I checked in this afternoon and had such an incredible experience thanks to the consistent outstanding Hospitality of Julia, Nathan, and Allie!! Allie took my order and was so kind, fun, and helpful in upselling me a game changing Hot Cocoa to close out my meal with one of my favorite Childhood soothing beverage traditions! I ordered my usual Hamburger Meal with raw onions and Animal Fries with a Fountain Drink, and the Eastvale Team prepared everything so well using the freshest ingredients and proper balanced proportioning. I usually dine outside on the Patio but today I wanted to chillax to some extra high quality AC, and Nathan and Julia helped enrich the dine in experience so much more by checking in on me regularly and jazzing up my dinner with lively and interesting conversations! Allie and Nathan were so genuine and supportive in asking me how my workday went and inviting me to share the ups and downs of my daily Professional Hustle with them. My day was so exhausting and miserably stressful but the Team Member Guardians here helped make it so much better! They even offered me little Marshmallows garnish my Hot Cocoa and Julia let me decompress with the funnest Kid's Coloring Book showing all my Favorite In N Out Meals and Beverages animated and camping out together ;0) I love how the Kids Menus are designed to remind us to be positive and supportive Team Players to our Family Members and community and how the fill in the blank phrases nourish us with high caring and wholesome affirmation habits! I stopped caring about In N Out for many years but thanks to the Eastvale Location I've fallen in love with the brand all over again and how well they take care of our Community by keepings us well fed and happily connected through spontaneous play! I love coming to this location because their service is so fast, especially as busy as any In n Out location gets.. however, that doesn't mean their quality of food drops. As always, any and every In N Out, provides the best ingredients and locally sourced to give the best flavors, taste, and value for your money. Today, I was assisted by Gabriela, who was very friendly and courteous, w a very pretty smile. This location was busy on a Saturday at 11:30 (of course). The drive thru was packed but there's plenty of parking so I went inside. There were only 2 people in line! I thought I had it made until I realized that everybody seated inside was waiting for orders! It was about a 15 minute wait, but they were hustling!! So apparently there are workers at this In n Out location who don't want to take the orders of certain customers. So on 1/17/26 my mom, sister and I went to this In n Out for lunch. The line was long of course and there were two men outside taking orders; one Hispanic and one, (which is the one that'll be the subject of this review and is in the photo) Asian who walked with a limp. As we made our way forward, the 3 cars ahead of us had their orders taken by the two men. Things changed as we got closer. If you're unfamiliar, when there are workers outside at In n Out taking orders, they usually alternate vehicles; one person takes one car while the other takes the one behind that one. Whoever finishes the order they're taking first proceeds to the next car. None of this happened this time. The Hispanic man was taking the order of the car in front of us while the Asian man was taking the order of the car in front of that one and ended up finishing first. So naturally I assumed that he would make his way to us so he could take our order. He didn't. He proceeds to walk towards us. But when he gets close enough to see who we are in the car, I notice he stops and then turns around, sort of acting as if he's waiting for something or someone to come from the cars ahead in line. I also notice that as he's doing this, he's indiscreetly watching the Hispanic man take the order of the car in front of us, waiting for him to finish so that he could take our order instead of him. And that's exactly what happened. Once the Hispanic man finished taking the order of the car in front of us, he comes to our car to take our order. The Asian dude keeps walking and continues to take the orders of the cars behind us normally. So what was his problem? Could it be that he didn't want to take the order of a car with 3 Black people in it? It may sound far fetched but it's happened before (at a Chick Fil A in Chino Hills) and it's the only explanation that makes sense. There was no reason for him to not take our order while the other guy was at the car ahead of us. On top of all this, once we got to the window to pay, we had a back and forth with the girl who kept making it seem as if we didn't give her enough money when in reality, the bills were sticking together and she didn't realize it. That's in addition to getting a shake that had obviously been sitting and was not thick, but thin and watery. It's rare for In n Out to get things wrong on more than one level, but it's enough for me to know that I won't be back to this location anytime soon. read more

