I got "the works" car wash. Which apparently does not include wiping down the inside of the doors or vacuuming properly (sarcasm, they should have done it but did not). It does, however, come with a fresh chip in my window tint that they just deny was done by them and refuse to do anything about. Good news is the damage and dirt left only cost me $32 including the tip I left them before seeing what a great job they did. read more

I paid $40 for a car wash. I was waiting a while for my car and one of the supervisors kept making the guy working on my car go back and wipe things down and he started wiping my front grill when I was trying to leave. I had a stroke and I'm on a cane so I have a hard time standing and walking for a long time so I didn't go out and check my vehicle however I pulled in the shopping center parking lot located next to the Jackson's car wash. My windows had never been wiped down. They had water spots everywhere bugs on the grill. There was no attempt to vacuum my backseat. There was dust and dog hair everywhere I get they can't get all the dog hair, but they can make some kind of an effort. There were different dirt spots throughout my vehicle water stains all over all my windows miss spots in my interior when I was getting in the car he hadn't done my driver side window so he had to do it while I was sitting in the vehicle I used to go to Jackson's all the time and over the years. I don't go very often but I was in the area and thought it'd be nice to get my car nice and clean. The only reason I know it was washed is because I drove it through the car wash myself I will never return to Jackson's. I have 25 photos if you want them. read more

Do not go to this car wash. I came out of it with a 6 inch black mark across the top of my trunk. Now I have a black streak across my WHITE car. Do not go here and risk having your paint damaged. Don't expect anyone to take responsibility and fix the issue. They will only make you wrong coming up with some reason why they are not responsible. Save your money and wash it yourself. Jackson's should be embarrassed to even call this a car wash. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance after a terrible experience years ago -- and shocker, nothing has changed. If anything, it's worse. I paid for the "Ultimate Wash," and what I got was an ultimate scam. The car looked like it barely even went through the wash. Complete waste of money. And the customer service? Absolutely awful. Trey's attitude was horrible-- zero professionalism, zero effort, zero respect for customers. If that's the standard Jackson's accepts, it says everything about this place. This is a fleet vehicle, and after today, our fleet will not be coming back. I bought a detail package from a sales rep that promised the world. The minute I paid I started hearing the can't do statements. These were the direct opposite statements from what the sales rep had said. After dropping my car off at 740 am I went back at 1pm to find that it still wasn't done. I am still waiting for it. Apparently they got busy after I dropped my car off. Rather than finishing the project they had committed to, they moved mine to the back to take on new business. The same "can't do" worker made excuses. This is made worse because they don't communicate and they don't answer their phone. I consider this BAD service. I will not use this business again! My monthly wash package will be cancelled on Monday and I will not tip the workers who didn't follow through on their commitment. You had a chance to gain a new customer, instead you screwed someone over that will never use your service again. I don't usually do reviews unless the place is either really good or really bad, i've never been to Jackson's i usually just clean my car myself and vacuum/small detail but i decided to go in and try it out. I paid for the VIP car wash which comes with vacuuming, interior/ exterior cleaning, and many other things. The drive through car wash was great it got almost all the dirt off my car from the storm. But when it was their turn to do the finishing touches they did no give me the VIP wash i paid for, they didn't vacuum, they wiped down half of my door, my middle console/ car play area wasn't wiped down at all, and do they not normally take out the trash? they took about 5 minutes on my car... So i pretty much paid $30 for the drive through car wash. Definitely just going to do it myself next time. Very disappointed. I'm glad i didn't pay for the $75 wash read more

