I can't recommend Jack Loves Pizza enough! Their pizza is consistently incredible, with fresh ingredients, perfectly baked crust, and bold, delicious flavors that always hit the spot. But what truly sets them apart are their sandwiches--they're honestly the best I've ever had! Every bite is packed with flavor, the bread is always fresh and perfectly toasted, and the fillings are generous and well-balanced. Whether you're craving a classic sub or something more unique, they absolutely nail it every time. The quality of their food is unmatched, and you can tell they put care into every detail. On top of that, the service is always friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for top-notch pizza and amazing sandwiches, this is the place to go! Extremely disappointing experience. Everything we ordered…read morewas excessively salty and greasy. I was especially looking forward to trying the onion rings, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. They appeared to be frozen onion rings taken straight from a bag, thrown into the fryer, and served without any care. They were stuck together and poorly presented. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also very concerning. The place did not appear to be properly maintained or clean, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. I honestly don't understand how a restaurant in this condition continues to operate. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it. Case in point. Your response actually reinforces my concern. This was never about requesting a refund or simply disliking the onion rings. I was sharing my honest experience regarding the quality of the food and, more importantly, the way I was treated as a customer. I personally saw you behind the cash register today, and I also saw the condition of the onion rings being served. Regardless of what your Yelp photos show or how you normally serve them, you were given an opportunity to recognize that the particular batch being served was unacceptable. When food is clearly poorly prepared, stuck together, overly greasy, or otherwise not up to the standard you expect your customers to receive, the appropriate response is to stop it from being served--not defend it afterward. What was even more disappointing was the way you responded to my concerns. Arguing with a customer and becoming defensive does not resolve the issue or demonstrate good customer service. A simple acknowledgment and professional response would have gone a long way. I am not asking for a refund, nor am I looking for anything from you. I am expressing my experience as a customer and the way I was treated today. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that the quality of the food is not the only issue--the customer service and attitude toward customers are equally concerning. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I certainly cannot recommend the establishment to people I know. A restaurant is judged not only by the food it serves, but by how it responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Today, neither met the standard I would expect..

I use to take this as the cost of supporting mom and pop shops as they tend to have slimmer margins than a corporate entity. But it's gotten pretty ridiculous. Sandwiches are expensive and recently had a bad experience with buying cookies. They charged $20 for a dozen cookies. Nothing special, just regular chocolate chip cookies. The last time I purchased a dozen, several years back. it was $9 for a dozen. That's expensive too, but again, took it as supporting small business. And back then you'd get them on a little styrofoam plate with some saran wrap around it. This made it look somewhat presentable. Now they just throw them in a regular old ziplock bag like you're at a bake sale for an elementary school. They have also gone the way of a lot of counter service places in that they've added a tip line. And there's no way to bypass on their system, so you have to make a big deal about it or just tip no matter what. I've always been a good tipper, but the tipping culture has gotten out of control. I just can't justify $75 for a couple sandwiches, 2 small bags of chips, and a dozen cookies. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The menu has a smaller selection of sandwiches, but everything is made with quality ingredients. I went with the steak sandwich, and it was amazing. I've never been to a sandwich place where they actually show you the steak they're going to cook before they make your sandwich. I thought that was pretty cool. The 8oz. Rib Eye steak came out tender and flavorful with a nice sear on it, topped with melted fresh-cut mozzarella and chimichurri sauce. The bread was lightly toasted but still really soft, which I loved. There was plenty of steak on the sandwich, and the chimichurri and melted mozzarella went really well with it. Everything had great flavor without taking away from the steak itself. It was a very filling sandwich. Serge also told me something he really doesn't promote, but you actually get a side with your sandwich, and the sides are homemade. Today I went with the potato salad, and it was amazing. It had great flavor and went really well with the steak sandwich. Very impressive first visit. Great food, great people, and you can tell there's a lot of care going into this place. I'll definitely be coming back!
