The Yelp representative (Kelly?) had replied to my inquiry regarding the availability of a plumber and said one was available the same day to come out & provide a free estimate . I agreed & Christian Plumbing called & said a technician would come @ 3:30 PM. Around 2:30 PM I received a phone call from the technician (Nick?) saying that there was a service call charge of $250 to come out to provide an estimate. Cook's Heating and Cooling - exceptional service from a dynamic duo…read more There is something special about a family-run operation where the knowledge is passed down and the reputation really matters. It's clear the son is learning from the best, and the father has a wealth of experience that is hard to find these days. I recently had a new AO Smith water heater installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This father-son team is the real deal. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take immense pride in their work. They were punctual, protected my floors, and took the time to explain the features of the AO Smith unit. They were polite, fair on price, and clearly know their stuff. The installation itself is incredibly clean--the piping is level, the solder joints are perfect, and they left the utility room cleaner than they found it. If you want the job done right the first time, hire these men.

Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. They put down tarps and the area was left cleaner than when they got here! And it works. Great! I'd recommend Davis to anyone who needs to have HVAC work performed!

Qualitech provides excellent service!…read more These guys are honest and trustworth! My parents are in their late 80s. Their AC went out on a very hot and humid August night. They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! My parents wouldn't have lasted one night, let alone three nights in August 100 degree, 100% humidity. Thank you so much Qualitec!!!
