Drive thru service is very atrocious in the morning hours. Had to get out of the car to go inside to let the staff know that my family was waiting in the car to order from the drive thru. The staff weren't even at the their station for the drive thru when talked to. They were justing talking to each other. Very unprofessional at the workplace. Shouldn't be happening at all. Please do better. The staff should be at their stations at all times during their shifts. That's what they're being paid to do. read more

Edit: I now realize they likely turned them off on purpose. Jack in the Box does 2 free tacos every Tuesday with purchase. I can honestly say I wont be back to this jack in the box. It may be close but i'll drive to find another if the cravings hit. This review is for a late night attempted order. After a long night in the hospital with my daughter we decided to stop and get something to eat on the way home. There was a truck in front of us that ordered successfully. We pull up and they ask to take our order, I start ordering, then they asked me to wait. 5 to 10 min later they come back and tell me they cant take orders. There system is shut down for 20 minutes for shift change. This was at 5:27 am... I've worked at JnB at no time do you ever shut the system down. The lazy people working just did not want to serve us. I wont be coming back to a place that will lie to me and refuse by business. On a side note I will say the times we have been here before this its about a 2/3 chance they got our order wrong. read more

Ordered food through JITB Mobile App at 12:45AM. Got there at 12:55AM to pick-up and waited behind another car at the drive through menu looking to place order. After 10 min of waiting, found out JITB was completely empty. No one was there even though all lights were on. I am just shocked how horrible the services had gone down. Just pissed! 1) I drove all the way out to Shoreline JITB (which is 10 miles drive from my location) and discovered it's closed. 2) Didn't received my order and had to spend more time on the JITB Mobile App to get a refund. 3) Piss at Employee(s) and Manager not turning off JITB Mobile App ordering if closed. 4) Wasted time and effort Ended up going down to Dick's which apparently will be the place to go. read more

Very slow service. I ordered a large fry and a soda through the mobile app. I ordered through the mobile app because I did not want to have to wait in line and I wanted my food to be ready right when I get there. Unfortunately, it didn't play out like that. I got there seven minutes after I placed the order, and for a place that calls itself fast food, a tiny order like I had should be ready right away. When I got there, not only was it not ready, but they hadn't even started it. An employee filled up my soda, but they did not have enough fries to fill a large fry so she had some put in by the cook. My order was placed ahead of time so why did they not put fries in the fryer right away? Why did they wait until I got there? so I wait five minutes for the fries to be done and it turns out the cook put curly fries in the fryer and not regular fries. The employee apologized and said it would be five more minutes for regular fries to be done that they just put in. So at this point it had been 13minutes since I placed my order and they still don't have french fries ready. It doesn't take 13 minutes for a fast food restaurant to put together an order of fries. the employees are inefficient and incompetent. They need a lot of extra training. I waited another five minutes for the regular fries to be done. In total, it took them 18 minutes to get a single order of large fries ready from the time that I placed my order. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and I only saw them put together one order for the drive-through so it's not like they were busy and swamped with work. They had nothing going on and still managed to get my order much later than it should've been. Right when I placed my order, they should have checked how many french fries they had and they should have put some in the fryer! Why did they wait to put fries in the fryer until I got there? That's terribly inefficient and not living up to the fast food moniker. If they had put fries in the fryer right when I placed my order. They would've been ready for me instead they waited and waited and then put the wrong kind of fries in making me wait more and more. I will never go back to this Jack-in-the-Box and I might never go to another Jack-in-the-Box. The food is not worth the terrible service. Fast food has always been mediocre food, but the fast service made it OK. Without the fast service it's just straight junk and not worth it. The two employees that were there need to be retrained because they do not know how to do their job very well. read more

Typical Jack in the box I've been too. Tacos are always out of this world. I'm a Chicago guy and always crave the tacos every time I visit Seattle. This time I tried the double Jack burger. Always was hesitant to trying their burgers. Was I ever upset. I was upset that I had never tried them for all the times I've had Jack. The tacos are good as usual but the burger. Wow. So juicy and flavorful. The fries ain't nothing to write home about. The downside of this order was we didn't get any type of sauces. Turns out the worker who made my burger put a piece of plastic in it (photo attached). Not sure how this could be placed as a mistake, and I hope the worker knows how dangerous this is. I've been here a couple of times. The food is on par with Jack and the service is all right. My last visit wasn't that great as I had to repeat myself several times at the drive thru and then they had me pull up to the window because the gal still couldn't figure out what "#2 with a root beer" meant. Supposed to be open 24 Hours, but often aren't. Lights on, no one around. Phone just rings, no message or anything. But worse, the chef at the N. Seattle (Shoreline-Aurora Av. location) has a big attitude problem. I asked for a little extra tartar sauce on the Fish Sandwich a month or so ago, and when I opened the bag in my car, thankfully the sandwich was double wrapped and it was unusually heavy. After the first wrapping I could see why. The chef poured tartar sauce all over the outside of the sandwich to where it was literally swimming in tartar sauce. The chef, like all of us, may have had a bad day, but DON'T take it out on customers! The 2 stars is for the below average consistency with the preparation of all the meals and items I've ordered. Holy crap what the hell Happened here??? Came in with babe for a quick lunch which was anything but. Waited at the front counter for ten minutes. We kept asking for help because the manager was ignoring us. I am white clearly and all the workers here are Hispanic ... however I speak Spanish so I told one of the ladies that we only had 30 minutes for lunch. I was visiting my girl at work. This place is finally getting better employees. I frequent this place twice a week. There is a new gal named Simone who works the drive through window and the front counter. She always smiles and is super friendly. I try to only go after 3pm....the employees in the morning and mid afternoon are always running around too fast and hurrying to try and get very order right while trying to keep the dining area clean. Gritty, urban atmosphere with sketchy people floating in from Highway 99. It's small and gets pretty crowded sometimes. The staff seems to be a little paranoid from dealing with the Highway 99 crowd.