Everything needs help here!!! They are the only real place around but jeez! I paid for the car wash at 1:11 PM and they did not start on the car until til 2PM. The workers are all sitting around eating. I get the need for a break but don't take that break where customers are staring at you and their car sitting there. If the wait times are lasting this long they should tell the customers before paying if they want to wait. The prices went up as so many things have and they ask if you want to put your tip in when you purchase and even before you drive the car yourself through the wash. Why does anyone pay a tip for a service they don't know of yet is beyond me? This is not a good place to go for great customer service And one of the guys who said he is only two days new there was trying to sell me in getting a new window ordered through my insurance through them. With all of the political anger happening in our country, I started to wonder that maybe my the Trump stickers in my back window were why they did such a horrible HORRIBLE job and the man that "checked" me in was such a jerk to me. But....maybe it could also be that they still, after seeing reviews after mine, just don't care. Sad, so sad as it used to be a wonderful business! The guy that lines you up for the wash stacks the cars on top of one another. When you give a reasonable amount of space between the car to your front he waves and motions to you like he's having a seizure. When brought up to the mgr he tells me "man I'm sorry, Mario has been doing this for 14 years and gets them in". He could care less about my concern of being 2 feet away from the car to my front or his employee treating customers like they are stupid. There are A LOT of other options and I will use them. Do not ever take your car here. They try to upsell you everything and even if you say no, they will add it on and do work expecting you to pay. I took my 2017 Camaro SS here in October of 2018 for an oil change and a wash with a light wipe down.... They said they waxed the rims and pressure washed the engine.... nothing that I agreed to... It requires a waiver and I own a pressure washer??? Who would pressure wash a computer anyways? Well they did without my permission and they stripped the accent painting right off of my fuel rails... I have been following up now since this happened with their corporate office and the store. They always blame it on prior management and get defensive. To replace the fuel rails will be over 300 bucks... so know one ever calls me back... never and I have email after email forwarding the same information... They just want you out of the store... and they never follow up.. Always the same thing... We will have to reaserch it sir... All talk no action and no customer service... read more

Before using their car wash service, we did not have a cracked windshield. After using it, we do - completely bottom to top. We asked to speak to a manager multiple times but a manager never came to speak with us. They claim there was a small chip prior to using them and that caused the crack. We should have been able to speak to the manager or log the event somehow. I would not recommend this place. Only giving one star because I b annoy give 0 stars. read more

First of all the gas is very expensive. The staff here is incredibly rude. There was a 40 year old woman behind the counter who overcharged me for a candy bar and soda. When I pointed it out she said "Too bad" and refused to give me a refund. I stopped going to Jackson's car wash a while back because the initial guy who took my request s (I think his name was Shane) was totally unprofessional, not friendly at all and very cocky. Plus the car washes I received were done poorly. I was in the neighborhood and thought I'd try them again. I was extremely impressed this time. Paz Acosta was the service writer who was not only professional, but a pleasure to deal with. Zach, the facilities manager and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job with my car. They even got the dog fur out of my carpets. They were maticulous and cleaned every nook and cranny. I will go back to this Jackson's location as long as these two men are there. Half of the dash was missed, the inside of my rear window wasn't cleaned and wiped down correctly. Door panels were missed. Will never go back. My first visit here and dissatisfied with the services. Cashier and the staff was very nice in behavior but the cleaning for which everyone goes there is unsatisfactory. I took VIP package which cost $25 and I must say that they don't even give a damn to the service provided for that such a high price. Everything was done in just 20 mins. On checking car after service, I noticed wheels was not even cleaned properly. Front bonet area had a black line which I had to ask them to clean again. Tire shine was applied in so hurry that it didn't even felt to be taken care properly. Inside also every nook and corner had dirt. Even the cupboards too. Basically it was not even worth for $10 package. Won't return here for sure. Very costly and no detailed cleaning done even when you pay for highest packages. read more

