This dish was a bit softer than normal, but I was fine since we had rice to go with it. The beef strands mixed well with the thin sliced peppers so it was easy chew and the spice packs a punch. I honestly think this was one of my favorite dishes since it was perfectly cooked, great flavor, and good portion. Lastly, the chicken came out. There was a large pile of chicken, but half of it was peppers. The chicken was cut into little bite sized pieces, each fried perfectly. Some pieces were more tongue numbing than others but it was nothing aggressive; very gentle and comfortable numb. There are options for Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food. Some menu items did not display on the kiosk. I ordered the Vietnamese fresh spring roll (summer roll), special pho noodle with rare steak, brisket, beef tripe, and beef nuggets, and the roast duck noodle soup with flat rice noodle. The screens tell you when your order is ready. When the order is ready, you can go up to the counter depending on which cuisine you ordered from to pick up the food. The summer rolls were very good.
