Had just gotten home from a road trip with the grandkids. My SUV was a mess. Stopped by Jackson's on Happy Valley on January 8th. Got the works. Even told the attendant that they need to vacuum really well everywhere because goldfish and crumbs had taken over my vehicle. When I got back in my truck and looked in the rear view mirror it was clear that the inside windows had not been touched (grandkids played back there and their sticky little prints were smeared on the window still). Hopped out and asked the attendant to take care of it. He did. Hubs and I were heading to lunch after so didn't really take a better look at the inside till we got home. When I got home I started looking at the inside of my truck...(pictures attached). Floor mats had not been picked up or vacuumed under. Center seat also not lifted and was full Of crumbs. Inside front cup holders were crusted and clearly not touched. Inside door areas also not touched or vacuumed out. Inside side window still had kids prints. The sun visors on the back area windows had not been moved and windows underneath still had handprints from the littles. Front dash area (radio, gps screen were super dusty). This place always comes at you trying to sell all there extra services when u come in. How about you just do the job you are supposed to do well and clean the cars. I can't even give this car wash a star they were so bad. Not kidding! I had a black Mustang rental car. After using it for a week I thought it would be nice to return it cleaner than the way it was delivered to me. I pulled up to the entrance. The guy was very rude. I was pulling in and the guy was directing me with hand gestures. I don't need your help thank you very much. The confusing arm directions had me going every which way. To me I was turning my wheel in the direction the car was to be going in, not heading into the glass window. Ugh! He said, haven't you ever been here before?" I did respond with, "yeah, I was only following your screwed up directions". Next, their creepy employee kept eyeballing me through the windshield. I exited the car, went inside to pay. Waiting in the very long line here comes 'creepo' still trying to make eye contact with me. Immediately i looked away. You can tell he went out of his way to come inside to look for me and creep me out even more. Now the car is in the drive. After about 15 minutes they tried to deliver the car to me. There were water spots, water dripping from headlights, the windshield and back window was streaked, very large smudges on both side windows, never blew out the crevasses just a quick once over. Oh wait, it gets better. There were I'd say at least 30+ yellow spots in the paint (reason for getting a wash in the first place). I inquired about them after the kid said it was ready. He said that I needed to go through detailing to remove them. WHAT!!! No!!!! I could remove them with my finger. The guy breezed through the spots again trying to appease me. Not. I kept showing him the spots he missed. I finally got upset that it was plain i wasn't getting my concern addressed. I looked for a manager. Here's the managers response, You'll need to take it to detailing. Huh? Really? I told him I came in for a wash and that's what I paid for, get this *$#% off the car. He said he wasn't going to argue with me. I said me either, clean it off. Again, he repeated himself and walked away. I grabbed a towel and did it myself. About 25 minutes later I had them removed. I used my finger and wiped with a towel. Another customer saw this and remarked to an employee that I had to do it myself. Once totally exhausted from this I was getting in and noticed the inside hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed. I got in, drove around the front and requested a manager. He was the same jerk I already spoke with. He said, ok what's wrong? I told him and he said, show me. He walked out the door wayyyy ahead of me. When I got to the car I showed him these concerns I had. He started wiping down the interior. The instrument panel was left blurred with streaks and the crumbs in the console were wiped out onto the console. I know they won't miss me. But I'll never go back and I should have trusted my instincts. This is the 3rd time they failed. My daughter has had the same experience. Thank you but no thank you. I am all for cashless & prefer using digital payment methods. The issue is that you have to stay in your car while it goes through the wash now. The wash comes first then an oil change whenever you need both services. I found this out only after driving over there. I wanted a full service wash where the car drives through without anyone it in & gets vacuumed after- like they had it set up before. Thankfully no one was in back of me, so I was able to backup & leave. This information about these changes should be put on the website. read more

Employee argued with me and said I paid $80 for a shampoo (horrible job) not a car wash even though a works car wash is part of the service (did not vacuum or clean cup holders). I have been going to this carwash for over a year, and everything has always been fine. Yesterday I took my SUV in and paid to upgrade to the VIP wash. When I got into the car to leave, the windshield wipers were not down in the normal position so I tried to turn them on. Well, long story short, they broke or burned up the windshield motor! They told me that it was my fault because I didn't, turn off the rain sensor. I would assume that it was the job of the person who drove the car in to do that.I was there for another hour while the guys in the oil change area tried to fix it. I told the "manager" that Jacksons was going to need to pay for the repair of the motor, and he said that's not their policy. That's why the sign is up to turn off the rain sensor. Obviously they don't hire people that can read the signs, or that can figure it out! As I aid I've been going there for over a year and always done the same wash and those people knew what to do! read more

The bad reviews are sadly correct. This place has gone down hill. I haven't been for a few months and now see that prices have gone up 20%!! And if you want the lower prices you now have to pay a monthly fee of $15! No thanks. The workers were courteous so I appreciate that but they just don't do a good job, not enough workers and not trained. There used to be a supervisor who would walk around the car after it was done to make sure it was good but not today. I had to point out 4-5 large places they missed on the outside, large spots with mud and dirt. And that wash was $30 and that was not even the most expensive! Unpleasant workers especially the managers; they will "sell" you your car knowing it's missing steps on the wash you paid for just to get people out faster and most of the time the people who are supposed to wipe the rims off just act like they do and don't actually clean them unless you say something and on top of that I've seen a supervisor slap his coworker in front of the manager, Dustin, and the supervisor still works here. (So does the worker that got slapped) Overall the time I've been here have been very unpleasant and if I ever want to go to a Jackson's car wash I'm going to steer clear of this one and go to the next. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews but there aren't many full service car washes in the area and I was in a pinch. They didn't even open the back hatch to vacuum, and the areas that were vacuumed were a joke. When I pointed it out to the guy as he handed me my keys, he said he didn't have a vacuum in that area but did his best to blow it out using the air hose. Nothing inside the car was wiped down with the exception of the dashboard. Interior windows were mediocre at best. read more