Oversold the ceramic coating at $400 more than the $200 I paid. said it was ready at 3:30 - got there and car was scratched and not clean and no ceramic coating. "Oh, you had the diamond package. " No I didn't - gave her the receipt. "Oh, it will be done by 530 today." Called five times. Left message - no response or phone call. It is now 5:45 PM and no one answers the phone and no one calls back. there is no way to contact anyone. they probably subcontract the work at their location, pay someone $100 to do the work and take the profit. I normally receive pretty decent service when I get my car washed here, but this past weekend my experience was so outlandish that my family and I won't return. My husband and I had just returned from a trip with our dog and went to get the vehicle cleaned. I asked if they could vacuum the side of the SUV to try to get any dog hair out, and the attendant stated that it wouldn't come out and we'd have to pay an extra fee if we wanted to have that cleaned. Meanwhile a gentleman is standing behind his vehicle in front of us waiting for them to finish vacuuming his vehicle. We stated okay, we didn't want to pay the extra fee and got out and opened the back of vehicle and waited. As we looked at the back, we wanted to wait and see how much of the hair would come out with the vacuum. As we proceeded to wait, the attendant walked over and told us that "they had it from there, we could go." We ignored him the first time, and he stated it again. I then told him that he could go and do his job, that he didn't say a word to the gentleman in front of us as he waited with his car, and he needed to go away. He then got angry and began to tell me that I couldn't get rude with him, and I told him the same went for him. As he continued to stand there and argue, I told him to get the (expletive) away from me. I probably told him that about seven times as he stood there arguing. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't talk to him like I talked to my husband (who was standing next to me). I told him that I didn't need to talk to my husband like that because he knew how to act like a man. This attendant continued to stand there spouting the same trash, trying to insult my husband, until I finally yelled for him to get the (expletive) away from me. He walked away, but not before whispering to the vacuum attendant about our vehicle. The vacuum attendant vacuumed the back of our vehicle and I asked her to wipe the side, as well. She wiped it a couple of times and most of the hair came out. I thanked her and she went on her way. The rude attendant then walked by me again, got close to me, and spoke some insult in my ear! I, again, told him to get the (expletive) away from me. My husband reflected that his entire tone and attitude changed when we declined the extra package for the pet hair. If there had been a lot of hair and it needed extra attention, I could understand, but I didn't ask them to do anything outside of the normal vacuuming. I found the bullying, narcissistic behavior by the up sale attendant to be so unprofessional. I felt like I was at some hood street place instead of a credible place of business. When did it become acceptable for employees to treat customers like street rivals? I felt like if I hadn't been a woman, or a woman of color, he would have taken our decline and walked away, but he treated us like he felt we were less, or like we didn't garner the same respect as other customers. I know that his job position is a needed part of the business to increase revenue, but I think that it should be someone who is not so small that they can't take no for an answer. read more

Thought I'd stop in and get a car wash from a recent trip. I knew my truck was dirty and spent the extra money for a vip ($30) wash as recommend by the front personal. Highly disappointed in the wash. Interior was vacuumed well but the windows weren't cleaned. They also missed tons of spots on the dash and doors. Exterior was terrible, my hood looked like they didn't even wipe it, my rear cover and bumper were still dirty. Finger touch dirty when I wiped my finger across it. I don't even think they touched half the vehicle when wiping it down. They even missed half the tires. Asked for a supervisor and there was none to be found. Expected more than I got for what I paid. The guy gave me a great deal for a Veteran I thought, but $80+ dollars later and my dash wasn't even wiped off. Still dusty. Had just gotten home from a road trip with the grandkids. My SUV was a mess. Stopped by Jackson's on Happy Valley on January 8th. Got the works. Even told the attendant that they need to vacuum really well everywhere because goldfish and crumbs had taken over my vehicle. When I got back in my truck and looked in the rear view mirror it was clear that the inside windows had not been touched (grandkids played back there and their sticky little prints were smeared on the window still). Hopped out and asked the attendant to take care of it. He did. Hubs and I were heading to lunch after so didn't really take a better look at the inside till we got home. When I got home I started looking at the inside of my truck...(pictures attached). Floor mats had not been picked up or vacuumed under. Center seat also not lifted and was full Of crumbs. Inside front cup holders were crusted and clearly not touched. Inside door areas also not touched or vacuumed out. Inside side window still had kids prints. The sun visors on the back area windows had not been moved and windows underneath still had handprints from the littles. Front dash area (radio, gps screen were super dusty). This place always comes at you trying to sell all there extra services when u come in. How about you just do the job you are supposed to do well and clean the cars.
