Thee ac isn't working and the Wi-Fi constantly cuts out, and they keep all of the windows uncovered making it hot inside. It took us several minutes to get service, and onve we ordered all of the staff went into the kitchen, which would be fine if they didn't ignore you when you ask for help. Our food came in the wrong packaging, without any sauces it would come with usually, and the bun of one of our sandwiches were brunt. the staff seem bothered to even take your order, overall a bad experience every time we get food here, but sadly they're the only one in town. read more

I guess I don't expect a lot at a fast food place, and I do know it's a tough job, buuuuuuut..... Attitude with a giant Capitol A and three !!! Apparently we do not like our jobs. Arguing, attitude and general I dont care going on. The girl at the counter wasn't pleased we weren't ready right when we walked in. I said oh give us a second please and she slapped her side and walked away. When we were ready they yelled at her, hey you have someone. She said, I am aware. But sauntered slowly back up and continued to argue with whoever was in the back. No ice, but she didn't say anything. Went to get ice, nothing. I ordered The Cluck Sandwicy, 6 Piece Tenders, The Ultimate Burger and 10 piece nuggets. The Cluck sandwich they gave me didn't have the sauce, and the Ultimate burger they gave didn't have the swiss cheese nor the right sauce the i asked for. Was the exact attitude given to me by the workers.Me and my wife were craving a good ol ultimate bacon cheeseburger, When we decided to dine in.We were not greeted after making eye contact with employees, no "hello well be right with you" or nothing. There was only one car in the drive thru and 4 workers standing around working as fast as a a snail traveling cross country. After standing in front of the counter for 20 min hearing trap music they were playing out loud and smelling a weed aroma from there smoke break they just had out back i decided to take our business else where! (mission accomplished for the workers) The floors were dirtier than back of a dumpster,The fountain machine has been broken for ages and there was no condiments or napkins available if you ended up getting helped at all. Sorry, Jack. We love your tacos, but the place was dirty, the employees were not attentive at all, and the restrooms were filthy. We had to clean our table before sitting down. No ice in the drink dispenser...Employee was counting her money from the drawer, when a customer walked in. She finally took his order, walked to the back with her gloves still on (the ones she had one while counting money) and took tacos from the freezer and dropped them in the grease. Yuck. Tried to drive thru to get something different than the Whataburger breakfasts I've grown tired of. After waiting several minutes for someone to speak to me, I started driving up to the window and heard static. I backed up, only to be asked to wait 15 minutes for something because they weren't ready to take orders yet. Sure, because at 6 am on my way to work I have time to add an additional fifteen minutes drive time, plus waiting for my order. Twenty four hour service? I don't think so. read more

Do the people at Jack in the Box even know what they're doing there I've been there 4 times the orders come out wrong and they've been so slow and the service there makes you feel bad about yourself they need to fire the whole staff and regroup and take over again I've eaten that many other Jack in the Box restaurants and their service is great but not the one in Uvalde Texas read more

I have been to this location only one other time and the experience was exactly the same. I pull up to the speaker at the drive through and sit for a while for someone to say hello. Since this never happened, I say something to the speaker box and receive a very low and muffled voice asking if they can help me. I place my order, drive forward, and am handed my drink. The cashier closes the window and does not come back for several minutes. She hands me my drink and asks if I would like catsup or anything. I say "yes, catsup please." And she disappears. All I can think of is that I had taken them by surprise and ordered something that they were not prepared for. (I ordered a burger and fries.)Keep in mind that I can see her through the drive up window chatting with the person in the kitchen and waving her hands around. Finally... she reappears with my order. She hands me the bag, and in the most monotone voice says thanks and closes the window. I tried to say thank you but the window had already been closed. I drive away and find someplace to park that is in the shade. I open the bag and grab the fries, reach in again for catsup and there is none. I will NEVER give them another dime of money or eat there again. Before long they will suffer the same fate as many other businesses in Uvalde and have to close the doors due to bad employees. read more

My burger without a patty was so delicious. I want to give a special shout out to the chef that prepared it. The dash of Sauce applied to the bun really put it over the top. Not putting the patty on the burger was a nice touch. You should consider pursuing a career as a chef. read more
