ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The installer, Michael, showed up and demolished my shower and tub area. He damaged the walls next to the tub. The tub he brought was too wide for the space. When I called the company, they said I signed a contract for a 30 inch tub. I said I assumed the salesperson Heather has measured the space accurately. I needed a 28 inch tub. The company said they didn't make that size. I was assured that the installer could cover the extra inches the tub stuck out with trim pieces. I reluctantly allowed him to put in the tub. The shower curtain rod was the wrong type for the space and it wasn't installed. I ordered four shelves and only 2 were installed. The installer didn't allow enough space for the trim work and extended the plastic wall panels to the very edges of the walls and over the window. When he began to install the trim, he pieced it together and it looked absolutely horrible. I told him to stop and he said another person would come out to complete the job. Angelo came out 2 days later and told me he would go back to the shop and find a cap for the extended tub and find a way to install the trim pieces.
Several days later, Angelo and another man showed up to finish the installation. I asked Angelo to explain what he planned to do to fix the mistakes, and he said he was going to wing it since I had to shower at my fitness center.
He and the other guy began to work and they began to attempt to trim out the window. I stated that I didn't want the window trimmed, and asked where the trim I had ordered was. They were using white. Angleo said he didn't know.
A short time later, my husband looked in on their work and noticed that they had used a butt joint instead of a 45 to trim out the ceiling. he also noticed that they had pieced together trim on a very obvious spot on a wall. A shouting match ensued, and I told them to take out the trim. They did, then packed up their stuff and left.
Eventually I was contacted by Brian Sloan, a sales manager, and he proposed extending out the wall and hanging my bathroom door so that it opened out into the hall instead of the bathroom. This was supposed to be done at my expense. I asked for a refund or a 28 inch tub, and neither one of these requests have been honored.
It has been almost a month since this began, and there has been no resolution. I have been showering at my son's house with no end to this in sight.