AWFUL!!!! Just paid for a VIP car wash and as I am driving away with the sun shining in, the dashboard and instrument panel were not even touched. The center console was not wiped down. I just paid $40 to run it through a basic car wash and get vacuumed. Even the air freshener had zero scent, like it was old/used. Now I know why I like my self service car wash better. The Jackson car wash service has gone drastically downhill. I know I should have turned around and gone back, I didn't have the luxury of time today to do that. Horrible customer service here. Came in for an oil change and a wash. All they wanted to do was try to push up sales to more premium washes. They didn't explain that they charge a labor fee above and beyond the oil change fee until you're already checking out. I pulled in and asked for an oil change and wash and the first guy I talked to just wandered off. No one was willing to take the time to explain the various charges, the whole place is a shell game and they just want to get your $$ & hustle you along. I was there today for a car wash, that I paid $30 for plus $10 tip. I picked that car was because U wanted them tu clean the interior as well. It looks like all they did was vacuum they didn't clean anything else. If I would known that I would have selected for exterior wash only and would have saved me some money. Came in for a oil change and new brakes. Not a lot of instruction from the staff, everyone just kind of lolly gags around, and no one ever answers the phone. I called 8 times in a ten minute span, and my fiancée called 15 times in 10 minutes....no answer...I dropped my car off at 7:30am and didn't get a call until 5:15, and I was basically told I have 30 minutes to get up there and pay. The reviews don't lie. Paid $25 + $5 tip for the VIP wash. I don't think their vacuums work, the carpet mats were moved around but it didn't look like anything was vacuumed. The 3rd row wasn't touched, the dash wasn't wiped down. I feel really disappointed, I was expecting my car to feel fresh and clean and it didn't. After my experience here I stoped by a super star car wash and vacuumed my car, and cleaned the dash. Obviously I wasn't expecting a full car detail.. But definitely wasn't expecting to have to re-do it myself after paying $30. I do not recommend this place.. you're better off doing it yourself. read more

My husband and I took our 2 trucks there today. They did a terrible job. From the vacuum to the wipe down. The windshield wipers weren't lifted to wipe below them, windows smeared, bumpers not wiped, inside was half wiped. Just a lazy job ALL around. OH! And we paid $29.99 for the VIP! read more

This car wash is honestly one of the worst that I've ever been to. Every couple of years, when I get lazy and don't clean my own car, I give it another chance and it disappoints me more and more every time. Well, this is the last time I'll bring my car here. My car is never cleaned here. The rims of my wheels are dirtier than they were when I brought the car in to be washed. It's like they smeared the dirt all over instead of actually cleaning it. Furthermore, the inside of my car wasn't even touched. The dust is still there in the same exact place as it was before I brought the car in. Lastly, there are water marks all over the exterior of my car. The sad part is that there was literally no one else at the car wash. Before my road trip I came to get a detail, I told them to call me when there done cause usually they never call. So when I came to pick up my car I got in only checked the middle seat & front. I got in my car and turned on the ac & it didn't turn on. They broke my button! The manager came & tried looking for what the problem was and couldn't find the button they lost. The manager said they don't touch buttons but that's a lie the freakin broke it and it's 100+ degrees outside. They couldn't even fix it or send me to a repair shop. All they did was give me a paper to email someone which I did and they never replied back. I was so upset my car is in good condition & they are just ruining it. Also another piece is about to fall of because of them I noticed. When I came here before they also broke the passenger chair it won't slide anymore & they couldn't do anything. Very outgoing and makes you feel welcomed. When I picked up the car the one who gave me the keys was very nice as well! The car looks amazing inside and out. I'd give negative stars if that were a thing, I moved away from Phoenix some years ago and just happened to be passing through the area on July 4th. My girlfriend and I picked up a Car from her mother and we're driving it from Tucson to Seattle. I decided to stop here to get the car washed since we would be on the road for several days.I went here all the time in the late 2000s early 2010s when this was owned by Danny's. My memories and past experiences were nothing but pleasant, that's was about to change. Shortly after the car excited the car wash we were flagged down and told our "aftermarket valve stems" had broken and resulted in a flat tire. But no worries, they would put our spare on for us... I spoke with the manager on shift and he came out to look at the car, he gave us the "there's a waiver sign at the front denying any liability for damage" and again claimed the after market valve stems were to blame. Only thing is my girlfriends mother only took the car to Mazda for repairs so this was bogus. I demanded a refund and the manager declined. Clearly I was not going to be able to drive 1300 miles on a donut so I had to find a tire shop open on the 4th to replace the valve stem. Shortly after the car was fixed I noticed how much of a poor job Jackson's did cleaning it. Under normal circumstances I would have inspected the car and made them fix the issues but I had to fix the damage they caused. Under the floor mats had not been vacuumed, there were smear marks and missed corners on the windscreen, the $10 extra we payed for wheel cleaning was not preformed. It was worse than a waste of money. We called corporate and they also refused to issue a refund. I've told all my friends already that still reside in Arizona to STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! read more

Went to Jackson's car wash for the first time tonight (new to the area) - paid for a full service inside/ outside clean, and was told from the girl at the counter it would be 20-25 minutes. After 55 minutes, I noticed my car had been parked with other finished cars and no one called me. So I mentioned it to the girl at the counter, and she told me to go outside. I ask one of the guys outside if my cars done and if I can have my keys, he hands them to me without saying much. I get in my car and my dash is still covered in dust, my rear view mirror hadn't been cleaned, and they left their writing on my windows still that they did when I drove in!
