I also really appreciate that they have you help during the process, which builds confidence and gives you skills you can use between visits. I've been having Beth come by 2-3 times a year since my long-haired baby boy was a kitten for baths and trims. He still doesn't love baths (because, cat), but he's noticeably calmer now and doesn't try to escape the sink like he used to. It honestly feels like he knows he's in good hands. Every time, he's incredibly soft and clean afterward, and the shedding dies down for a while too - a huge win. Thoughtful, patient, and clearly very good at what they do. Thank you Beth!

Wow! Wow wow wow wow!!…read more I've met some amazing, caring people in my life but Leah is in the top % Kind, considerate, gentle, warm, curious, reliable, patient, honest, an amazing communicator, she's proactive, beyond sweet and is a trusted advisor Not only did she go above and beyond (even that statement feels lack luster) and cared for my senior cat Lola with such love, care, tenderness, respect and love, she sent tons of resources, was a shoulder to cry on when I told her about the recent passing of my dog and we shared laughs and stories but let me take the lead on convo as I'm sure we could have sat through both appointments just talking about my cats care strictly (I'm chatty) Me and my cat and my wife felt so safe with her in our home. You'd think being stuck in a bathroom with a stranger, in a stressful scenario (mate removal) could be awkward but we were all so relaxed. Honestly she feels like a close friend! The environment she creates because of the person she is and the above and beyond care she provides When I say it was a gift to be in her presence I'm being so for real! Her pricing is beyond affordable and she's doing this work because she's a good person and has been a life long provider of living beings. We will be seeing Leah every 2-3 months for maintenance and will be referring everyone we know to them! She taught me so so much in the time I was with her and I know my cats life and health will improve. Leah and Beth you are amazing and I wish you only good things!! Thank you for being who you are. You work so hard and you are so so so appreciated

If you care about your dog, please read this…read more I rarely write reviews, but after what my dog went through at this facility, I feel obligated to warn others. I usually leave my dog with family, but they weren't available. I found this place through online research and ignored the red flags -- something I deeply regret. After a short trial weekend, my dog came home with a cut on his nose. They brushed it off and blamed him. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance for a longer stay. When I picked him up, he had a deep wound on his nose, a chipped tooth, and was visibly traumatized. He wasn't the same dog -- withdrawn, scared, and exhausted. When I contacted the owner, she avoided responsibility and offered no real explanation. After pushing for answers, she sent a photo of the small cage he had been kept in -- nothing like what I was told. She even tried to shift the blame onto my dog again. This place was neglectful and unprofessional, and I strongly considered pursuing further action. I would never bring my dog here again. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Your dog deserves better.

I ended up spending lot of time and money at vet. Anyways, I stopped sending him there and found better alternatives.

Also I love that it is independent and family owned and run. Sarah is the best! Also the one negative review isn't fair AT ALL as they clearly specialize in small dogs only. I don't recall weight size limit (just ask them!) but my Maximo is accepted at 20 pounds. Also they do require a day trial test to assess if it's a good fit... BECAUSE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE HERE!!!! I absolutely love this place. When I first brought my cat…read morehere, I was in a bind. I originally was going to take him to Pets Hotel at PetSmart. My cat has asthma, so when I made the reservation with PetSmart, they ensured me that they could take my cat and give him his inhaler. The day that I was to drop my cat off to PetSmart, someone from the store calls me telling me that they can't take my cat because of his asthma. Extremely upset, and worried, I started looking for another place to send my cat, as I was leaving the next morning on a very early flight. I called Cat Sitting Hotels, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up a reservation. I told them about my cat's asthma and they told me that they were trained in how to administer inhalers for cats, another huge relief. The facility is super cute and cozy. Super nice staff who are genuine cat lovers. The cats get alot of free time outside of their kennels. I love the webcams where you can see your loved one whenever you want and they ask you questions about your cats personality, feedings, and more. It was a successful stay from him last time, so I have used them again since then and plan to again. I am seeing some other reviews with claims of injuries to cats and other things. Not saying that these reviews aren't true, just that I have not had those experiences so far. One note of critique is to make sure that you keep your proof of payment, specifically surrounding your deposit. They charge a 200.00 deposit for stays during the holidays, and when I dropped my cat off, I was quoted the full price of his stay. I had to remind the person helping me of my deposit to ensure that I was charged correctly.

After the 1st couple of days to settle in, the staff - with permission - let them out to roam, and our most gregarious cat just loves it. The others venture out for pets and exploring, but our Wolfie likes to socialize and seek out the best beds and snacks. He gets rounded up and put in his kennel at night, and we can view them on video if we log in (as provided for each 'accommodation'). The staff are nice and seem to enjoy and get to know the cats. One caveat: it is a Cat Hotel and suited to accommodate the cats 'wants' and preferences. It is not pristine, gets a little funky smelling, and housekeeping and fresh towels are not on demand. Boxes are checked, food is served, and our cats have yet to complain that the pool is not kept clean, so judging from their reticence to check out, it works for them. Windows for bird watching, lots of perches to explore, and they get to roam and not be cooped up which I know they appreciate. Excellent value and flexible customer service (we've missed a flight before, and had a "at the deadline" pick up, and there were no problems). I think the cats prefer it to staying stuck at home and having someone drop-in to feed, water, and check on them.

My beloved cat lived with me in Seattle for 5 years before he passed away, and Monique was my trusted sitter for that entire time.
