Jacquie answered my inquiry quickly and was very helpful in getting me a prompt appointment that worked with my schedule. Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day. And he even came in under his initial quote! I really appreciate the prompt response and excellent work. I highly recommend them and will be reaching out with any future plumbing needs.

A few days ago we discovered that the WEWE faucet required an extra 180 degree turn clockwise to…read moretighten it completely. The faucet shower hose kept getting stuck underneath the sink -- amongst the new pipes and cables. It is not a Moen faucet. Codie works best with Moen -- he did a great job installing 1HP Moen garbage disposal with light. While dealing with the hose - noticed that all new pipes had to be tightened as well, one vertical pipe connected just under the new sink ring started slightly oozing - I tightened the rings and wiped pipe clean. Pipes probably loosen due to powerful garbage disposal vibrations. Will keep an eye on it and maybe have Codie come back to fix. On a personal note; I don't like it when professional plumbers "need to go" to the plumbing store in the middle of the job for an hour, sometimes longer - to look for plumbing materials. And that brings me to the second job Codie did for us. About a week later, the hot water handle was not shutting off completely in the shower. Codie could not identify the make/manufacturer of the ceramic hot water cartridge. We paid full price for having Codie go looking through old boxes in a local hardware store for a similar cartridge, unsuccessfully. We're still awaiting an estimate on going through the wall in adjacent to shower closet to change the entire valve and install Moen ... a bit disappointing to tell the truth.

I dealt with Reynolds Electric a couple times over the last week, and it was a great experience. My…read morefather in-law originally called them for me, so I had no choice in using them or an opinion. But to be honest, I wouldn't have known who to call myself. They showed up within an hour of my father in-law calling to do the estimate. We lost power to a solid 50% of the house, and desperately needed it fixed. Doug was the electrician who came out, and quickly figured out the problem. He talked to us and explained it all. Although electricity isn't my specialty, so I'm not sure exactly what he did. Which is fine by me too. Lol. He fixed the problem, and that's what I care about. They had to do some digging, which is a different company and billed separately. But they have contracted companies they use for digging, plumbing, and a couple other things, as I understood it. So they take care of that for you and coordinating schedules, and such. This makes it easy for the homeowner to skip dealing with that. Electrical issues are stressful enough, and them handling the additional contractors is just an extra weight lifted. My *only* complaint is it took time to schedule the digging company. But honestly, it wasn't bad. Waiting any length of time just sucks when you have no stove or hot water. So a few days feels more like a few years. Plus patience is not one of my strongest personality traits anyway. Diggers showed up and they were also great. Super nice, personable guys who didn't mind questions, conversation, watching, nothing bothered them. Once the digging was done, and the actual electric work started, it only took a few hours. Doug stuck around so I could test everything once it was done too. He really made a stressful time just a little bit easier, and there is always something to be said for that. I have to say that I really appreciate the organization and patience. My in-law's were paying for everything, but my husband and I own our home, and I was the only one home. So they ended up calling and texting three different people about everything and handled it well. They seem ridiculously expensive when getting the estimate, I won't lie. There was some definite sticker shock there. But after seeing the work actually done first hand, and experiencing the customer service provided, it was absolutely worth the price. It's rare I'm proved wrong like that, but it definitely happened in this case. After this experience, Reynolds is the only electrical company I will call as long as I live in Eugene/Springfield area. They made a legit impression, and I'm really happy with their work. Review 27 of 2025.

They were very fast and efficient. Requested a quote, got a very quick response. Chris went over all of the details thoroughly. I wanted to proceed with the work asap because I have a lot of things I am juggling at the moment. They were able to get everything done next day. From what I understand in speaking to a few other companies, their pricing was on the higher side, but for me, "time is money", so it was worth it. I really appreciated the ease of communication, and follow through.
