Burrito

This place is a food truck next to Burlington. There's ample space to park and eat in your car or use the picnic style tables stationed outside. Food portion size is very generous, meat is tender and juicy! The host is very friendly, courteous and makes you feel like as if serving with love. Absolutely recommend this place. I have tried burrito and tacos so far and can't recommend them enough! Will add photos I visit next time.

¡Burrito Cargado!
Matt R.

My coworker was headed up to the truck for lunch so I got in on the order. I had the Burrito Cargado and it was delectable! They give you healthy sides of both guacamole and sour cream. The hot sauce was the perfect amount of picante as well. Let's just say I will be returning because food is good and I owe my coworker!

Outstanding! Stop by the antique store, and saw this little gem in the parking lot. We had a torta de pollo, tacos de lengua, tripas, asada, and carnitas. All super delicious! Hit 'em up!

Y'all know I love me some Mexican food and for this truck to be so close to my job you can bet I make frequent visit. Their menu and prices are very nice for the portions. I love the bbq tacos, but today I got a Steak Torta and a Horchata. Always friendly always fast and always delicious! Highly recommend if your are ever in Washington around Edmonds/ Shoreline area stop in !!!

Carne asada burrito left and 4 carne asada tacos right

I gave them another try today. It was better than last time. I had one chicken, 2 carne asada and 1 pork. They were all marinated long enough. Chicken and pork are least favorite than carne asada.

Carnitas and lengua tacos!

Very authentic taco truck with very affordable food. I've only tried tacos here because they are just so good I can't get myself to order anything else every time I go. My favorite topping is by faaaaar the tongue (lengua). They make it so tender with just the right amount of fat. I also tried the carnitas, the carne asada and the tripas. The carnitas and the carne asada weren't bad, but the tripas were way too fried and too hard to chew. The tacos are now 1.5-2$, and I noticed they don't come with avocado anymore unless you order a taco plate (even then, there are not enough avocado slices for the amount of tacos). The service is variable. I found the woman more welcoming than the man, who always seems impatient if you ask for something. There are two picnic tables next to the truck where you can sit down to enjoy your tacos on a sunny day. I'll probably come a lot more if it was not cash only.

Sooo good, i love the taco plate. Best taco truck in the area, I come here whenever I want good street tacos. 10/10!

I have lived a couple blocks from this food truck for over a year now and never even gave it a second glance. Man was I mistaken! We finally took an impromptu trip to the food truck and were not disappointed! The fellas working the truck were super friendly. Portions were generous and the food was very authentic. We split two orders; the combination plate with beef and an order of tacos - 2 carnitas, 2 carne asada. The tacos were so good. The tortillas were a perfect balance of crunchy and soft. The beef was tasty but the carnitas was unbelievable. Hands down it was the best taco I've ever had. The combo plate was great too. We had so much food left over. We didn't finish it amongst two adults and a child! They also have a great selection of Mexican beverages and snacks. We had a Mexican coca-cola and my son had one of the mango pops. Great experience! **Please note that this is cash only and located in the north side of the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot.

"El Chavo" torta
Agent G.

I drove around a couple times to find this truck as I was determined to try their "El Chavo" torta. If you're Latin and watched the TV show, you know what I'm referring to. For those of you that don't know, a TV character LOVED these tortas and now I see why. It has ham, avocado, lettuce, and tomato. They grill the bread so it has a nice crunch to it. I also had two tacos de carne asada. Came with a slice of avocado which added to the taste! I was also excited to see they have Sidral soda (a Mexican apple flavored soda). They also have Mexican candy and deserts I remember having as a kid. (I was too full by the end to have any but I will be back). Note: cash only and the truck is parked inside the Burlington Coat Factory plaza off Hwy 99.

The worst taco truck I ever been to in the state of Washington. The meat has no taste and it was dry.I don't recommend this place.

Most of the TVs had the brightness set so high black was bright gray on the screens. It was hard to even tell what was going on during the game because the screens were so poorly adjusted. Less good was the terrible food. We had three orders of nachos and each of the three were terrible in different ways. They were very inconsistent except in sogginess. The chips were soaking wet and mushy. There was some meat, but it was so mixed with this rotten tasting white gunk that none of us ate it. My friend that is a chef at the chain of restaurants where work said the green gunk on the nachos was miracle whip with green food coloring mixed in it like we did for St Patrick's one year. It was gross. The beers we had were all flat and tasted like they didn't properly clean the lines, but the margaritas two of our party had were huge. They looked good. The bartender was fun and a huge football fan so that was great, but he didn't seem to speak enough English to understand our orders. I tipped him very well just because he made people happy even if he was terrible at his job.

Mazatlan is a large restaurant that encourages groups as we were seated near a family of at least 10 celebrating their Birthday. I know this as the staff came out and sang 'Happy Birthday' which was nice as my friend, and I humorously joined in. Feeling pretty good, and planning to split, my friend and I kind of went all out - drinks, apps and entrees. As with most Mexi spots, chips and salsa is free and although they say they charge for additional (which would be silly), they didn't as we ate through the first batch quickly. We got some guac which was ok, not the best guac I've had, but it was a decent amount for sure. For drink I got a grapefruit Paloma and my buddy a Bloody Mary. both Interestingly served in a pint glass which I didn't complain about as that's more for the value. For entree I got from the grill section, A La Parilla - Carne Asada - 'Skirt steak charbroiled the Mazatlan way. Served with guacamole and pico de gallo'. The steak was a tad overdone, but still good and had great flavor. Food was good overall and would for sure come back, especially if I'm hungry coming out of a movie as the theater is so close by. If you're like me in that situation, check out Mazalatan.

Here is what we did not like: 1) Having to leave such a great dining experience. This was a near-perfect dining experience. The diner in our group that ordered tortilla soup (hold the tortillas!) was treated with a large bowl of steaming seasoned broth accompanied by a plate of many ingredients that were added separately (no tacos). An interesting approach, wihile well received. I regret not tipping Olga more for this special accommodation. However, I'd like to express my appreciation with the special request. One of the diners in our group said she had been craving Mexican cuisine all week, looking forward to our dine out plans: totally pleased and her craving was satisfied. Others have mentioned the noise level; we found it comfortable, but the restaurant was about half full.
