    Shredded beef burrito
    Sandra N.

Shredded beef burrito ~$15. I enjoyed the variety in the burrito such as tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, rice, beans, meat, cheese, and grilled onions that were included as a side. Another plus was they grill the burrito so it was crispy on the outside.

I had a great experience with this company. They are a few blocks from our home and I came to inquire about catering or event services they offer. David, I think is the owner took time out of his busy day to talk with me and provide me with details and quotes. He let me know that they had actually never been asked that before but that they would be able to do a taquiza for our small backyard wedding. The tacos were so delicious and they have the best salsas! I highly recommend their taco truck and their overall service. The staff that were in our home were incredibly nice and we had a great time. Thanks so much you guys! Muchas gracias!

Location is great, i love that they have a good variety of meat options. Price is higher than most taoc trucks, but you can see the quality in the food. I honestly enjoyed the taco meats I ordered, I got a good variety. See the photos and my receipt. The only one I did not like was the tripa. It was overly fried so the crispness sucked up a lot of oil so it tasted like crunchy tripa only, you can't taste seasoning. It tastes somewhat burnt. The grilled chile was also half grilled and barely grilled on the other side, I hate getting partially grilled Chiles. But no biggie Another thing was the salsa. It was bland and lacked flavor. I was contemplating on giving a 3 star but service and quality of packaging and variety, location give this place a 3.5-4 star. I love spicy salsas and I like more flavor throughout, but the salsas lacked for sure. It was a little sad, but the other tacos made up for it. I wouldn't come back for this truck, but I think with a taco craving it would hit the spot for sure.

The chile verde pork is so good, my wife, who primarily orders vegetarian, goes for all their variations, quesadillas being her favorite. This weekend is Valentine's Day, and while I am not with my beloved, George and Erika shared a sample of their new menu items, chilaquiles (heart shaped for the holiday) - both chili verde and chipotle. The other item was a stack of tres leches pancakes, with fruit. While all were delicious, I liked the chipotle chilaquiles the best. Good enough to make me consider mixing up my wet burrito with salsa macha in the future. So, we just came back from Playa del Carmen Mexico, where we hoped to have some over the top Mexican food. While breakfast was great it wasn't enough to outshine Fire Tacos. A waiter at one restaurant summed it up well. Everyone in Mexico makes good food, but the best of the best succeed in the US. That is Fire Tacos. The best of the best. I rarely give 5 stars, but Fire Tacos e arnés every one!

It's so fresh and the flavoring and garnish is on point. Service was friendly and efficiency. As soon as the waiter turned away after he took our orders, the nachos showed up. The vibe is fun and loud like a usual Mexican bar/restaurant. It was a nice and warm day in Alki, an area always so crowded and can be overwhelming, on any nice warm sunny day. My daughter asked if we can try Fire Tacos because her bff said it was good. We showed up asking for a table of 4 and were told the wait is about 20 mins. We walked to Ben & Jerry next door and had a small ice cream, sat down and finished it, then got notification our table was ready. It earns a spot on my list to return, especially we live 5 mins away.

What we got: Taco plate (4/5) We never had a deep fried crunchy tacos before and more so that its a fusion of two cuisine. I think it was good; and giving me a similar feeling of eating taquitos. The filling taste good and the slaw were good as well. The bowl (3.5/5) Good bowl; large portion. Honestly it wasnt great and wasnt bad either. Overall Its a nice unique spot to eat at. The way the tacos are fried you can't tell what the filling is prior to digging in. The fried shells were good and crispy and they have signs everywhere reminding you to not eat the toothpicks that are holding them together but they don't slide out easily. Chips with the queso were dark and fried so crispy they were pretty hard. Queso was thick and just ok. Baklava was a very small piece for the price.

However, it still tasted like it had a really nice flavor, and had a soft interior. It being actually spicy would've moved this dish up a lot, though each taco was primarily made out of this chicken - and there was so much of it it was practically insane - but I loved this amount shoutout to the onions as well - they were great I asked for the habanero sauce - which i thought was ok - wasn't spicy at all and didn't add much flavor. will go with another sauce next time tried mixing in some taco bell fire sauce which was interesting i love that these came wrapped in aluminium foil to preserve heat. a great touch overall, as far as taste, these were pretty good, but when you consider the amount of meat you're getting, along with overall portion size - it's simply a fantastic meal.

After lots of great suggestions, we decided to detour and head to Taco City. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff -- always a great start. We kicked things off with the Dip Trio: chips, salsa, guacamole, and queso. It was fantastic. The guac and chips were on par with my longtime favorite spot, the queso was rich and delicious, and the salsa had a unique flavor that really stood out. It easily could have fed four or more people. I ordered the birria tacos. They were generously filled with flavorful beef and served with equally delicious consommé. For my personal preference, I would have loved them just a little crispier -- but otherwise, they absolutely hit the spot. My favorite dining partner ordered the Taco Trio -- two carnitas and one chicken. He's an "authentic taco" guy, and he said they were fabulous. As we were checking out, our server suggested we try the nachos next time. Don't worry -- we will definitely be back. This one just jumped to the top of our favorites list.

They have…read moreeverything you could ever want at a Mexican restaurant, and many that you've probably never tried before. I knew going in that I had to try their carnitas, but it was the other dishes that impressed me the most. The quesabirria was top notch. If you haven't had one before, it's as if a quesadilla and a taco had a beautiful baby - and the tortilla is dipped in the sauce that the meat is cooked in. The cheese is plentiful and delicious, it's a blanket that I've to take a nap in. I was a bit thrown off by the chunks of birria, most places shred it up. But I would say that it was much more juicy than the shredded version, I was blown away. This comes with some awesome roasted jalapeños and onions. The carnitas taco was excellent. For a street taco, they load it up with meat. It's a very traditional taco, so just carnitas, onions, and cilantro on a tortilla. But if you have the opportunity to eat here you should, they have an extensive taco bar with everything you need. The star of the show for me was the tostada de camarón. You just don't get them like this elsewhere in Seattle. Shrimp, mango, jalapeño, and avocado are all diced up to provide even distribution on a crunchy tostada. It's an exquisite bite every time. And there's a sweet sauce on it that makes the whole dish blend together so well. Carnitas Michoacán is a MUST visit if you're in the area. There's also a little market and carnicería next door that has some incredible food if you're making Mexican dishes at home, or if you just want some massive chicharrones.
