The normal crowd began to grow, and after check 3 times and 35 minutes later, I was called up, I got my burrito, and left. It became clear that they either forgot, lost, or handed my burrito to someone else, but the staff made me feel awkward for asking about an order that was taking 4x the estimate. And what a mess of a burrito. It was extremely greasy to the point that I had to wipe it down with a napkin. It actually left a puddle of oil on my plate. The extra cheese was one solid block in the middle and grilled onions were practically raw. It was one of the worst burritos. The meat was good, but there was no care taken in the preparation of the burrito. I used to tell people how good this place was. I don't think I could do that again with a clear conscience. The staff was disorganized, rude, and the quality of food has vanished.
