You're much better off just paying like $20 extra for an alignment and going to a dealership or other professional place where they have a real alignment rack than this hole in the wall. They just seemed clueless about my car. Rude people that talk down to you, understaffed, junky room to wait in, and take far longer than they promise. The price is just not that much of a discount, I'd gladly pay a tiny bit more. They also just seemed out of their element, like they were feeling their way through the job. read more

Extremely clean Lot and Waiting area. No wait for my 8:30 AM Appointment which I was 7 minutes late for due to Indian School Construction (Thus avoid EAST BOUND Indian School prior to 16th Street as once you pass 12th Street you are stuck until you route thru the one Right LANE open. In addition, The City Bus stops a few times which ties the back up further. I was charged the quoted amount exactly and paid by Credit Card. In addition, I was informed of a damaged Tire to replace soon. . read more

These guys are always fair, have the best work ethic and never have a problem explaining everything in detail. They use the old-school weights, analog solution to an analog problem. No computers, and its dead on every time. read more

Great shop. Super fast and friendly service. They were ready at my appointment time and didn't waste any of my day. I sincerely recommend Jack's if you need an alignment. They even gave insight on what to expect performance wise from my new tires and lift. Thanks! read more

I had the struts and mounts replaced one year ago. Now our Toyota Sienna is making noises and after taking it into another shop we found out the mounts are bad and have to be replaced. I took it back to Jack's and they looked at the car for free and told me that the mounts are good but a control bushing is bad. I really appreciate them showing me what was wrong and talking me through the process of what needed fixed. They took time out of their day to make sure I was not going to be taken advantage of by another mechanic wanting to change out parts that didn't need to be fixed. I would recommend this business to anyone that wants honest service and a job well done. They are very knowledgeable and I am so thankful they shared some of the knowledge with me. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and me too! read more

Very honest and reasonable prices. I was told by the Lexus dealership that I needed an alignment and they were going to charge me $170. I took my car to Jacks and after a thorough inspection Jack's was honest and stated I didn't even need an alignment. read more

I'd give them 7 stars if I could! I used a hand alignment shop in Michigan before moving out here and was so happy I found Jack's here in AZ. Hand alignments are the only way to go. I've been there three times with three different vehicles. A cargo van, a mini-van and a Honda CRV and every time they charged me less than I expected for an amazing alignment. This place costs half what a computer place charges for twice as good work. Do not even think about going elsewhere. Also they do brakes and shocks. Not sure what else. My OLD "reputable" mechanic in Scottsdale charged me $400 for "heavy duty" shocks in the rear. They put on standard shocks, charged me $100 for $50 shocks and loads of labor. I inquired here. Real Heavy Duty shocks for $100 each for my cargo van and $85 for labor. $285 vs $400 plus the real thing and not standard shocks marked up double. I really love coming here and it's fun to watch them do the work. They are extremely professional and efficient. My front end alignment on the van was exactly $60. Not taxable because it's labor and no "shop fees". read more

Great service! Brought my Jeep Wrangler in due to having "Death Wobble". The wait was only 15 minutes and they got right down to it. The problem was diagnosed, fixed and I was on my way. No BS type of shop. The prices are awesome too! Definitely will recommend! 5 stars!!!! read more

I had some "pulling" and shaking going on with my small truck. I stopped in to Jacks and they looked the situation over. After a short wait, they pulled my truck onto their rack and evaluated it. They came back to me and let me know that my alignment was good and I needed one new tire. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes for no charge! I can happily say that one new tire latter they were absolutely correct, it solved all of my steering and suspension problems! Thank you Jacks for the great service and advice! read more

These guys get five stars. First, I found their prices to be the lowest in town. I didn't call every shop, but they were about 10 to 20% lower than everyone else. Second, and most important, they didn't take a dime from me. They gave my alignment a thorough check, and found that it was not the issue. They made some helpful recommendations and sent me on my way with a free inspection and peace of mind. It's rare to find a mechanic these days that operates with such integrity. read more

Yay, an honest auto repair shop! I took my old Taurus in because it was making a loud noise. Turns out, it was just a bolt that needed to be replaced. It was replaced by Ken (?) and was only charged for the part. Another shop wanted to charge me $65 just to look at my car! I was so thankful for the great customer service and honest work. I will be bringing back both my cars here for any kind of problem and maintenance work. read more

