Since new management took over in January, over 8 of the original employees have quit because of stressful work environments; approx. 5 (lost count/ didn't stay long enough to remember) new hires have left. New hires are training new hires. Getting hired on the spot and starting the next day (sometimes same day) is a huge red flag, run. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! We ordered their box combo special that comes with a burger (cheese is extra) fries and 2 chicken strips for 10 dollars. Despite that, the manager said the only option was for me to drive back to the restaurant so they could remake the order. With gas prices being high, it didn't make sense for me to drive another 30 minutes round trip for about $8 worth of food. I explained that I wasn't trying to get free food--if someone were trying to scam a restaurant, it certainly wouldn't be over such a small amount. I was simply asking for a refund for the items I didn't receive. Mistakes happen, but the situation was handled in an unprofessional way. Customer service should focus on resolving issues fairly and conveniently for customers.
