurant and still having cramps to this day, so not sure if it's the fresh cheese not being handled well or what it is. The lamb ragu was bland and it was the first time I've asked for pepper and salt to try to add something tolerable to it. The stratiacelli was ok but the addition of the olives were unnecessary and detracted from the dish. The focaccia was also basic and nothing to scream about. The endives were good with a strong lemon taste but again the quality vs price isn't there for me. Lots of instagram-y young people at the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend the fight to get a reservation at this place

Harken back to the days of yore when we all had five hours to spend eating, drinking, and being merry. The upstairs room with giant family table was just the place for our group of 20. I was surprised anybody could keep up with who ordered what. Star of the night was our lovely server, who put up with the endless musical-chairs action to get people what they ordered (mind you I didn't participate in that revelry; I kept my alleged rightful place at table's head, people can come to me). But the rest of the group swapped like it was speed-dating day. Since we were "private dining" the menu was a little smaller, but still had plenty of choices. The salmon was light, excellent, flavorful. Others enjoyed the Ragu and Salsiccia, and even the Vegana looked tasty. I smartly saved room for dessert (mine and a friends since that's how I roll). Actually somebody ordered a cheesecake and vanished so I added some of that to the list after polishing off my "selection of ice creams" (yes plural is always better with ice cream. Thankfully I had enough sense to let my colleague finish the last bottle of wine and didn't follow them all down the street to the next place afterward, leaving me to savor the upper-room experience at Bird.

Great atmosphere and service. I thoroughly enjoyed the prosciutto pizza. All recently priced.read more