Took my Saturn here and they did a great job on the alignment for $60. It drives straight and smooth. I could not be happier with their service. read more

Great Job Gentlemen! Had them work on both of my vehicles and will gladly go back when ever I need to have work done again. Joel and Ken are very professional, No BS when it came to what needed to be done. Best in Town. read more

Just popped in here because I have a little outside wear on a newer set of tires. They took the car for a quick spin, put it up on the alignment deck, and they reported back to me that the alignment was almost dead on. They gave me a couple reasons why I might be seeing a little extra wear on one of tires and sent me on my way with no charge. Good and honest shop. Support local business. Thanks guys! read more

Had my alignment checked after new tires/wheels. It checked out fine so they did not charge me. I appreciate the honesty because it did take about 30 minutes of their time to do the check. I will absolutely come here again!!! read more

I have a 1962 Thunderbird with custom air suspension, and had come here on the recommendation of one of my friends who takes his older car here as well. Jack's did a fantastic job aligning the front end of my car. It's never felt more solid. They were quick and professional, and their prices are great. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great place with honest employees! Brought my car in to get it aligned and after they looked at everything, it showed i didn't actually need an alignment. No charge and very polite! They earned a customer for life! read more

After taking my car to Art's Auto Body (just up the street), Dave had recommended Jack's because this place specialized in the issue I was having with my car. Took my car in first thing the next morning, and within ten minutes, they had me on my way... just a few loose bolts, and they didn't even charge me. Honestly and politeness is what will keep me as a customer. read more

You guys need to fire your employee Joel for being a dumb asshole that doesn't know how to work on cars. First of all, his customer service was garbage. Very stern and rude. Then after he got the car on the rack, he told me I needed to buy aftermarket toe arms so he could set my toe to zero. I knew that did not sound right so I took it to Network and they aligned it perfectly. Will never come here again. read more

I took my GTI here for alignment because of the positive reviews on Yelp and various motorsports forums. Ken worked on my car. He gave me the details on what was wrong and suggestions on what to do. I couldn't be more pleased. The car now drives straight as an arrow. It's so refreshing to visit a business that's enthusiastic about the service they provide even after all these years. Jack's has gained another loyal customer. read more

Nice clean shop, with very fast service. Came in for an alignment and the guys looked my car over in about 5 minutes and said the car didn't need an adjustment and sent me on my way, no charge. I gave 4 stars because the steering wheel on my car is still slightly crooked when driving straight, so I'm not so sure it didn't need an adjustment, but I'll take it. read more

I was told that I needed to have front bushings replaced . This other place gave me a quote of $950.00. So I called Jack's and he said to come over and he would be glad to look at it. I pulled in and within 15 min. The man said "there is nothing wrong with your bushings, why do you think something is wrong ?"i told him what the other place had told me, and he said I am sorry they did that to you. I told him I was happy to see a honest man. GREAT PLACE. John read more

First off, I visited this shop after reading the good yelp reviews and I was not disappointed! This is a very professional place, honest people, and they sell you only what you need (I wish all businesses are like that). Old school alignment shop (with no machine) but you can tell they know exactly what they are doing. I got my car's alignment checked today and I wouldn't go to any other place for alignment and related repairs. I strongly recommend this shop --has been a while since I wrote a review:) B.A read more

First visit to Jack's and had a great experience. This business is a well oiled machine. No appointments, so you just walk in and go. They were grabbing the keys to my car before I had time to finish their simple sign in sheet. I hit it at the right time and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Enjoyed hearing the history of the company from the pleasant staff while waiting. I like supporting well run family businesses so l will be back and will recommend others. read more

They always do excellent work, much more than you might get from any where else. I have been here multiple time always with gaas results at a fair price read more

Just left Jack's. My truck had a very slight wandering problem so I wanted to make sure my alignment was okay. They checked it out and all settings were right on the money. They told me my particular tires have a somewhat softer sidewall and that I should run an additional 10psi which is still within the tire manufacturer's spec. Wandering problem solved! I feel a bit foolish knowing it was that simple but am glad they are that good. The best part is NO CHARGE to just check settings. Thank you Jack's for your honesty you have my business and I know several others that I will send your way read more

