I never received that check. When I called a month later to follow up, they said they don't take my insurance. I told them I never would've gone there if they had told me that from the beginning! Most every one takes Blue Cross PPO, but if they didn't, they could've simply told me so and I would've gone to virtually any other Chiropractor (as most take it). Instead, they took my money and deceived me. So as far as I'm concerned, this place is a total scam. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.

But, if you can get past that, and just chalk it up to some people are just offputting, the Dr is amazing. I saw him about 10 sessions for severe chronic sciatic pain/piriformis syndrome. I had tried everything, physical therapy, anti inflammatory medicine, muscle relaxers, steroid injection. Nothing ever helped, until I started receiving acupuncture treatment. This is literally the only thing that has ever worked, and it works extremely well. Trust me, I don't appreciate the poor customer service from the lady at the front (she's actually his wife) but if you are able to endure it (lol) and just let it go, it will be the best decision you've ever made! Especially if you suffer from chronic pain. It's worth it!

A massage helped a little but I wanted to try something different to see if I could get relief quicker. Dr. Saleh is very knowledgeable and personable. He's quick with placing the needles, so before I knew it all needles were in, the tens machine was hooked up and I laid on the table for 30 minutes that way. He finished the treatment with a machine that helped break up the knots. All in all the treatment helped, but will require a couple more visits to ultimately fix my issue. She was calm, knowledgeable, able to take photos and videos, and helped me communicate my wishes to the nurse and midwife. I feel very grateful to have gotten Sophia's in-person support and all the prenatal education from the larger team on weekly virtual calls, the videos, and the workbook.
