Asia Grille is the same thing except it's a brick and mortar restaurant and they have alcohol. The restaurant itself is located in a nice location at the Lincoln Mall. The interior itself is dated but large and has plenty of seating. The staff are all kind and I've had nice interactions with most of them. I feel bad leaving a three star review because many of them are so pleasant. But, the food is average at best. I've never had something that has wowed me or blown me away. Tonight I did the sweet and sour shrimp. The portion size was great with plenty of rice but they should have put the sweet and sour sauce to the side instead of on top. It almost made the dish too sweat. I also ordered a Mai tai which was good but standard. I will say I did oscillate between a 3 and a 4 because of their pricing. Most of their special combos are no more than $12 and my Mai Tai was $10. With the portion sizes this is a great deal! Plus the food always comes out incredibly quickly. Would I take my friends or boss to Asia Grille? But it is a quick and cheap meal if you're in the area and don't want to cook.

Staff greeted us and got to see it real quick. We and another party was only ones there lunch time. Probably more take out than dine in. Menu selection was huge, so much to choose from. My gf is from china so picked out some noteworthy dishes to try and they did not disappoint! 4/5 stirfry bacon with bamboo shoots was excellent. The bacon is more like the fatty cross section of pork that's thinly sliced. It had a smoky flavor to it which mixes well with the crunchy bamboo and peppers. The spice level was also just right to give the dish a good kick. 3.5/5 fried intestines were also good but just didn't hit as well as the other dishes. Maybe just not crunchy enough. At least also spiced well. 5/5 Salted egg yolk with tofu... I could not stop eating this dish with rice. I don't know what kind of tofu they were using, but it was super silky, but it was also maintaining its form really well in firmness so doesn't break apart in contact. The salty egg yolk flavor balances out with the tofu and rice. It's so it's like a comfort food for me. 4.5/5 beef with Longhorn peppers, definitely on the spicy side, which I love. This dish was a bit softer than normal, but I was fine since we had rice to go with it. The beef strands mixed well with the thin sliced peppers so it was easy chew and the spice packs a punch. Overall, I love this place and will definitely come again when I'm around the area. The menu is so huge that I feel like I have to come back multiple times just to try 80% of the menu.

I ordered the double pork.. came out beautifully served in a pot, delicious with peppers and note this.. spicy. But I like that! Scallion pancakes were great as were the delightful, ethereal, chicken fingers/ puffs. Left me asking the question, how did they do that? Portions were excellent as was the service. BYOB... enjoyed a nice sauvignon blanc.

I have never had a bad meal here, and I always try to be adventurous and try something new each time. With that being said, I always get an order of the Chongqing diced chicken. It is one of my fave dishes of all time (be warned, it is SPICY. Not for the faint of heart). The sauteed pig intestine with chili is another fave of mine. The dining area is spacious and cute, and the staff here is always incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful when there is a lot of dishes you might not be familiar with ! Chengdu is a must try if you are in the Smith Hill area of Providence. In fact , it's worth a trip to Smith Hill all on it's own.

When we went inside, there was only one other party there and no music, so just whispers and the sounds of utensils against plates. There are about 4-5 booths and 1-2 regular tables to choose from. Since l am not familiar with Sichuan cuisine, I had Al help me choose my dishes. I went with the dumplings in chili sauce, fried rice, eggplant in garlic sauce, and chongquin chicken. While we waited, we were given water. The dishes came out at different times. They first served us the dumplings which were really good. The sauce they were in did have some chili sauce, but it was mostly like a sweet soy sauce and really tasty. It came with about 6 dumplings with a perfectly cooked wrapper and filled with flavorful pork - simple but delicious. Next was the eggplant. I was expecting a heavy garlic presence, but it was more like a sweet and sour sauce. The eggplant was very tender, but really hot so we had to wait to let it cool down a bit. The rice came after. I honestly think this was one of my favorite dishes since it was perfectly cooked, great flavor, and good portion. Lastly, the chicken came out. There was a large pile of chicken, but half of it was peppers. The chicken was cut into little bite sized pieces, each fried perfectly. Some pieces were more tongue numbing than others but it was nothing aggressive; very gentle and comfortable numb. I would have liked if there were music, but the no music was fine too; an escape from chaotic reality. Our total was around $50, which wasn't bad for the amount of food we got. I would come back to try other items.

It is by the table games in the casino. Once you walk in, you'll see a counter with bubble tea options and bakery items. Behind that counter is many tables for seating and the kiosk. You can order at the kiosk or at the register. I took a paper menu first to see what was available and then went to the kiosk to order. There are options for Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food. Some menu items did not display on the kiosk. I ordered the Vietnamese fresh spring roll (summer roll), special pho noodle with rare steak, brisket, beef tripe, and beef nuggets, and the roast duck noodle soup with flat rice noodle. The screens tell you when your order is ready. When the order is ready, you can go up to the counter depending on which cuisine you ordered from to pick up the food. The summer rolls were very good. The broth for the pho was delicious and all the ingredients were on point. The roast duck and the noodles tasted really good. All the food was so filling. The food hall was very clean. It's so nice to have a food hall in Rhode Island that has authentic asian food. I can't wait to come back!
