I took my black four-door truck to Jackson's Car Wash and purchased the $28 Ultimate Wash. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed water spots on the doors and sides, the mirrors were not fully wiped down, and the sunroof had not been wiped either. I did return, and to their credit they rewashed and dried the truck right away. I understand this isn't a full detailing service, but for $28 I don't feel I should have to finish wiping down the vehicle myself once I get home. read more

Well, I haven't been in this place in over six years and now I remember why I paid $40 for a Car Wash they call premium Car Wash I got slapped some armor all here and there you can definitely tell where it was and where it's not Jamal parts shiny parts, doll how do you not get everything especially for $39? I wouldn't let my 12-year-old miss these spots and the window is not clean. I got wipe marks from a rag that clearly wasn't clean enough to wipe because there's streaks it's ridiculous. I'm gonna pay $40 for a car wash. It should take more than 10 minutes and if it does only take 10 minutes, it should be perfect absolutely terrible still marks on the window from bugs. I took a bug out the window. It's unbelievable if I could give you -5 stars I would if I could put you out of business I would you suck you're awful. You're terrible. I got "the works" car wash. Which apparently does not include wiping down the inside of the doors or vacuuming properly (sarcasm, they should have done it but did not). It does, however, come with a fresh chip in my window tint that they just deny was done by them and refuse to do anything about. Good news is the damage and dirt left only cost me $32 including the tip I left them before seeing what a great job they did. read more

I pay half the price to wash my own car (not "professionally") and it comes out spotless, inside and out. my sister paid $50 plus tip for and exterior/interior clean and it's like nothing was done at all. The dashboard wasn't wiped down at all (the screen still had dust and fingerprints), no windows were cleaned inside, the car was barely vacuumed, and there is now residue spots on what are supposed to be freshly cleaned seats? I was waiting a while for my car and one of the supervisors kept making the guy working on my car go back and wipe things down and he started wiping my front grill when I was trying to leave. There was dust and dog hair everywhere I get they can't get all the dog hair, but they can make some kind of an effort. There were different dirt spots throughout my vehicle water stains all over all my windows miss spots in my interior when I was getting in the car he hadn't done my driver side window so he had to do it while I was sitting in the vehicle [[HIGHLIGHT]]I used to go to Jackson's all the time and over the years. I don't usually do reviews unless the place is either really good or really bad, i've never been to Jackson's i usually just clean my car myself and vacuum/small detail but i decided to go in and try it out. I paid for the VIP car wash which comes with vacuuming, interior/ exterior cleaning, and many other things. The drive through car wash was great it got almost all the dirt off my car from the storm. But when it was their turn to do the finishing touches they did no give me the VIP wash i paid for, they didn't vacuum, they wiped down half of my door, my middle console/ car play area wasn't wiped down at all, and do they not normally take out the trash? they took about 5 minutes on my car... So i pretty much paid $30 for the drive through car wash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely just going to do it myself next time. Everything needs help here!!! They are the only real place around but jeez! I paid for the car wash at 1:11 PM and they did not start on the car until til 2PM. The workers are all sitting around eating. I get the need for a break but don't take that break where customers are staring at you and their car sitting there. If the wait times are lasting this long they should tell the customers before paying if they want to wait. The prices went up as so many things have and they ask if you want to put your tip in when you purchase and even before you drive the car yourself through the wash. Why does anyone pay a tip for a service they don't know of yet is beyond me? This is not a good place to go for great customer service And one of the guys who said he is only two days new there was trying to sell me in getting a new window ordered through my insurance through them. The guy that lines you up for the wash stacks the cars on top of one another. When you give a reasonable amount of space between the car to your front he waves and motions to you like he's having a seizure. When brought up to the mgr he tells me "man I'm sorry, Mario has been doing this for 14 years and gets them in". He could care less about my concern of being 2 feet away from the car to my front or his employee treating customers like they are stupid. There are A LOT of other options and I will use them. I took my 2017 Camaro SS here in October of 2018 for an oil change and a wash with a light wipe down.... They said they waxed the rims and pressure washed the engine.... nothing that I agreed to... It requires a waiver and I own a pressure washer??? Who would pressure wash a computer anyways? Well they did without my permission and they stripped the accent painting right off of my fuel rails... Before using their car wash service, we did not have a cracked windshield. After using it, we do - completely bottom to top. When I pointed it out she said "Too bad" and refused to give me a refund. Half of the dash was missed, the inside of my rear window wasn't cleaned and wiped down correctly. Door panels were missed. Will never go back. My first visit here and dissatisfied with the services. Cashier and the staff was very nice in behavior but the cleaning for which everyone goes there is unsatisfactory. I took VIP package which cost $25 and I must say that they don't even give a damn to the service provided for that such a high price. Everything was done in just 20 mins. On checking car after service, I noticed wheels was not even cleaned properly. Front bonet area had a black line which I had to ask them to clean again. Tire shine was applied in so hurry that it didn't even felt to be taken care properly. Inside also every nook and corner had dirt. Even the cupboards too. Basically it was not even worth for $10 package. Won't return here for sure. Very costly and no detailed cleaning done even when you pay for highest packages. read more

Thought I'd stop in and get a car wash from a recent trip. I knew my truck was dirty and spent the extra money for a vip ($30) wash as recommend by the front personal. Highly disappointed in the wash. Interior was vacuumed well but the windows weren't cleaned. They also missed tons of spots on the dash and doors. Exterior was terrible, my hood looked like they didn't even wipe it, my rear cover and bumper were still dirty. Finger touch dirty when I wiped my finger across it. I don't even think they touched half the vehicle when wiping it down. They even missed half the tires. Asked for a supervisor and there was none to be found. The guy told me he didn't know where they were. Save your money, avoid this place. read more
