they had the car at 8 AM for a complete detail. Oversold the ceramic coating at $400 more than the $200 I paid. said it was ready at 3:30 - got there and car was scratched and not clean and no ceramic coating. "Oh, you had the diamond package. " No I didn't - gave her the receipt. "Oh, it will be done by 530 today." Called five times. Left message - no response or phone call. It is now 5:45 PM and no one answers the phone and no one calls back. there is no way to contact anyone. they probably subcontract the work at their location, pay someone $100 to do the work and take the profit. I can't even give this car wash a star they were so bad. Not kidding! I had a black Mustang rental car. After using it for a week I thought it would be nice to return it cleaner than the way it was delivered to me. I pulled up to the entrance. The guy was very rude. I was pulling in and the guy was directing me with hand gestures. I don't need your help thank you very much. The confusing arm directions had me going every which way. To me I was turning my wheel in the direction the car was to be going in, not heading into the glass window. Ugh! He said, haven't you ever been here before?" I did respond with, "yeah, I was only following your screwed up directions". Next, their creepy employee kept eyeballing me through the windshield. I exited the car, went inside to pay. Waiting in the very long line here comes 'creepo' still trying to make eye contact with me. Immediately i looked away. You can tell he went out of his way to come inside to look for me and creep me out even more. Now the car is in the drive. After about 15 minutes they tried to deliver the car to me. There were water spots, water dripping from headlights, the windshield and back window was streaked, very large smudges on both side windows, never blew out the crevasses just a quick once over. Oh wait, it gets better. There were I'd say at least 30+ yellow spots in the paint (reason for getting a wash in the first place). I inquired about them after the kid said it was ready. He said that I needed to go through detailing to remove them. WHAT!!! No!!!! I could remove them with my finger. The guy breezed through the spots again trying to appease me. Not. I kept showing him the spots he missed. I finally got upset that it was plain i wasn't getting my concern addressed. I looked for a manager. Here's the managers response, You'll need to take it to detailing. Huh? Really? I told him I came in for a wash and that's what I paid for, get this *$#% off the car. He said he wasn't going to argue with me. I said me either, clean it off. Again, he repeated himself and walked away. I grabbed a towel and did it myself. About 25 minutes later I had them removed. I used my finger and wiped with a towel. Another customer saw this and remarked to an employee that I had to do it myself. Once totally exhausted from this I was getting in and noticed the inside hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed. I got in, drove around the front and requested a manager. He was the same jerk I already spoke with. He said, ok what's wrong? I told him and he said, show me. He walked out the door wayyyy ahead of me. When I got to the car I showed him these concerns I had. He started wiping down the interior. The instrument panel was left blurred with streaks and the crumbs in the console were wiped out onto the console. I know they won't miss me. But I'll never go back and I should have trusted my instincts. This is the 3rd time they failed. My daughter has had the same experience. Thank you but no thank you. I'll go to my never failing Lindstrom's Car Wash on Indian School near 28th St. Ok, so they're making me give a star rating before I post. read more

I normally receive pretty decent service when I get my car washed here, but this past weekend my experience was so outlandish that my family and I won't return. My husband and I had just returned from a trip with our dog and went to get the vehicle cleaned. I asked if they could vacuum the side of the SUV to try to get any dog hair out, and the attendant stated that it wouldn't come out and we'd have to pay an extra fee if we wanted to have that cleaned. Meanwhile a gentleman is standing behind his vehicle in front of us waiting for them to finish vacuuming his vehicle. We stated okay, we didn't want to pay the extra fee and got out and opened the back of vehicle and waited. As we looked at the back, we wanted to wait and see how much of the hair would come out with the vacuum. As we proceeded to wait, the attendant walked over and told us that "they had it from there, we could go." We ignored him the first time, and he stated it again. I then told him that he could go and do his job, that he didn't say a word to the gentleman in front of us as he waited with his car, and he needed to go away. He then got angry and began to tell me that I couldn't get rude with him, and I told him the same went for him. As he continued to stand there and argue, I told him to get the (expletive) away from me. I probably told him that about seven times as he stood there arguing. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't talk to him like I talked to my husband (who was standing next to me). I told him that I didn't need to talk to my husband like that because he knew how to act like a man. This attendant continued to stand there spouting the same trash, trying to insult my husband, until I finally yelled for him to get the (expletive) away from me. He walked away, but not before whispering to the vacuum attendant about our vehicle. The vacuum attendant vacuumed the back of our vehicle and I asked her to wipe the side, as well. She wiped it a couple of times and most of the hair came out. I thanked her and she went on her way. The rude attendant then walked by me again, got close to me, and spoke some insult in my ear! I, again, told him to get the (expletive) away from me. My husband reflected that his entire tone and attitude changed when we declined the extra package for the pet hair. If there had been a lot of hair and it needed extra attention, I could understand, but I didn't ask them to do anything outside of the normal vacuuming. I found the bullying, narcissistic behavior by the up sale attendant to be so unprofessional. I felt like I was at some hood street place instead of a credible place of business. When did it become acceptable for employees to treat customers like street rivals? I felt like if I hadn't been a woman, or a woman of color, he would have taken our decline and walked away, but he treated us like he felt we were less, or like we didn't garner the same respect as other customers. I know that his job position is a needed part of the business to increase revenue, but I think that it should be someone who is not so small that they can't take no for an answer. read more

