For the third time i went through your wash my 2023 Honda crv meteorite gray vehicle not washed clean. There was a residue left on the car. I alerted your worker and he put me through again. He told me that the same thing would happen if i went through again., He was right after the second go through the car was still not correctly washed. This has happened before. f you can't get the cars clean your equipment should be checked. Perhaps your detergent is defective. Showed up for just a car wash about 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday 8/30/2025. There were employees in the shop with the shop doors open when I arrived. There was a car in the wash and one about to get a wash. When I get up to the payment station I select my wash and tried to pay. My card doesn't work. I try two more card both don't work. I press the button that says "for assistance press button". A employee came out and just walks past me without saying anything. I wait a minute or two then decide I'm gonna drive thru and talk to someone inside. I get out of the wash and the shop doors are closed and everyone is gone. The time was 3:57pm and they didn't close till 4pm. I understand I came last minute (not knowing they closed at 4) and people want to get home. What I'm upset that the employee that walked past my car didn't saying anything about them closing early or about me not being able to get a car wash. To me that's very unprofessional and I will not be coming back at any point. I also don't recommend anyone using this car wash either. Customer service is always important. read more

I just went through the car wash at approx 420pm. During the car wash I heard something slam into my left passenger door and the arm of a piece of equipment had come down damaging my vehicle on left passenger door. There are cameras so verification can be confirmed.. There is no emergency number located and there is no option to leave a message. read more

Super disappointed, I get my oil changed alot here and I just did a few weeks back and my paperwork says all my fluids were checked and full. Well I was looking under my hood today and my brake fluid was almost completely empty and my coolant was low. I know I should probably check my own fluids more often but when I pay over 100$ for an oil change and they are supposed to check all your fluids I wouldn't think I'd need to check their work. read more

Sadly, I was not impressed. My first time at this car wash, waited in line longer than the car wash itself. I thought I would treat my car to their number one car wash. However, back window was still dirty and the grill was dirty. Wheels appear as if not even wet or washed. Don't see evidence if the Carauba wax. And I can't prove it, but I believe responsible for a crack now on side strips below doors. Won't go again. Try to support local. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!. I'm new to the area and looking for a new place to go for a quick oil change. However, Nothing but idiots work here, LITERALLY! They banged on my plug for a good 10mins and stripped the hell out of it. Then made me sit for 45mins while they did NOTHING! I finally got fed up and hopped out of my truck and caught them both by surprise sitting on their phones under my truck!!! I asked them if they could tighten everything back up so I could go elsewhere, and they said it was good to go (without tightening anything up!). SMH!!! I double checked myself of course. My oil cap was still off, my oil filter was loosened. Before I left, They proceeded to tell me I needed to take it somewhere that has "special tools that could weld to the plug," this and that type of BS. I told them, "you're an oil change shop, you should have the tools and skills needed when this type of thing arises." They said, "our boss is cheap..." CLEARLY!!! My plug was not stripped prior to my visit there. I have been taking it to the same shop for 5 years and never once had and issue. So, I commuted back TWO HOURS to my home town and took my truck to my regular shop who has earned my trust and they took great care of it. They showed me the damage that was done first hand from Jackson express car wash & lube and were able to replace the plug with ease. Also, While I was sitting and waiting, I watched a sweet little older couple go through the car wash and had the passenger mirror broke off from it. They sweet little old man tried to reattach it but it was clearly broken off. None of the guys tried to help and I watched all 3 of them look directly at that vehicle. It was so sad. This shop has poor customer service. Hopefully they get bought out by someone better with quality care! read more

Arrived at Jackson Express Wash on Saturday, July 26th at 8:00:10 (should really be 9:00:10 since we are in daylight savings time. Anyway, the lights were all on and the auto credit card reader took my debit card and charged me the $12 for the Supreme Wash. Then, nothing happened. The forward light never turned on and the credit card monitor stated the was was in use. No cars ahead of me. Apparently the area was out of power in the morning and the car wash wasn't automatically returned to service when the power came back on. I'd like to get my $12 wash or a refund please. I've been using this place for years. A couple of years ago they used the wrong oil filter on our vehicle causing our new vehicle to lose oil consistently until we figured out what the problem was. Today I pull up to the doors at 12:52. A few minutes later both employees (at different times) came into sight and looked right at me, turned and went back to working on their personal vehicle in the parking lot without saying a word to me. At 12:59 I walked around the front where they were working on their personal vehicle and asked if they were open today? They replied "yes we are, but we're on lunch right now". A simple "I'm sorry but we are closed for lunch and will back to work at ??" Would have been fine, but now I don't feel that I will be going back ever again. Inconsiderate and rude....... read more

Two times now I have been ripped off for $8 at Jackson Express Car Wash. Both times the card reader first rejects my debit card twice. (No other card readers have trouble with my debit card.) Then It says, "Thanks. Proceed into the wash when ready. (Always get a receipt. Although it won't do you any good.) So, after the guy ahead pulls out, I proceed into the wash. But no commands light up ("ahead", "back up", "stop"). So, I wait. After two more minutes nothing happens. The wash seems dead. So I realize that I've been ripped off again. But this time I have the receipt. So I figure that I'll be able to give them an ear full and get my money back. Nope. The phone # on the ticket is no longer in use. No way to contact them. read more

