Super frustrating and false advertising. I asked for a certain spice level and I could tell all they did was shake on some red pepper flakes. But at least the taste of the pizza wasn't terrible. A security guard followed me inside the store and confronted me to ask whether my dog was a service dog, even though the dog was clearly wearing a vest that says "PTSD SERVICE DOG." He also told me that the dog was not allowed in that area, openly questioning my right to remain there in a public establishment. Additionally, he asked questions that went beyond what is legally permitted, including questioning my disability--something a security guard is not allowed to ask. What was most alarming is that, minutes later, another person entered with a dog without any identification, and no questions were asked at all. The difference in treatment was obvious. As a longtime customer, I felt singled out and treated differently--an experience that came across as discriminatory and racist. No one should have to go through something like this while simply shopping :-(
