Save your money and go somewhere else. $40 gets shiny oil over dust. You're better off doing it yourself. Never again.

I got "the works" car wash. Which apparently does not include wiping down the inside of the doors or vacuuming properly (sarcasm, they should have done it but did not). It does, however, come with a fresh chip in my window tint that they just deny was done by them and refuse to do anything about. Good news is the damage and dirt left only cost me $32 including the tip I left them before seeing what a great job they did.

this is how I received my car after detailing!   And could not be removed,  Had to buy a whole new plastic part from dealer.

This is the worse place I have ever been to. They left my car with stains that could not be removed and did nothing about it. With terrible customer service.

My backseat

I paid $40 for a car wash. I was waiting a while for my car and one of the supervisors kept making the guy working on my car go back and wipe things down and he started wiping my front grill when I was trying to leave. I had a stroke and I'm on a cane so I have a hard time standing and walking for a long time so I didn't go out and check my vehicle however I pulled in the shopping center parking lot located next to the Jackson's car wash. My windows had never been wiped down. They had water spots everywhere bugs on the grill. There was no attempt to vacuum my backseat. There was dust and dog hair everywhere I get they can't get all the dog hair, but they can make some kind of an effort. There were different dirt spots throughout my vehicle water stains all over all my windows miss spots in my interior when I was getting in the car he hadn't done my driver side window so he had to do it while I was sitting in the vehicle I used to go to Jackson's all the time and over the years. I don't go very often but I was in the area and thought it'd be nice to get my car nice and clean. The only reason I know it was washed is because I drove it through the car wash myself I will never return to Jackson's. I have 25 photos if you want them.

Used there services about five years ago the attention to detail as dramatically declined. Poor service, no pride in their job, way over priced. Doing as little as they can to collect the paycheck.

Update: Their Front Desk Guy Hooked me on a $200 dollar UPsell on my Vintage PU Truck that I had…read morebrought in for 1(one) minor issue involving the PRNDL linkage. Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**

I am extremely hesitant to bring my car to a mechanic shop normally because my dad typically fixes my cars for me. I wanted to give him a break so that is what lead me here. A little over a year ago I brought my car in for a horrible noise it was making. They diagnosed it and over $1,000 later I got the call my car was fixed and ready. As I was driving away, the same very glaring and obvious noise happened even before I left the parking lot. I called and let them know it was still making the noise so they had me bring it back the next day. I went on a drive with one of the mechanics so I could make sure they knew what noise I was talking about. They kept my car, put some oil/lubricant on a few things, and said good to go. Again, my car made the noise as I drove out of the parking lot. I called again to tell them it was still making the noise and I was told, "I don't know what to tell you, your car is old and we could spend years looking for what is causing the noise." And that was it. No offer to try to figure it out and I've now spent the money I barely could afford as a single mom and my car is not fixed. And I don't have the additional funds at the time to take it elsewhere because I spent it with them. Here I am, over a year later and the car is still making the noise because I'm nervous about trying at another mechanic. My friend over the past year has had two very similar experiences where the initial issue was not fixed at first and she has had to go back. She had to pay for the non-fixes and again for the going back to actually get it fixed. I have no doubt the work they did on my car was done properly, however it was not the right work or the fix for my issue. The employee even said he thought what they replaced looked like it had already been replaced before (like it was not the original part). I feel like that should have raised a flag that maybe it wasn't the part that needed replacing. I would use caution when considering going here.

Poor Customer Service. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, first time coming here thinking it…read morewouldn't be too bad for an oil change. I was wrongly mistaken. They have notified me that oil was leaking out somewhere and that It needed attention. It was quick and fast oil change little under a hour. I should have notice that they poorly did a sad shit job on a simple oil change and couldn't even place the oil filter on right. I was furious about how the poor service was done. I took it upon myself to have someone else look into it, they had notified me that it the oil filter wasn't on right. I replaced the filter and redid the oil change. After putting more money into getting it done right, I was not given a full refund of 120$ and got back 35$. Shout out to Chad Peter and the mangers at this facility for poor customer service. Worst place to ever get car maintenance.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years, several different states, and when I say these guys ARE THE BEST, I'm not exaggerating. Fast, super friendly and efficient. The manager Fabian was so generous, and the crew that day, Juan and James (especially James) was so very kind and hooked me up. Ladies and independent girlies, if you're weirded out by the experience of going to get an oil change with mechanics, I can say confidently that the staff was superb. No weirdness, no flirting, just business as it should be, quick, kind, and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 12/10 thank you so very much gentlemen. It was such a pleasure.