I've been going to Jackson's car wash for years and year after year the service and quality has gone down . Very disappointed in the quality . I was there today and paid for the VIP wash . Had just gotten home from a road trip with the grandkids. My SUV was a mess. Stopped by Jackson's on Happy Valley on January 8th. Got the works. Even told the attendant that they need to vacuum really well everywhere because goldfish and crumbs had taken over my vehicle. When I got back in my truck and looked in the rear view mirror it was clear that the inside windows had not been touched (grandkids played back there and their sticky little prints were smeared on the window still). Hopped out and asked the attendant to take care of it. He did. Hubs and I were heading to lunch after so didn't really take a better look at the inside till we got home. When I got home I started looking at the inside of my truck...(pictures attached). Floor mats had not been picked up or vacuumed under. Center seat also not lifted and was full Of crumbs. Inside front cup holders were crusted and clearly not touched. Inside door areas also not touched or vacuumed out. Inside side window still had kids prints. The sun visors on the back area windows had not been moved and windows underneath still had handprints from the littles. Front dash area (radio, gps screen were super dusty). This place always comes at you trying to sell all there extra services when u come in. How about you just do the job you are supposed to do well and clean the cars. I didn't get a detail but still expected the main areas to be vacuumed and cleaned. Super disappointed in this once awesome Carwash. read more

The board when you pull up for a car wash is misleading. It shows member prices first. I of course am responsible for misreading it. But when I told the cashier that doesn't seem right, the board shows $20. Instead of explaining to me that's a member price, her response was "I promise it doesn't say $20" read more

They continue to do a poor job. I have sent my car back since their work is so bad, and they make promises of better service next time, but so far haven't delivered. It is sad that there are no competitors 20 minutes around. Update: a new car wash opening down the road. Yassss! Did not vacuum my car until after I complained. Employee argued with me and said I paid $80 for a shampoo (horrible job) not a car wash even though a works car wash is part of the service (did not vacuum or clean cup holders). Excellent customer service and very friendly staff I started going to Jackson's after my favorite carwash closed its doors . While I definitely agree that Jacksons takes longer than other car washes I've visited, however, it is definitely worth the wait. Jackson's is committed to giving the customer what they want, a great car wash at a reasonable price. Jackson's is committed to making each customer happy and satified. I have been going to this carwash for over a year, and everything has always been fine. Yesterday I took my SUV in and paid to upgrade to the VIP wash. When I got into the car to leave, the windshield wipers were not down in the normal position so I tried to turn them on. Well, long story short, they broke or burned up the windshield motor! They told me that it was my fault because I didn't, turn off the rain sensor. I would assume that it was the job of the person who drove the car in to do that.I was there for another hour while the guys in the oil change area tried to fix it. I told the "manager" that Jacksons was going to need to pay for the repair of the motor, and he said that's not their policy. That's why the sign is up to turn off the rain sensor. Obviously they don't hire people that can read the signs, or that can figure it out! As I aid I've been going there for over a year and always done the same wash and those people knew what to do! read more

The bad reviews are sadly correct. This place has gone down hill. I haven't been for a few months and now see that prices have gone up 20%!! And if you want the lower prices you now have to pay a monthly fee of $15! No thanks. The workers were courteous so I appreciate that but they just don't do a good job, not enough workers and not trained. There used to be a supervisor who would walk around the car after it was done to make sure it was good but not today. I had to point out 4-5 large places they missed on the outside, large spots with mud and dirt. And that wash was $30 and that was not even the most expensive! Increasing prices, bad service and 3 new car washes already open or coming to Happy Valley alone spells disaster for these guys. Look forward to Super Star opening up down the road. read more

I am all for cashless & prefer using digital payment methods. The issue is that you have to stay in your car while it goes through the wash now. The wash comes first then an oil change whenever you need both services. I found this out only after driving over there. I wanted a full service wash where the car drives through without anyone it in & gets vacuumed after- like they had it set up before. Thankfully no one was in back of me, so I was able to backup & leave. This information about these changes should be put on the website. read more

I should've looked at these reviews before I came here... Thought to myself, "I don't feel like cleaning the interior of my car, I'm going to a FULL SERVICE car wash. I'm going to pay quadruple what I usually pay so I can have professionals clean my car" It's actually crazy how many people on her have had the same exact shitty service that I got. Barely vacuumed, still crumbs all in my seats. Center console as dusty as it was when I got there. Dog nose marks on the insides of the windows like they were never touched. I got the leather conditioner and they didn't even get the whole seat, and left spots everywhere. I asked for a cherry air freshener. I got no air freshener. If you're reading these reviews before you go, stop. Just stop. Turn back around and go the other direction. Go ANYWHERE else. Thank you. read more

