Hands down the best tamales I've had. Mini salad on the side adds a refreshing crunch.

I ordered mulitas and a tamale. The mulitas were good, but disappointing. Only a little meat and cheese. I am used to mulitas being loaded (meat, cheese, avacado, cilantro etc). I also got a pork tamale. It was moist and flavorful, so pretty good! They gave me 2 types of salsa, both were tasty. They just opened a week ago, so I will update review when I go again.

It's so nice to finally have a good taco truck nearby in North City! Excellent street tacos and their meat selection is large, well cooked, and very flavorful. The homemade horchata is also great. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. The service is friendly and very fast as well!

Today I came here with my mom for lunch and we ordered Super Burritos together. We had to repeat our order to the girl at the window three times. I said loud and clearly "TWO SUPER BURRITOS" as did my mom, but the young lady at the counter completely ignored our request for two super burritos and totaled us up for only one of them, about $9.80. At this point I was incredulous and said "So there's only one super burrito?" and THEN she asked if we wanted two. I don't understand why she couldn't just listen to us the first time instead of not paying attention to us for whatever reason. It's incredibly disrespectful to have someone not even listening when you repeat yourself several times and then the order still almost ends up wrong. There was no reason that this had to happen. I have no complaints about the food.

Birria Plate

Husband and I wanted to try this taco truck. He order a Torta and I ordered a Birria Plate. Husband wasn't not pleased with his Torta, and like other reviews have stated, my Birria plate did not have a lot of meat on it. The flavor was good, but it really just left me disappointed

Give it another try. Three out of four visits have been good. I guess it was just an odd night to be out of everything we were hoping for,

Very solid spot. The green sauce is delicious. I'm from AZ and this is one of the better places I've been to in the Seattle area.

Aurora Ave is well-known for its plethora of Mexican food trucks (at least to me, what did YOU…read morethink it was known for?) El Camión stacks up with the best of 'em. Which is good, because you can't feasibly name your food truck "The Truck" if your food is trash. We were famished, so my dog and I were on a late night hunt for an Absolute Unit-Rito. Something that would take an army to demolish. After a disappointing realization that one of my favorite spots was closed for the night, little did I know that the stars were aligning for a real Guac-Ness Monster that was headed my way. I think that one of the truly special things about El Camión is that it's in the Home Depot parking lot. What's better than taking in the aura of home improvement before smashing some tacos? Let's get to the food here. I knew I was getting a burrito, but what type? It turns out that El Camión is serving up cochinita pibil, which is a rarity in Seattle, so I had to give it a try. They will also LOAD up your burrito with vegetables for $2. And I'm not talking about some skimpy little vegetables. We had some thick slices of peppers, onions, and even squash. This made me feel a liiiiiiittle better about the long term health effects of my burrito obsession. This may have been one of the heftiest lads I've ever encountered on my lifelong apprenticeship of burrito studies. If I could give you one piece of advice here, do NOT operate heavy machinery while eating this. It's meant to be enjoyed while sitting down. But what the meal lacks in structural integrity, it makes up for in flavor. As a sauce-boi, I applaud El Camión for their variety of salsas. This is completely necessary on a burrito of this size to cut through all of the fat. Major props to The Truck. Stop here after you get your new light fixtures for a good time.

I was then turned away and told you were closed because it was "too slow." Total waste of time. If you're going to close early, update your hours and don't leave people driving over for nothing.

I'll be honest, you were not my…read morefirst option, or even the second, but my basketball coach once told me that the best ability is availability. If you keep driving on any street going north from Seattle, you will find a taco truck adjacent to a gas station. And they're usually solid - much better than many Mexican restaurants across Seattle. But unfortunately, my burrito here was just a little weak. It has a decent tortilla, and the char on the asada gives it a nice crunch. But other than that, it tasted taco-bell-esque. I think it's just the blend of shredded lettuce and sour cream that gives me that feeling. There just wasn't anything that stood out on this burrito that would make me get it again. However, their tortas look good. I should have gone that direction. I'll give em a try if I ever find myself in the area and the other spots aren't open.

The service was great as the lady there was super accommodating and nice. She does prefer to speak Spanish but was still super nice when my bf and I preferred to speak English. There are some benches outside in shade to provide a nice outdoor dining area however it is nothing special but a few wooden benches. But it gets the job done I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out for their more authentic dishes!