Hi, Ok, this is an easy one. On my humble opinion, In N Out is the epitome of the fast food burger! The hamburgers are simply incredible! I get mine "animal style" which means extra sauce, extra lettuce, extra pickles and grilled onions. The fries are hand sliced and made to order. Cap it with a nice hand made chocolate shake and I'm sold! The restaurant is most always crowded, but that happens when the food is so good. It can be also are to get a seat during peak times. Start looking for a seat before you get your food! For being so busy, the employees keep the place remarkably clean. The kids working there are also incredibly nice! Rare for fast food now days! The thing that surprises me most, is with California's new $20 minimum wage, In N Out has found a way to still keep there prices incredibly affordable! Just had a quick dinner here and ate inside. There was no line so it was perfect for us (with 2 little ones in tow). We had the hamburger with whole grilled onion, flying Dutchman with grilled onion, and 2 well done fries, made of them animal style. Everything for less than $25 and it was a satisfying meal! I had showed up from a christmas gathering on this past Friday.12/26 I had ordered a #3 with grilled onions with no tomatoes. I filled my cup with lemonade and a quarter sprite. I had finished my drink and was standing there realizing I ran out of drink. A employee named Cereina, offered to fill my drink. I'm sorry to leave a poor review because I love In-N-Out and haven't had an issue at any of their locations until last night. Last night me and my husband went through the drive thru and ordered two #1s; one was protein style. When the worker handed us the bag I thought the bag felt light but didn't follow my instinct to check that something was missing from the order. When I got home I opened the bag to find the patties missing from my protein style burger. Yes, I received lettuce, onions, and spread only. There was no meat. I couldn't believe it. People aren't going to In-N-Out for salad. How can you miss the main ingredient? I really hope this was not done purposely bc I just don't understand how you can miss placing the two patties? I immediately called the number provided on the Yelp page and spoke with someone at the corporate office who was very apologetic and understanding. She informed me that she would call the store and inform them of the situation. I was told the manager Emi would keep the drive thru open and I could pick up my remade burger. We drove back and picked up the burger and it was still made incorrectly. It had tomato on it which I requested not to have and it didn't have the extra onions I did request. The burger was extremely wet and when you pulled the lettuce back it was really slimy. Had the consistency of spit. I couldn't eat it. I really wanted to just leave a review for Alyssa because she was really amazing! I visited this In-N-Out location with my boyfriend and his siblings because we were looking for a cheap dinner option. We were greeted by the staff members promptly, and Alyssa took our order. She was so wonderful and helpful (not that I don't know my way around the In-N-Out menu LOL). I was chewing boba while trying to order and Alyssa was a really good sport about my struggle and endeavor. But, she made the whole experience memorable and a funny one, so kudos to her!! It's a fast food chain, and it was In-N-Out during almost prime dinner time, so it was really busy. The drive-thru line was ridiculously long, but on the bright side we were able to just go inside and skip all of that. It was also very busy inside, there were almost no open tables. I have found the staff and food at most in n out has been very accommodating. If you don't want spread on your burger no worries. Get it on the side add it when you want. I don't like the spread. I get ketchup and mustard. They have it. You just need to ask. The inside usually has seats unless it's a Saturday lunch time on the weekends. The fries are the same at every location. They are generally better smothered in something. By themselves not so much. Never really disappointed at in n out. They are a lot cheaper than similar burger places around, and with quality food. read more

Honestly, one can never go wrong with In n Out! The location is very convenient to find - right off of freeway, Google Map will take you right to the location. It has plenty of parking option since it shares parking lot with several other places and Costco. Every time I have been here it has been SUPER BUSY - however they do have employee taking orders before for drive through line. Talk about service! I have ate couple times inside as well and place is kept pretty clean. Despite the over hype of the place I think their food hits the spot every time! My generic order here is grilled cheese with chopped chilies, grilled onions, tomatoes and lettuce with bun toasted, side of well done animal style fries and a strawberry shake [A MUST]. The worst In-n-out by far. I rarely write reviews but this one deserves a negative review after giving the place at least 20 tries. I recently moved to Ontario and this is the closest in n out to my house and sadly it has disappointed at least 80% of the time. The burgers are always sadly made or inconsitent. I'm a huge in n out fan and it's sad to see that their consistent quality is not being upheld at this establishment. I've seen busier locations so rush HR is not an excuse.