AWFUL!!!! Just paid for a VIP car wash and as I am driving away with the sun shining in, the dashboard and instrument panel were not even touched. The center console was not wiped down. I just paid $40 to run it through a basic car wash and get vacuumed. Even the air freshener had zero scent, like it was old/used. Now I know why I like my self service car wash better. The Jackson car wash service has gone drastically downhill. I know I should have turned around and gone back, I didn't have the luxury of time today to do that. I just miss the days of going through a full service car wash and getting in your car that is clean and smells fresh. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews but there aren't many full service car washes in the area and I was in a pinch. They didn't even open the back hatch to vacuum, and the areas that were vacuumed were a joke. When I pointed it out to the guy as he handed me my keys, he said he didn't have a vacuum in that area but did his best to blow it out using the air hose. Nothing inside the car was wiped down with the exception of the dashboard. Interior windows were mediocre at best. read more

Horrible customer service here. Came in for an oil change and a wash. All they wanted to do was try to push up sales to more premium washes. They didn't explain that they charge a labor fee above and beyond the oil change fee until you're already checking out. I pulled in and asked for an oil change and wash and the first guy I talked to just wandered off. No one was willing to take the time to explain the various charges, the whole place is a shell game and they just want to get your $$ & hustle you along. It seems like everyone who works here is a bit out of it. I won't be coming back. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever gotten. Went in today at about 5, asked since they were closing at 6 if I should just come back-- the guys said no! We got you. Paid 50$+tip. (Thank GOD i didt pay the full 70, there was a promo). I detail my own car usually, but, had a long weekend so just wanted someone else to do it. Aka: I know what I'm looking for and I know what a clean car looks like. Where do I start? 1.) There's splotches of cleaner all over my center console. All over my windshield!! Which, what is the base because that can be extremely hard to get off of a window. Not to mention my passengers side window is SO cloudy. 2.) I found A WRAPPER lol. of a granola bar, I never ate???! Literally looked dirtier than when I got there. 3.) crumbs and dirt all over my seat?? Did you even vacuum?? 4.) Bought the package that was supposed to air wash my vents-- full of dust. Not even touched. Yikes/: Will be calling for a refund as soon as they open tomorrow. read more

The reviews don't lie. Paid $25 + $5 tip for the VIP wash. I don't think their vacuums work, the carpet mats were moved around but it didn't look like anything was vacuumed. The 3rd row wasn't touched, the dash wasn't wiped down. I feel really disappointed, I was expecting my car to feel fresh and clean and it didn't. After my experience here I stoped by a super star car wash and vacuumed my car, and cleaned the dash. Obviously I wasn't expecting a full car detail.. But definitely wasn't expecting to have to re-do it myself after paying $30. I do not recommend this place.. you're better off doing it yourself. read more

Unpleasant workers especially the managers; they will "sell" you your car knowing it's missing steps on the wash you paid for just to get people out faster and most of the time the people who are supposed to wipe the rims off just act like they do and don't actually clean them unless you say something and on top of that I've seen a supervisor slap his coworker in front of the manager, Dustin, and the supervisor still works here. (So does the worker that got slapped) Overall the time I've been here have been very unpleasant and if I ever want to go to a Jackson's car wash I'm going to steer clear of this one and go to the next. read more

This car wash is honestly one of the worst that I've ever been to. Every couple of years, when I get lazy and don't clean my own car, I give it another chance and it disappoints me more and more every time. Well, this is the last time I'll bring my car here. My car is never cleaned here. The rims of my wheels are dirtier than they were when I brought the car in to be washed. It's like they smeared the dirt all over instead of actually cleaning it. Furthermore, the inside of my car wasn't even touched. The dust is still there in the same exact place as it was before I brought the car in. Lastly, there are water marks all over the exterior of my car. The sad part is that there was literally no one else at the car wash. It seems the 5 employees working on my car couldn't even properly clean the car. Save your money, because the prices are ridiculous and your car won't even be cleaned. read more

added the express lane for when ur in a rush. It's only $3. Wish they can add some free vacuums to do it yourself. I usually do my detail cleaning here, it's not the best job. Before my road trip I came to get a detail, I told them to call me when there done cause usually they never call. So when I came to pick up my car I got in only checked the middle seat & front. I got in my car and turned on the ac & it didn't turn on. They broke my button! The manager came & tried looking for what the problem was and couldn't find the button they lost. The manager said they don't touch buttons but that's a lie the freakin broke it and it's 100+ degrees outside. They couldn't even fix it or send me to a repair shop. All they did was give me a paper to email someone which I did and they never replied back. I was so upset my car is in good condition & they are just ruining it. Also another piece is about to fall of because of them I noticed. When I came here before they also broke the passenger chair it won't slide anymore & they couldn't do anything.
