I received lots of recommendations like this. And, I wanted to find businesses with reviews, websites, detailed lists of services provided, photo galleries of completed projects, and proof of license & insurance. AMG Proline met this in spades. Abdullah responded quickly, confirmed capability and availability to complete all of my requested projects, and immediately scheduled a walk-through. Upon first arrival, it was abundantly clear how deep his expertise runs and how sharp his eye is for both function and design. Throughout the entire process, Abdullah was always extremely communicative and efficient. He sent updates of the work via text, photos, and videos. He offered options and suggestions, including why he recommended what he did, without any pressure or judgment. Foreman Mo and team were also lovely, kind, and efficient. Everyone clearly cared deeply about the quality of their work. However well they would do this work in their own personal homes, is how well they were doing the work in my home for me. I was never stressed or worried about the job, since I could see day by day how well it was going. They gave me a timing estimate of one month and beat it by an entire week. There was no nickel and diming, no attempts at random upcharging, no "emergencies requiring" more expensive work. Any ad-hoc items needing my input were clearly communicated to me and waited for my approval. I could not possibly be any happier with the results of their work. At my final walk-through, I was inspecting all the corners and finishes, and they were perfect. Abdullah and team were so detailed. I have been absolutely raving to my friends and family about how wonderful my experience was with AMG. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. I cannot emphasize enough how much peace of mind you will experience with this crew. Shop around, don't shop around, it doesn't matter, just go with AMG.

I spied this store one morning on our way to a new fave breakfast place. We are on year 2 of a three year plan to finish updating our condo. We have the great room left to go which has mainly wood but a tiled entry way. We had looked at a home improvement store but their tile selection was pretty limited. The selection here was vast even within our specifications, 13 inch porcelain floor tile. We found one we really liked and purchased it painlessly. We even got free delivery if we selected Friday as our delivery which we did. Here's the fumble - my husband waited for a phone call that never came and no delivery, giving up golf. He called late in the afternoon and there were some mumbled excuses but then an offer to bring it out that night or the next morning, time of our choice. Sure enough, the tile arrived at nine am, right on time. Only it wasn't the delivery truck, it was our salesman. Way to recover; it doesn't give my husband back his day but he took responsibility and made it right! I would go here again but I would call in the morning to make sure that delivery was actually going to arrive!

We contacted Design Concepts to come to the rescue. Within a couple hours, we had a callback from Dave. We scheduled a site visit and were impressed enough to move forward with a design. Dave came out a couple days later with a beautiful color drawing that detailed all of our possible options, presented an itemized quote of all the work that would be involved, and gave us a list of 15 references we could call on for peace of mind. We presented this to our town home association board and they were so impressed that they decided we should do the courtyard as well. We signed the paperwork and a few days later Dave and his crew were cleaning up all the weeds, removing overgrown trees and bushes, and trimming trees. Then they installed a beautiful stone walkway, fertilizers, mulch, a wonderful assortment of plants and bushes in the front and flowers in the courtyard. They cleaned up everything and provided us with watering instructions and plans to add to our design for next year. Its difficult to please all members of a town home or condo association but Dave and Design Concepts did the job. We plan on using them for many years for all of our landscaping needs. We also found out they do more than just landscaping and have already begun plans to have them work on the interior of our house. From talking with they're references, this quality of work is par for course in everything they do.
