Qualitech provides excellent service! These guys are honest and trustworth! My parents are in their late 80s. Their AC went out on a very hot and humid August night. They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. The team installed my heating/ac and humidifier about two years ago, any time I had a question or an issue they responded quickly and made sure it was totally resolved. Technician fixed the furnace but left without installing the thermostat. A/C unit was working for a while but stopping after 15 mins. He came back the next day after we complained and he was asking why we complained. He also said they don't install thermostats. On his second day, he told us he fixed the A/C unit and everything was working fine. But again A/C unit stopped working after 10-15 mins. We gave up and will be calling another company. read more

Qualitech was one of three companies I contacted for a full AC unit replacement in April. The technician who visited was courteous, their pricing was good and combined with the excellent Yelp reviews, I opted to hire them. Within 2 weeks, they were able to schedule and perform the work. The installation proceeded smoothly, apart from a small chip in my house siding, but nobody's perfect. However, as summer arrived and the temperature began heating up, I noticed that the AC unit wasn't able to keep the temperature down, despite running continuously. 73 degrees doesn't seem like too tall an ask, and my house was often stuck at 78. This happened across multiple days less than 5 weeks after the brand new system was installed, so I called Qualitech to see what's wrong. I didn't say it was an "emergency" because my comfort is at stake, not anyone's life. I was told to expect a call back. I never received one. Between a temperature dip in the weather and a few days away from the house, the AC problem didn't come up again until these past few days, when the temperatures rose again. Sure enough, same problem. Despite being set to 73, the unit couldn't keep up, and the temperature currently sits at 78. I called Qualitech again, and this time, given my prior experience, I said it was an emergency, letting the representative know that I expected a more prompt reply. The representative said I'd receive a call from the manager within half an hour. Two hours later, I have yet to receive a call. Given my disappointment with the communication, and more importantly, the failure of the product they recommended to me to do the one job it's intended to do, I have no choice but to review as 1 star. Here's hoping that Qualitech makes this right so that I can reevaluate. Update: The next morning, I called again and spoke to someone who was apologetic and acknowledged that they had dropped the communication ball. More importantly, they said they'd visit that same day to make it right. A few hours later, two courteous technicians arrived and set to work. They found a minor air leak in one of the main ducts and patched it up, checked the system coolant, boosted it to make sure and cleaned the AC unit's coils. They also made some recommendations as to how to make my home more efficient. After being off for a bit for the repairs, the system struggled to catch back up to the heat, but I'm writing this update the day after and it managed to stay at 73 all day. I'm pleased with their recovery efforts thus far, and if the AC continues to hold, I'll update my review accordingly. Until I have more days to evaluate the overall AC work, they've at least done enough to bump up to 3 stars. read more

We were looking for a new HVAC system. After reviewing several brands we decided on Carrier. After positive word-of-mouth feedback from friends we looked at Qualitech's Yelp reviews. They are overwhelmingly 5 star positive. Four days ago our system was installed. A crew of five arrived and worked for about eight hours. The job is big and makes a big mess. When they were done they cleaned up so we'll that you couldn't even tell they were there. Ultimately he was able to completely re-do the faulty work of another company I had used, correct a long outstanding issue that no one else had resolved and had even told me wasn't a problem, and was more than fair regarding the price. Mike and Arsen are great. Our heater stopped working on the coldest night of 2022. The temperatures were dropping in the teens. Mike answered my call at 2 AM and talked through the problem. Mike offered to bring more space heaters that night and troubleshoot. We opted to stuggle through the cold with our one space heater. The next morning, Arsen, the Qualitech technician showed up and diagnosed the problem. A part was needed but Arsen and Mike worked to get the system back up and running in just a few hours. Since the repair, Mike and Arsen have even been available for follow up and trouble shooting the system over the phone when the noises from the heating system were giving us concern. Incredibly professional and respectful. I would highly recommend working with them. I plan to use them for all HVAC services and repairs in the future. read more

I realized our HVAC on the 2nd floor had an issue after finding a burst paint bubble and water leak in the dining room. Qualitech came out ASAP to diagnose the issue (clogged drain due to pan-rust build up) and we're able to unclog it immediately. They had to cut a section of the pvc pipe, and when they replaced the pipe they used a T piece so we could pop it off and get see if it was draining. Great peace of mind. Our HVAC pan was very rusty and the single piece couldn't be replaced on our 50 year old system, so we ultimately decided to replace the whole thing. We called Qualitech back and they were able to come out in no time to install the new system. They were just as quick, courteous, and efficient as they were when the came to fix the leak. They were quick to set up an initial appointment, and once they assessed what was needed and saw that my water heater was leaking, they scheduled the work right away. I used these guys about a year and half to two years ago to replace my A/C unit as well as my furnace. The service was amazing and the guys did a really good job and worked pretty quickly as well. So shoot to this morning I wake up and I go to change my thermostat and it is non responsive. So I call up Qualitech around 10am we'll it's 11:30am and the service man just left. When he arrived there was some type of defect in the thermostat he replaced it for me free of charge. So I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I recently used Qualitech to replace my HVAC unit. I spoke to four companies before making my decision. Two of the companies are major companies in the area, but their quotes were thousands of dollars higher than my two competitive quotes. It seemed as though these companies were sending sales people who were being paid on commission. Mike from Qualitech sent the installer/technician instead of a sales person to assess my project.