I paid $12.00 on Sunday for the Super Deluxe Car Wash plus an additional $2.00 extra for the bug treatment, but the car came out almost as dirty as when in went in. The windshield was still plastered with bugs, and the body of the car still had a dirty film on the surface which allowed me to draw visible lines with my fingers. Their new automated system is worthless not to mention extremely slow. They should have kept their old system and the girls with the mops. Their equipment "upgrade" is a travesty-not only does it not work, but they eliminated jobs for several young people. It used to be the best car wash ever, but I will never take a car there again. I could have gotten the car cleaner with a mop and a garden hose and saved myself $14.00. read more

The new owners have really turned this place around! I see lots of comments about the carwash but the wash isnt actually part of the lube and oil so the nasty reviews about the wash hurts the awesome lube shop. It's sad. The manager is amazing and super nice. Made sure everything was perfect and communicated with the other guys to ensure things are done right. Top notch place! Highly recommend! When you pay $12.00 for a car wash you expect to get a clean vehicle. Not the case at the Laserwash...yes they did give me 2 free car washes and still not a clean truck. Soooooo 45 minutes later, and 3 run throughs, still not a clean truck. I miss my girls with the scrub brushes. I'm done with this and will not be back. read more

An OK place for a quick oil change and car wash. Make sure everything is properly checked though. I had asked the guys to check the fluids and they checked mark yes on windshield fluid and everything else but after driving away, I found out that my windshield fluid tank was empty!!! That wasn't very honest of them. Also, the car wash wasn't the best either. You have two workers, usually women, washing your car in a quick and sloppy way that by the time you're done, your car is still not that clean. read more

Very irritated. Had always had my oil changed here for the 4 years I lived in the area. Recently moved and had the oil changed before I left for Idaho. Went to have my oil changed today only to find out that the technition at Jackson express wash oil and lube stripped the oil pan bolt threads inside the bolt hole. Now I have to get it repaired. If I have to replace the oil pan it could cost between $500.00 to $1000.00. Thanks for not paying attention to what you were doing and costing me money. read more

I'm new to the area and was looking for an oil change place like the one I used to go to in my old city. I stopped at another local one and asked if they would do my oil change while I stayed in the car since I have my two toddlers with me, but not only do they not allow that, he was kind of rude in general. I asked if there was another local place that does it that way and he said "no". I checked Yelp and found this place and called them to ask. They said they not only allow you to stay in the car, that they prefer that you do. I drove the five minutes over here and they did my oil change very quickly and gave me a free car wash. The guy was very friendly and made small talk about our shared previous city from where we both moved. The friendliness reminded me exactly why I moved to the foothills. read more

Don't go there!! They always charge a different amount and always put in a higher price oil than you need without asking!!! I expressed my concern and was told "it's always something lady!" Well yes when you are sneaky it will always be a problem! I will never go back there again! 3/9/19 - I've been going to this car wash occasionally for several years, and have had generally Ok experiences until today. The owner (or manager) - I'm not sure which, came to the windows of the line of cars waiting for the wash to start - telling us the reason for the delay was that he didn't know it would be a sunny day and didn't schedule his usual wash crew, so he would have to pull guys off the lube rack to help out. After quite a wait (about 15 minutes) and some entertainment seeing him trying to convince the guys to leave the garage and wash cars ( it was obviously not what they wanted to do), the car wash finally got going. While in the wash, the brush / roller that does the lower drivers side was broken, so instead of the usual brushing along the side, it was going Bam! Bam! Bam! down the side of the car - making the car actually move a bit every time the roller went around. Also, the track moving the car through the wash seemed to be going unusually fast, and that was confirmed when I got to the end where the blow driers are. I went by so fast the car did not get dried at all and I had to turn on the wipers just to see out the windshield. I then got out of the car to check for damage from the broken roller, but it appeared OK. I'll be going to the Arco car wash from now on. I've never had any problems there. read more

I took my 2019 Ford Superduty in for the first oil change and the guys who did the oil change were great. I received a free car with the oil change. When my truck came out of the car wash it had been damaged down the passenger side. scratches and a dent. I didn't notice the damage until the next morning. I took my truck in to the car wash and explained what had been done to the owners wife. She denied my claim and called her husband, Mark Mancuso, the owner of Jackson Express Car wash and lube. He arrived and immediately became verbally abusive throwing F BOMBS every other word. Said his car wash didn't do the damage to my new truck. I've never taken my new truck off road. His claim was I was out driving off road. The scratch went all the way down the lower quarter panel with a dent behind the front tire down to the metal. I couldn't believe the crazy out of control behavior of Mark Mancuso, telling me F YOU GET THE F.... off my property. He became so aggressive I had to call Jackson Police Department. He was in a rage in front of the public and all his employees. He refused to except responsibility. I had to file a civil suite in court on him. This guy has a concealed weapons permit. Do we as citizens want someone like this carrying a weapon? I know I don't. All he would have had to do is talk to me and we could have came to some type of an agreement like two responsible adults, instead he decided to become out of control and aggressive towards me. I will never return to this car and lube business and will tell everyone in the community of my experience with Mr. Mancuso and his treat of customers. I spent $200 on an oil change for my new diesel Superduty. BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO HIS CAR WASH AND LUBE. read more

I had taken my car for an oil change elsewhere because I was out of town and it was convenient. Turns out this other place couldn't figure out how to remove the oil filter. I waited to get back home to Jackson and have it done at my and my wife's (for many years) favorite oil change shop. Jackson Express Lube and Car Wash. They had me in and out in a flash with no problem. When I asked about the trouble the other place had, the very knowledgable technician told me there was a locking clip which keeps the filter secure, Apparently the other place hadn't found it. The Jackson Express folks knew without hesitation what to do. They are real experts. My wife and I will always be loyal customers and you can get a really great carwash here too.
