This is a review for William and his awesome staff who honestly go out of their way to make their customers happy. The food is always what you would anticipate Del Taco food to be and his staff's attitude is always so friendly; led by example of William. But let me give you another example of this "Earn your business" mentality he brings: many years ago Del Taco discontinued my favorite breakfast burrito. I brought it up to him one time and he instructed his crew to make it for me whenever I come in and ask. Very nice, right? But he does this for everyone! I've been told there are many things he will have his crew make a lot of things that were discontinued. Stopped by the drive thru to grab some French fries after lunch hour .. so it was 1:30-2pm roughly the drive had at least 8 vehicles in front of me & behind. It was at least 20-30 mins prior until I got to the window . The gal on shift said the whole crew called off it was only herself and 1 cook on shift which was brutal . Whomever is the owner / dm at this location needs to give those 2 employees a darn raise for working on 5/5/2026 with this amount of poor staffing & the lack of help .. read more

I used to visit this location weekly (ask the staff) but over the last ~6 months they stopped putting sauce on their food and I can't figure out what the deal is. I've asked and paid for "extra sauce" on several occasions only to be sorely disappointed. Fish tacos, no sauce, bean burrito bold style, no sauce, chipotle chicken burrito, no sauce. I can only assume they rotated cooks/personnel or mgmt told them to stop putting sauce on things to save $.10 cents. Whatever case, I'm frequenting the place on Limonite now. I'm not sure who you guys hired for the night shift but the quality of food went from a 10 to a 0. I guess whoever owns this location decided that quality was no longer a priority. There used to be this gentlemen with red hair and beard who was incredible, now there is some younger punk kid female who doesn't seem to give a F about anything. Absolutely horrible. My fries were unsalted. My burger look like it was hate stomped on, it was the worst burger I've ever tasted. My burritos had 1/4 of tortilla with zero filling. Quesadilla was cold with cold coagulated cheese. Watered down soda. What's the deal? This is seriously disappointing because this location was known for being awesome. Everything I ordered was absolutely disgusting which surprised me because when I come to this location, I normally have zero complaints and everything is exceptional in comparison to other locations. This is so disappointing it hurts to write this. The current night crew needs to be retrained or fired, it's that bad! I wish I could get a refund and that's something I never ask for or look for anywhere I eat unless it's truly awful. This is a literal first. This is a small location that's a little tough to get to off the freeway but it's clean, the staff was friendly, and the food got out quickly and accurate. My parents, husband, and I stopped in for a quick bite on our way to San Diego this past weekend. They have cheap combo meals for $5 or $6 that can easily hit the spot without breaking the bank (all of which come with a drink that can be refilled if you eat it there). It's a smaller location that most but it does have a drive-through and plenty of seating inside. I wouldn't mind stopping here again in the future when I'm in the area. read more

This Del Taco has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & they OVERCHARGE! I made an honest mistake instead of beef I got chicken tacos I had not even paid & I was as polite & told the girl "wait cancel please, I ordered the wrong item" she yells "what, so you dont want anything" I respond "no I ordered the wrong item. It felt like she then got snotty & I was still being polite. I proceeded to pull up & pay then as she asked me if I wanted any type of sauce I told her just some Ranch please she tell me "oh that's extra" I 'm like I'm not taking any sauce just want some ranch" oh well that's more , how much more about .80cents. This place failed big time Del taco usually have Ok service and decent food, but this location (Ontario auto center area ) is pretty bad. Super bowl morning getting a carne asada burrito. The guy on the drive fhru was polite and friendly., he got my order right. Waited a while for a burrito and chicken taco. After driving away. After 3 bites I noticed that I could not taste the meat. Opened the burrito and it had no meat. When I went back to tell them there is no meat on the burrito, the girl that came to the counter told the other lady, you did no put any meat. No name tags. The other lady was wearing a black collar shirt , I assume the manager. The lady ask me if I wanted another burrito, but never said I am sorry I requested my money back. I was not even told sorry for the mistake. I do not expect perfection, but at least courtesy to acknowledge and say sorry for a mistake. They just gave my money back. They need serious customer service training. I had to tell them. You need to be more careful. Provide right portion, get it right. That way I do not waste my time or your time. 4.25 for a carne asada burrito and they don't put any steak. At least a customer need to get his money's worth. I came here a while back and my order was incorrect and didn't taste good at all. I called and spoke with the manager William and he wrote my name down to make it right when I came back. I honestly didn't plan on coming back. I gave this location another try and coincidentally William was at the drive thru and he remembered me. I received excellent service from William. Everything was done right just as we ordered . I gave them a 4 stars for the service from William , he apologized and had a great attitude. I would give them another try. read more

This Del Taco is in a weird location located on a back finger of a strangely arranged business park. We walked in saw how dirty the place was and decided we'd just stop in Barstow. I guess the hope is that you will use the drive through and not see the inside. For the urban art enthusiasts they have some interesting carvings in the bathroom sink and toilet seat lids! read more

I give this Del Taco a 5 star review because it's one of the better ones. The fries were hot and fresh. The tacos were not too skimpy and the service was really good with a smile. This has been the best Del Taco I've been to. From ordering at the speaker box in the drive thru all the way until the empty burger box left over! Gentleman was very nice taking my order, repeated it back correctly. At the window he was also very nice. Him and another gentleman looked busy but focused. I got my order and it was right!
