They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

I've used their services 5 times now and I could not be happier with my experience. I would highly recommend using them if you live in the area. First of all, I think they have a great facility for the cats. The cats are given their own "kitty condo" (although this may or may not be shared with another guest during the peak holiday seasons). These condos are large and from what I can tell, all are multi-leveled. The condos have bedding and litter boxes and some space for the cats to move around. Cats are generally confined to condos on their first day/night just to make sure they adjust to the new space. After that, cats are allowed to free roam the facility during the working hours (8-6) as long as they are well behaved. There are tons of cat towers, beds, scratching posts, and toys for the cats to use during the day. The floors inside are heated so even during the cold winter cats will be extremely comfortable. They also have a vary large "catio" which is a fully enclosed area built out into the backyard garden. They have a cat door so cats can freely roam between the inside and this outside area. The space is entirely caged in so no one can escape, but it allows cats to lounge in the fresh air and sun. There seem to be 1-2 staff members which help out with the cats during business hours. They feed the cats twice a day and clean up all the litter boxes. I believe they also spend some time playing and petting the kitties. The girls I've met (Alison and Angela) have both been really fantastic. They are very sweet, helpful and always give us little stories about our cat when we pick her up. They also update a "kitty blog" every other day with photos of all the cats staying with them. I really reading these updates and very much look forward to them. They give lots of personality to these updates and they are such a joy to read. Parking and Entrance: All My Kitties is located on the bottom floor of the owner's (Marie) house. To find the entrance, you need to follow the signs and lights heading down the driveway, past the double gates, and into the garden. You can ring the "catio" doorbell or call the number posted and one of the gals inside will come to let you in. Don't enter on your own so that you don't accidentally let any cats lose! You can park in the driveway itself easily or on the street.

After the 1st couple of days to settle in, the staff - with permission - let them out to roam, and our most gregarious cat just loves it. The others venture out for pets and exploring, but our Wolfie likes to socialize and seek out the best beds and snacks. He gets rounded up and put in his kennel at night, and we can view them on video if we log in (as provided for each 'accommodation'). The staff are nice and seem to enjoy and get to know the cats. One caveat: it is a Cat Hotel and suited to accommodate the cats 'wants' and preferences. It is not pristine, gets a little funky smelling, and housekeeping and fresh towels are not on demand. Boxes are checked, food is served, and our cats have yet to complain that the pool is not kept clean, so judging from their reticence to check out, it works for them. Windows for bird watching, lots of perches to explore, and they get to roam and not be cooped up which I know they appreciate. Excellent value and flexible customer service (we've missed a flight before, and had a "at the deadline" pick up, and there were no problems). I think the cats prefer it to staying stuck at home and having someone drop-in to feed, water, and check on them.

My cat has asthma, so when I made the reservation with PetSmart, they ensured me that they could take my cat and give him his inhaler. The day that I was to drop my cat off to PetSmart, someone from the store calls me telling me that they can't take my cat because of his asthma. Extremely upset, and worried, I started looking for another place to send my cat, as I was leaving the next morning on a very early flight. I called Cat Sitting Hotels, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up a reservation. I told them about my cat's asthma and they told me that they were trained in how to administer inhalers for cats, another huge relief. The facility is super cute and cozy. Super nice staff who are genuine cat lovers. The cats get alot of free time outside of their kennels. I love the webcams where you can see your loved one whenever you want and they ask you questions about your cats personality, feedings, and more. It was a successful stay from him last time, so I have used them again since then and plan to again. I am seeing some other reviews with claims of injuries to cats and other things. Not saying that these reviews aren't true, just that I have not had those experiences so far. One note of critique is to make sure that you keep your proof of payment, specifically surrounding your deposit. They charge a 200.00 deposit for stays during the holidays, and when I dropped my cat off, I was quoted the full price of his stay. I had to remind the person helping me of my deposit to ensure that I was charged correctly.