Maybe it's that they prefer to work on domestic cars and not imports, but I took my car (which I had overhauled myself) to get an alignment, and after it was all overwith, they told me that it took a bunch of extra trouble (though they got me out the door in under 20 minutes) and cost extra - $160. (4 wheel alignment). I think there are probably other shops that are a better choice for the import enthusiast/builder. 12th street and Camelback comes to mind. read more

Excellent service and very insightful. I have taken my vehicle to numerous places. And no one has caught what they did. Bushings on the control arm are cracked and they got it quick. And a good price too read more

family owned and operated "aligned" my car, while i waited pulled it out, on to the racks looked it over, front to back turned out, i just had low tires embarrassed, but had to admire "no charge", ol' Jack said to me Jacks Auto, since 1960 open air, work from below domestics, imports and limos pretty much, will fix 'em all worked me in, with one quick call alignments, that will set you straight suspensions, and they'll fix your brakes monday thru friday, weekends off kwan's not king, at this shop refreshing, in these days of greed lousy service, rude employees old school, old enough to know what it was like, when you would go to a garage, or filling station replaced now, this franchised nation impressed, by his, honesty and their solid, warranty seven months, seven thousand miles east bound, i began to smile no more wobble, tires low inflate, I was, good to go and pay it forward, owe him one so go see Jack, he'll git er done read more

Ive had aprox. 5 alignments done there over the past few years and always had good work done. Joel is always very nice, however Ken (the older gentleman) is usually in a bad mood and probably needs to retire. Last time I was there he was very short and rude. I don't know if he was having a really bad day or what, but I wont be going back. read more

I would rather get a computer aligment and get a print out of my specs, pricing is high too for a 2wd aligment, other that that it was done quick read more

I was little surprised when I showed up at 3:50pm and not one car on the floor. Techs were closing up and turned me away. They close at 4:30pm and according to tech no vehicles after 3:30pm. Just a heads up just in case you only have time after work to take a vehicle in for service. read more

Here are some guys who really know their business. Honest and reliable. My Lexus dealer could not fix the problem - my car still pulled to the right after they did an alignment. Jacks merely rotated the front tires and the problem was solved. Why couldn't Lexus do that? When I asked how much - no charge. Now you know who the real expert is. Will need brakes soon and I will go to Jacks for sure. read more

Hands down, Absolutely the best shop in town! On Christmas Eve, P-Boys told me I needed $800 in parts and labor so needless to say I wanted a second opinion. I saw the Yelp reviews so I gave Jack's a try this morning. Jack evaluated my car and personally showed me everything was fine and that I didn't need new parts, just an alignment for $60. I figured with the money I saved I would have him do my rear brakes to fix a reoccurring squeak but he let me know that was inherent to the car and that taking my money would not fix it. Near impossible to find honesty like this today so when you find it spread the word and please tip your mechanic. These good guys are few and far between so be sure to show you appreciate them. I will tell everyone I know about Jack's top notch service. Thanks Jack! - 40 year AZ native. read more

Very honest shop. Went there thinking I needed an alignment, they instead pointed out a problem with a tire and didn't charge me a penny.

These guys know whats up. Took the time to tell me about some tire problems that I had, and even asked me if I drive the car 'aggressively' as they would have set it up a bit different. Not many places left that actually seem like specialist of a trade. Will be going back for sure! read more

I have been going to this place exclusively for the past 14 yrs. 4 vehicles later. My daughter will make the 35 mile drive to bring her Durango here as well. No bs about this place and the fact that they do your alignment the old school way, makes it all much better. Bought some new tires for my Lincoln with a free computer alignment.........my Lincoln just would not drive right after 3 attempts with the computer. Gave up!! Made the drive to Jacks and as soon as I drove away, no problem. It drove wonderful, never should have attempted the "computer" alignment, but since it was free.......why not? Jacks was worth the money and time. read more

These guys are the greatest. No one knows their job or seems like they have actual expertise these days- Ken does that`s why these guys stand out so much. They found shoddy work from another shop and fixed it for next to nothing.(I'm sure the same work from any other shop would have been gouge city). I have a heavily modified car from a suspension/wheel standpoint and they were able to dial it in just right, offering advanced camber and tow options. Very honest and all around great guys read more
