My husband advised my son to just have them fill it with coolant and see if he could make it back to school. They brought him out to the garage and showed him that is was pouring out of the radiator when they filled it. He left and bought extra coolant for the way back. That was 3 weeks ago another trip to Richmond and a drive home to St. Louis, and there are no leaks or issues since. They saw a college kid with parents out of state and thought they were going to scam him out of thousands of dollars.

Today I went to get my car checked out for a right headlight that was out. When I received my car…read moreback, I found that the left blinker was going faster than usual on my dashboard. I ended up looking the cause up on my phone and there were two factors: 1.) the light may not be hooked up properly or 2.) the bulb was burned out. I ended up calling this location and they stated they would look at it and if the bulb burned out, they would replace it, no charge. I ended up taking it back today and they replaced it, but stated that the bulb had burned out. So my line of thinking is that if this morning they had replaced my headlight and I know that my car is an old model; a mechanic would look at the left light to compare the wiring (if they did not know how to replace the other headlight). When this happened, they might have forgotten to connect the blinking light bulb. When I had taken it back, I was met by a manager and two techs, one whom had replaced one of my headlights before. I am glad that they had taken the time out of their busy schedule (because there were a lot of cars needing attention to fix this issue). I ended up finding out it was a burnt out bulb; however, I found it a bit odd how it could have burned out the around the time my right headlight burned out and on the same EXACT day that I had taken my right headlight to be fixed. I must be one really unlucky driver. I will never know because I cannot go into the garage when mechanics are working nor can I see video evidence in the garage of how mechanics are fixing my car. I feel like the onus is always on the customer; however, at least it is fixed now. I like to think of this as a contribution to society. Because it was fixed, no matter the issue, other drivers on the road will know when I am making my left turn. This will save more lives, which is more important than $100 worth of labor and parts. Issue #2 - after the tires were balanced (which you pay for on a new set of tires) and the truck was aligned allegedly the truck now pulls hard and the steering wheel is not straight. issue #3- started to smell a burning smell the technician/s working on my truck spilled oil and they attempted to wipe it up , but did not tell me about it. I managed to get off New Circle Rd onto another side road and was able get a tow truck and they recommended AAMCO and took it there. I was late afternoon and the shop was getting ready to close for the day. So I spoke to Al the next morning. The shop was booked up for the day (July 3rd) and Al said it would be Friday July 5th before they would be able to look at my car. I checked with them Friday morning and asked them to check my air conditioner while they were diagnosing the transmission, Al said the would. A short time later Al called and let me know the diagnosis and the cost. My car was ready very soon and the price was very good. I am a happy customer! I drove home to west Tennessee with no further problem.

Transmission issues. The dreaded phrase that strikes to the very heart of a car owner's bank account! I had the car towed to Aamco with fear in my soul! Al was able to look at my 04 Trailblazer the next day. He called to say he'd determined the problem was electrical, rather than transmission-related. (In my book, "electrical" is the SECOND scariest word in car repair.) He explained in detail how long he would spend looking for the wiry, sparky culprit, how much it would cost, and when he would stop to review with me what he'd found and if I wanted to continue if it couldn't be fixed quickly. Later in the day, he called to say that the problem was fixed and that it had been so straightforward, I'd only be charged the labor fee he'd quoted me earlier in the day! Now--I know I got away with a small bill, which alone would make me happy. But Al was extremely up-front with me about cost and time, was sensitive to my concerns about both, and (most importantly) did NOT take advantage of the fact that I was ready to shell out much more to get the problem fixed. I would recommend this shop to anyone, particularly if you have concerns about transmission issues.

On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed. The repair was done excellently and we were relieved that the cost was reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional.

I would give this place less than 1 star…read more Documentation from all repair shops mentioned below can verify the following information. 1 - 02/2024 - I visited E/P on Boston Road to have my thermostat replaced - cost $400. 2 - 04/2024, I heard a rattle from the engine compartment. I took it to another repair shop who told me 'the bolts used to put the thermostat back on was the wrong size, were forced into the screw openings, & the internal threads for the screw hole had been stripped [I never thought impact wrenches were THAT strong]. The only place that touched anything regarding my heating system was E/P on Boston Road. 3 - I took the car back to E/P, showed them the results from the other repair shop, and spent significant time convincing them the work they had done on 02/224 was done incorrectly. As a result, E/P agreed to fix the problem for free. 4 - Flash forward to 12/2024; the heat quit blowing in my car again. I took it to another repair shop and was informed of the following: the last person who fixed the heating system did it wrong; they put in a thermostat that was WAY too small; the bolts to secure the thermostat was the wrong size, & all bolts were forced into the screw hole, and as a result, most of my heating system needs to be replaced [sans the heater coil]. 5 - When I informed the new repair shop of the work & then re-worked my car by E/P when I returned in 02/2024, they had only replaced ONE of the faulty-sized bolts. All four should have been replaced if all bolts had been forced into the wrong opening. E/P did not replace the other three that were too small & the incorrect size when I made them do a re-work in 04/2024. A $400 repair has now cost me close to $2,000. The new repair shop could forensically trace the problems back to the originating install. This significant financial impact should serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Given the information above, the decision is in your hands. Choose wisely, and good luck.
