I enjoy going into Jack's Pizza after a round of golf at Allentown Municipal. Pizza, burgers and other bar food here. There is a full bar. I had a cheesesteak today with onion rings. It was good and reasonably priced. My fellow golfers enjoyed their hamburgers. Lot's of people come in and out at Jacks. They do a good takeout business. I have enjoyed their pizza from previous visits. Jack's is nice to go into after a hot muggy day of golf. People are very friendly. Little slow on service today but they were busy. Take credit cards. Not impressed at all. Not only was the wait over 45 minutes. The food is severely overpriced for simply wings and cheesesteak. The wings were undercooked and the food was cold. Worst place ever. Was a waste of my money nobody in my house wanted to eat the mess they gave us to eat. Supreme pizza was straight disgusting and they over charged my card for delivery and pretty much giving themselves there own tip. After I had already tipped. 10/10 would not recommend. Underwhelming! Ordered 2 large pizzas, a gyro and chicken wings. Gyro was good. Chicken wings were okay and the pizza was disappointing! No sauce, just cheese and dough. I always order cheese steaks from Jacks when I'm in town. I just got a ride and picked up cheesesteaks from them and they were wrong. I called and spoke with the so-called Mgr to get them redone and have a family member pick them up since I don't have a rental. Not only did the Mgr argue with me about what's on my sandwich, but refused to remake them. I'll never order from them ever again. I'll be finding a new spot. Pizza is good and very filling (heavy with cheese). Usually one slice will do where I would have to buy 2 slices to be full at another place. Wings were disappointing (both the sauce and meat quality). Will never order them again. Tower isle beef patties are good (just like you would buy in the supermarket & heat up). Cold beer 6 packs to go. Prices are lower than most of the other places in the area. Limited parking. Be careful very high crime area, especially at night. read more

The food is excellent. Best pizza around. Cheesesteak Stromboli is huge and tastes awesome. In fact, the food is good enough for me to give them 4 stars despite all my complaints about the place. The shop is located on a very busy corner. Parking can be very limited during busy hours, and if you can find a spot in their lot, you might not be able to back out. The area is also very rough. At any given time, there are people just hanging out in front of the store. I'm pretty sure there is one guy who just sits out there every single day. Some of them come inside, buy a 40oz beer, and just sit outside. It's just not a very inviting place. I love the pizza, but I've made it a rule in my family that I don't go pick up from there. It would be great if they started delivery. Considering their parking situation, they could really use it. read more

They have the best pizza in lehigh valley when I eat a slice from here I feel like I'm in Brooklyn ny again I also recommend the eggplant parmigiana sandwich if u get the lunch special u get fries and soda for 8buck s good spot to pick up not for dining WITH family it's kinda small but they clean and nice people read more

Let me just clarify... the FOOD from this shop is 5 stars. Their large sicilian pizza is the best pizza I have ever had from anywhere. Its loaded with cheese and sauce and its so thick you may only be able to eat one or two slices. Their cheesesteaks are also huge and the best I've found in town, and they are fast. Ive never heard them give me an estimate over 15 min for my food to be ready. I use to live close to this shop then moved across town, and I still drive 20 min out of my way to eat from here. The bad part is, they dont deliver and the location is in a bad part of town. Not only that but the parking lot is small and awkward, and the place is run down. But the staff is always friendly to their customers, might be becauce I go their enough that they know who I am, but Ive never had a problem. The worst part for me is the long drive home with the smell of that pizza filling up my truck. All in all, the food is WELL worth the slightly awkward in and out you'll probably end up doing if you order from here. read more
