Its cute little spot but the food quality and prices are terrible. Recommend getting waiters and firing the cook.

Great food in a pleasant outdoor setting. Get the pulled pork and ribbon fries. Fun to eat and delicious. Very nice staff.

Food was ok, a bit out of the way. So don't think I'll be back. Like to give it more stars but no can do.

We tried the chicken bacon ranch fries and a strawberry chicken wrap. Everything was yummy. A nice little dinner on a holiday.

“The potato salad was wonderful, my last side, which has peaked my interest since I first read about it, was the strawberry salad.”

The pork was pulled style with an Asian profile of flavors. There was also some German bologna, which I don't think was really necessary but oh well. The sandwich was topped with a broccoli slaw mix, cucumbers, cilantro and sriracha. Yum! Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The only downside was the sandwich was kind of hard to eat because the roll was chewy. Just be prepared to get sriracha all over your face! The sandwich also came with a side of either baked beans or Mac salad. I tried the Mac salad and it was very good with fresh herbs and sweet pickle. On a side note, I had this sandwich as takeout so I haven't seen the shop itself. I don't know what gear they have, but I don't think they smoke the pork, so don't go here expecting a more authentic BBQ. That being said, I can't wait to try more!

Food first, pretty good if you avoid the frozen crap like fried shrimp, fried cheese stuff. The prepared dishes that they make are pretty good. Every once in a blue moon they do a pastrami sandwich special and that is phenomenal! Katz deli kinda of phenomenal. The pizza is fairly meh. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it mushy with 1/2 cooked dough but usually it's ok. The bar scene is pleasant but the mixed drinks are small. They have a decent selection of beers. The decor is standard for a local pizza/bar/music establishment and the staff has always be attentive in my experience. The manager is a great guy. They usually have a band or group on Fridays ranging from local talent to some pretty serious high quality acts. Always fun and it's not an expensive nite out so thumbs up for that.

It's just a local pizza place with dated ambiance. Using that as perspective, the food used to be decent (1-2 years ago) but now the quality has decreased and the last time I ordered... and it will be the last time... the sub par food was barely warm. The wait staff hangs out by the register area drinking sodas and refused to make eye contact with me when I went up to pay the bill. Hello??? Customer with cash here!!!! Can I please pay??? Please??? I understand businesses needing to cut down to save money but maybe that's just me trying to make an excuse for them. What I don't understand is poor service on top of poor food in a dismal atmosphere. It's like they just gave up.

We had high expectations maybe because we live in DC, maybe because we saw the menu options, or…read morepossibly because the Christmas decor and overall ambiance was beautiful. Either way, the experience just wasn't what we expected. We were seated immediately and given menus. I was in love with all the seafood options, but my husband and I were craving steak. I ordered a crème brûlée martini that was fabulous. We also decided on the Cajun calamari appetizer. The calamari was plated with a plastic cup containing the dipping sauce. I hate to say this, but if you want to keep up a semblance of fine dining , black plastic cups shouldn't be a thing. We were on the fence about the calamari. Some pieces were soggy, but the flavor used in the breading was great. We finished and saw the decorative lettuce swimming in grease. Our Caesar salads were wonderful. When we got our steaks we were underwhelmed. The infamous black plastic cup was back and although I asked for extra butter and sour cream, that didn't happen. Both steaks were cooked to the temperature ordered but bland. I suppose we should have paid extra for the flavor add-ons. Sadly we had no salt/pepper so we took it from the empty table next to us. We ran out of water during the entree so we scrapped any idea of asking about dessert. We got the $127 check that included one drink, one appetizer, two small salads, and two entrees. Overall a 3-star experience, and for the price, that's polite. Could we have sent items back...yes. I truly felt that subpar calamari and bland steaks were not getting any better with a second try and they would still come out with a lackluster plastic cup in the wake. The service was decent. The waitresses were pleasant. Although we visit Owego regularly, I doubt our time will be well served coming back. We wanted to love this place but it didn't happen for us.

Been stopping in here two times a week on our travels from Elmira to Binghamton. Has become a…read moreregular stop because of one employee (Christine). She goes above and beyond at every visit. We see her waiting on customers, constantly cleaning when free and she always inquires how everyone's food is! Today however we witnessed "the manager" yelling and screaming at Christine claiming she had talked back to her. We were present at the counter to witness everything and Christine did not do anything wrong. Your "managers" need a lesson in not only customer service but management techniques. Our food here has always been consistently good and the lobby area spotless. This encounter however has me questioning future visits.

**Extremely Disappointing -- Twice Burned at KFC in Owego**…read more This is the **second time** I have had an unacceptable experience at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Owego, New York. After tonight, I can honestly say I have had enough. The **first incident happened about six weeks ago**. I stopped after work at approximately **4:40 p.m. on a weekday**--hardly an unusual time to be ordering dinner. I ordered an **8-piece bucket meal** and was told there would be approximately a **20-minute wait because they didn't have any regular/Original Recipe chicken available**. Fine. I asked if they had Extra Crispy. The cashier went to check and came back saying they could make the order with Extra Crispy. Okay, no problem. They proceeded with the order, only to come back and tell me they were **out of biscuits** and that I would have to wait another **10-15 minutes**. At that point, I said forget the biscuits. I paid for my order and left. Then I got home and opened the bucket. **Four of the eight pieces were wings.** Not substantial pieces of chicken. **Four small, practically meatless wings out of an eight-piece meal.** Half of what I paid for was basically bones and skin. I was extremely disappointed, but I decided to give this location another chance. **That was a mistake.** Tonight, I stopped at approximately **4:45 p.m.**, again during dinner hours, and ordered the same 8-piece meal. The employee behind the counter walked over to the warming area, opened it up, and I could clearly see a tray of chicken sitting there. He pushed the tray back in, closed the door, came back to the counter and told me: **"It'll be about a 25-minute wait. We're out of chicken."** Seriously? I immediately asked to speak with a manager. A young woman came around the corner and asked, **"What do you need?"** The attitude was apparent from the moment she approached. I explained that I could not understand how a **fast-food chicken restaurant could repeatedly be out of chicken during dinner hours**. I explained that this was not the first time it had happened, and I specifically pointed out that **I had just seen a tray of chicken in the warming area**. I asked for an 8-piece chicken dinner. Her response was essentially that they couldn't provide it because **the chicken available was all white meat**. She then shrugged and started walking away, giving me the distinct impression that the conversation was over and that there was nothing she intended to do about it. **This is unacceptable.** This is a **chicken restaurant**. If customers walk in at **4:40-4:45 p.m.**, right around the beginning of the dinner rush, and are repeatedly told that the restaurant is out of chicken, there is a serious problem with inventory management, preparation, staffing, or all three. And the customer service makes the situation even worse. I understand that restaurants can have busy periods. I understand that mistakes happen. I understand that sometimes a particular item may temporarily be unavailable. But this isn't a one-time issue. **This has now happened to me twice within approximately six weeks.** The first time, I ended up with an 8-piece meal containing four tiny wings. The second time, I was told to wait 25 minutes for chicken while I could literally see chicken sitting in the warming area. Management at this location needs to take a serious look at **both its customer service and its ability to properly prepare and maintain enough product to serve customers during normal dinner hours.** There is simply **no reasonable excuse for a chicken restaurant to be telling customers at quarter to five in the afternoon that it is out of chicken.** After two experiences like this, **I won't be giving this location a third chance.**
