@5:29 pm my cousin and I went through the drive thru. We ordered 1 jumbo Jack w/cheese 1 order of 2 tacos, 1 order of French fries. We got home about 3 minutes later only to find out the French fries were hard and cold, not even a hint of warmth!! The tacos had no lettuce, they were stuck inside the packaging. I called the store to speak to the manager, the woman who answered said she was the person in charge. This is one of the worst locations I ever been to. Says it's open and it's closed. Ordered on the app and arrive to the drive thru lane blocked and closed. Staff is normally unapologetic when expressing concerns of service. Items have been missed in orders countless times. It's a shame because this is a prime location and I genuinely wish this was a more desired fast food restaurant at this location. You are seriously better off going a couple of miles further down to the Jack in the Box on Jurupa Rd or even on Rubidoux Blvd exit if you're on the freeway since it's only 4 more exits after this one. read more

I went into the restaurant yesterday morning (10/21/2024) I saw a worker cleaning the floor and then picked up a trash can and moved it. Went through the drive thru and order a large drink with my meal and a 6 piece French Toast sticks. After we paid, the guy working the window hands me our food and closes the window, goes back and looks like he is complaining/arguing with the cook in the back while we are still waiting on our drink. Got to the window and she asked if we wanted sauces and I took a couple seconds to answer and she said no? Okay. This place is disgusting! Jack and the health department should shut it down! No wonder it's lunch time and there is NO CROWD! Food smears, debris, puddles of water all over dining area. Not very busy (3 tables occupied and no one in line), but not a single table is clean! The guy cooking has hair sticking up all over and no hair net. The counter girl (no name tag), doesn't have a clue--she's scattered and asking questions from other staff about every thing. I'm desperate enough to use the restroom! :-( I complained to the manager (no ID tag). Smiling, he said, "sorry about that." He then sent the counter girl out to push in all the chairs. My wife drove through the drive through, made her order paid , drove in the parking lot and realized that they forgot an order. She went to the door and they told her she had to get back in line even though she explained that she was missing food from her order. She got back in the long line to get her food. She explained to the window representative that she had to get back in the long line again And the representative responded, " well I didn't charge you!" My wife then explained that it wasn't fair that she had to go all the way back in line because of their mistake, to get her food. The representative responded that my wife could've called the phone number on the receipt very rudely! After my wife got her food and came through the drive-through, we were in two separate cars, she explain to me what happened and by that time her food was cold! I then called the Jack-in-the-Box store and I spoke with a person by the name of Jamie, she said she was the person in charge and I asked her if she could give my wife 4 cheesecakes Because all their food was cold!
